Volt egy Efraim hegyvidékéről való, Míká nevű férfi.

Vala pedig egy férfiú Efraimnak hegyéről való, kinek neve Míka vala;

And there was a man of mount Ephraim, whose name was Micah.

Era un om din muntele lui Efraim, numit Mica.

There was a man of the hill country of Ephraim, whose name was Micah.

Ez azt mondta egyszer az anyjának: Az az ezeregyszáz ezüst, amelyet elvettek tőled, és amely miatt átkozódtál fülem hallatára, íme, az az ezüst nálam van, én vettem el. Az anyja ezt mondta: Áldjon meg az ÚR, fiam!

És monda az ő anyjának: Az az ezerszáz ezüst, mely tőled elvétetett, és a mely miatt te átkozódál, és füleimbe is mondtad, ímé az az ezüst én nálam van, én vettem el azt. És monda az ő anyja: Légy megáldva, fiam, az Úrtól!

And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my son.

El a zis mamei sale: „Cei o mie o sută de sicli de argint, care ţi s-au luat şi pentru care ai blestemat chiar în auzul urechilor mele, argintul acesta este în mâinile mele, eu îl luasem.” Şi mama sa a zis: „Binecuvântat să fie fiul meu de Domnul!”

And he said to his mother, “The 1,100 pieces of silver that were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse, and also spoke it in my ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “Blessed be my son by the LORD.”

És ő visszaadta az ezeregyszáz ezüstöt az anyjának, aki ekkor azt mondta: Teljesen odaszentelem az ÚRnak a fiamért, hogy egy faragott és öntött bálványszobrot készítsenek belőle. Most ezért visszaadom azt neked.

És visszaadta az ezerszáz ezüst[pénzt] az ő anyjának. És monda az ő anyja: Szentelve szentelem e pénzt az Úrnak az én kezeimből fiaimért, hogy egy faragott és öntött bálvány készíttessék abból, azért most visszaadom azt tenéked.

And when he had restored the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had wholly dedicated the silver unto the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a graven image and a molten image: now therefore I will restore it unto thee.

El a dat înapoi mamei sale cei o mie o sută de sicli de argint; şi mama sa a zis: „Închin cu mâna mea argintul acesta Domnului, ca să fac cu el fiului meu un chip cioplit şi un chip turnat; şi astfel ţi-l voi da înapoi.”

And he restored the 1,100 pieces of silver to his mother. And his mother said, “I dedicate the silver to the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a carved image and a metal image. Now therefore I will restore it to you.”

De ő megint átadta a pénzt az anyjának. Az anyja elvett belőle kétszáz ezüstöt, és odaadta az ötvösnek, s az készített belőle egy faragott és öntött bálványt. Ez azután Míká házába került.

De ő [megint] visszaadá a pénzt anyjának, és vőn az ő anyja kétszáz ezüst[pénzt], és odaadá azt az ötvösnek, és az készített abból [egy] faragott és öntött bálványt. Ez azután a Míka házában volt.

Yet he restored the money unto his mother; and his mother took two hundred shekels of silver, and gave them to the founder, who made thereof a graven image and a molten image: and they were in the house of Micah.

So when he restored the money to his mother, his mother took 200 pieces of silver and gave it to the silversmith, who made it into a carved image and a metal image. And it was in the house of Micah.

And the man Micah had an house of gods, and made an ephod, and teraphim, and consecrated one of his sons, who became his priest.

And the man Micah had a shrine, and he made an ephod and household gods, and ordained one of his sons, who became his priest.

Abban az időben nem volt király Izráelben, és mindenki azt cselekedte, ami jónak tűnt a maga szemében.

Ebben az időben nem volt király Izráelben, hanem kiki azt cselekedte, a mit jónak látott.

In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

Volt egy ifjú lévita a júdai Betlehemből, Júda nemzetségéből, aki ott élt jövevényként.

Vala pedig egy ifjú, Júdának Bethleheméből, a Júda nemzetségéből való, ki Lévita vala, és ott tartózkodott vala.

And there was a young man out of Bethlehemjudah of the family of Judah, who was a Levite, and he sojourned there.

Era un tânăr în Betleemul lui Iuda, din familia lui Iuda; era levit şi locuia pentru o vreme acolo.

Now there was a young man of Bethlehem in Judah, of the family of Judah, who was a Levite, and he sojourned there.

Ez az ember elment a júdai Betlehem városából, hogy ott telepedjen le, ahol majd alkalmas helyet talál. Így jutott vándorlása közben Efraim hegyvidékére, Míká házához.

És elméne ez a férfiú Júdának Bethlehem városából, hogy ott tartózkodjék, a hol [helyet] talál. Így jött az Efraim hegyére, Míka házához, vándorlása közben.

And the man departed out of the city from Bethlehemjudah to sojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he journeyed.

Omul acesta a plecat din cetatea Betleemul lui Iuda, să-şi caute o locuinţă potrivită. Urmându-şi drumul, a ajuns în muntele lui Efraim la casa lui Mica.

And the man departed from the town of Bethlehem in Judah to sojourn where he could find a place. And as he journeyed, he came to the hill country of Ephraim to the house of Micah.

Míká azt kérdezte tőle: Honnan jössz? Ő így felelt: Lévita vagyok a júdai Betlehemből, és járok-kelek, míg alkalmas helyet találok valahol.

És monda néki Míka: Honnan jössz? És monda: Lévita vagyok Júdának Bethleheméből, és járok s kelek, hogy hol találnék [helyet.]

And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go to sojourn where I may find a place.

Mica i-a zis: „De unde vii?” El i-a răspuns: „Eu sunt levit, din Betleemul lui Iuda, şi merg să-mi caut o locuinţă potrivită.”

And Micah said to him, “Where do you come from?” And he said to him, “I am a Levite of Bethlehem in Judah, and I am going to sojourn where I may find a place.”

Míká ezt mondta neki: Maradj nálam, és légy nekem atyám és papom! Én pedig esztendőnként tíz ezüstöt, egy rend ruhát és eledelt adok neked. És a lévita elszegődött.

És monda néki Míka: Maradj nálam, és légy nékem atyám és papom, és én adok néked esztendőnként tíz ezüst[pénzt] és egy öltöző ruhát és eledelt. És a Lévita beszegődött.

And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals. So the Levite went in.

Mica i-a zis: „Rămâi la mine, tu să-mi fii tată şi preot, şi eu îţi voi da zece sicli de argint pe an, hainele de care vei avea nevoie şi mijloace de trai.”

And Micah said to him, “Stay with me, and be to me a father and a priest, and I will give you ten pieces of silver a year and a suit of clothes and your living.” And the Levite went in.

Tetszett neki, hogy ott maradjon annál a férfinál. Az pedig úgy tekintette őt, mint a saját fiát.

És tetszék a Lévitának, hogy megmaradjon annál a férfiúnál; és olyan lőn néki az az ifjú, mint egyik az ő fiai közül.

And the Levite was content to dwell with the man; and the young man was unto him as one of his sons.

Şi levitul a intrat la el. S-a hotărât astfel să rămână la omul acesta, care a privit pe tânăr ca pe unul din fiii lui.

And the Levite was content to dwell with the man, and the young man became to him like one of his sons.

Míká tisztébe avatta a lévitát, s így az ifjú a papjává lett, és házánál maradt.

És felszentelte Míka a Lévitát; így lett papjává az ifjú, és maradt Míka házánál.

And Micah consecrated the Levite; and the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah.

Mica a sfinţit pe levit, şi tânărul acesta i-a slujit ca preot şi a locuit în casa lui.

And Micah ordained the Levite, and the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah.

Míká ezt mondta: Most tudom, hogy jót tesz majd velem az ÚR, mert egy lévita lett a papom.

És monda Míka: Most tudom, hogy jól fog velem tenni az Úr, mert e Lévita lett papom.

Then said Micah, Now know I that the LORD will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest.

Şi Mica a zis: „Acum, ştiu că Domnul îmi va face bine, fiindcă am ca preot pe levitul acesta.”

Then Micah said, “Now I know that the LORD will prosper me, because I have a Levite as priest.”
