Józsué korán reggel fölkelt, elindultak Sittímből, és eljutottak a Jordánhoz ő meg Izráel fiai mindnyájan. Ott töltötték az éjszakát, mielőtt átkeltek volna.

Felkele azért Józsué jó reggel, és elindulának Sittimből, és eljutának a Jordánhoz, ő és Izráel fiai mindnyájan, és meghálának ott, mielőtt általmentek volna.

And Joshua rose early in the morning; and they removed from Shittim, and came to Jordan, he and all the children of Israel, and lodged there before they passed over.

Iosua, sculându-se dis-de-dimineaţă, a pornit din Sitim cu toţi copiii lui Israel. Au ajuns la Iordan; şi au rămas acolo peste noapte, înainte de a trece.

Then Joshua rose early in the morning and they set out from Shittim. And they came to the Jordan, he and all the people of Israel, and lodged there before they passed over.

Három nap múlva pedig az elöljáróik végigmentek a táboron,

Lőn pedig három nap mulva, hogy általmenének a vezérek a táboron;

And it came to pass after three days, that the officers went through the host;

După trei zile, căpeteniile oştii au trecut prin tabără

At the end of three days the officers went through the camp

és ezt parancsolták a népnek: Mihelyt meglátjátok az ÚR, a ti Istenetek szövetségének ládáját és a Lévi nemzetségéből való papokat, akik hordozzák, ti is induljatok el a helyetekről, és menjetek utána.

És parancsolának a népnek, mondván: Mihelyt meglátjátok az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek frigyládáját és a Lévi [nemzetségéből való] papokat, a kik hordozzák azt, ti is induljatok meg a ti helyetekről és menjetek utána.

And they commanded the people, saying, When ye see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it.

şi au dat poporului următoarea poruncă: „Când veţi vedea chivotul legământului Domnului Dumnezeului vostru dus de preoţi, care sunt din neamul Leviţilor, să plecaţi din locul în care sunteţi şi să porniţi după el.

and commanded the people, “As soon as you see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God being carried by the Levitical priests, then you shall set out from your place and follow it.

De legyen köztetek és aközött mintegy kétezer könyöknyi távolság. Ne menjetek közel hozzá, így ismeritek meg majd az utat, amelyen mennetek kell, hiszen nem jártatok még soha ezen az úton.

Csakhogy legyen köztetek és a között mintegy kétezer singnyi távolság; közel ne menjetek ahhoz, hogy megismerhessétek az útat, a melyen mennetek kell, mert nem jártatok ezen az úton soha ez előtt.

Yet there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by measure: come not near unto it, that ye may know the way by which ye must go: for ye have not passed this way heretofore.

Dar între voi şi el să fie o depărtare de aproape două mii de coţi: să nu vă apropiaţi de el. El vă va arăta drumul pe care trebuie să-l urmaţi, căci n-aţi mai trecut pe drumul acesta.”

Yet there shall be a distance between you and it, about 2,000 cubits in length. Do not come near it, in order that you may know the way you shall go, for you have not passed this way before.”

Józsué pedig azt mondta a népnek: Szenteljétek meg magatokat, mert holnap az ÚR csodákat tesz köztetek.

Józsué pedig monda a népnek: Tisztítsátok meg magatokat, mert holnap az Úr csudákat cselekszik köztetek.

And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: for to morrow the LORD will do wonders among you.

Iosua a zis poporului: „Sfinţiţi-vă, căci mâine Domnul va face lucruri minunate în mijlocul vostru.”

Then Joshua said to the people, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you.”

A papoknak is szólt Józsué: Vegyétek föl a szövetség ládáját, és vonuljatok a nép előtt. Fölvették azért a szövetség ládáját, és mentek vele a nép előtt.

A papoknak is szóla Józsué, mondván: Vegyétek fel a frigyládát, és menjetek át a nép előtt. Felvevék azért a frigyládát, és mennek vala a nép előtt.

And Joshua spake unto the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and pass over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people.

Şi Iosua a zis preoţilor: „Luaţi chivotul legământului şi treceţi înaintea poporului.” Ei au luat chivotul legământului şi au pornit înaintea poporului.

And Joshua said to the priests, “Take up the ark of the covenant and pass on before the people.” So they took up the ark of the covenant and went before the people.

Az ÚR pedig ezt mondta Józsuénak: Ezen a napon kezdelek fölmagasztalni egész Izráel szeme előtt, hogy megtudják, hogy veled leszek, ahogy Mózessel is vele voltam.

Az Úr pedig monda Józsuénak: E napon kezdelek téged felmagasztalni az egész Izráel szemei előtt, hogy megtudják, hogy a miképen vele voltam Mózessel, te veled is veled leszek.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee.

Domnul a zis lui Iosua: „Astăzi voi începe să te înalţ înaintea întregului Israel, ca să ştie că voi fi cu tine cum am fost cu Moise.

The LORD said to Joshua, “Today I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.

Te azért ezt parancsold a papoknak, akik a szövetség ládáját hordozzák: Amikor odaértek a Jordán vizének széléhez, álljatok meg a Jordánban.

Te azért parancsolj a papoknak, a kik a frigyládát hordozzák, mondván: Mikor bementek a Jordán vizének szélébe, álljatok meg a Jordánban.

And thou shalt command the priests that bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, ye shall stand still in Jordan.

Să dai următoarea poruncă preoţilor care duc chivotul legământului: „Când veţi ajunge la marginea apelor Iordanului, să vă opriţi în Iordan.”

And as for you, command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, ‘When you come to the brink of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.’”

Ekkor azt mondta Józsué Izráel fiainak: Jöjjetek ide, és halljátok meg az ÚRnak, Isteneteknek szavait!

Ekkor monda Józsué Izráel fiainak: Járuljatok ide, és halljátok meg az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek szavait!

And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, Come hither, and hear the words of the LORD your God.

Iosua a zis copiilor lui Israel: „Apropiaţi-vă şi ascultaţi cuvintele Domnului, Dumnezeului vostru.”

And Joshua said to the people of Israel, “Come here and listen to the words of the LORD your God.”

És ezt mondta Józsué: Ebből tudjátok meg, hogy az élő Isten van köztetek, és hogy bizonyosan elűzi előletek a kánaániakat, hettitákat, hivvieket, perizzieket, girgásiakat, emóriakat és jebúsziakat:

És monda Józsué: Ebből tudjátok meg, hogy az élő Isten van köztetek, és hogy kétség nélkül elűzi előletek a Kananeust, a Khittheust, a Khivveust, a Perizeust, a Girgazeust, az Emoreust és a Jebuzeust:

And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites.

Iosua a zis: „Prin aceasta veţi cunoaşte că Dumnezeul cel Viu este în mijlocul vostru şi că va izgoni dinaintea voastră pe canaaniţi, pe hetiţi, pe heviţi, pe fereziţi, pe ghirgasiţi, pe amoriţi şi pe iebusiţi:

And Joshua said, “Here is how you shall know that the living God is among you and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Hivites, the Perizzites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, and the Jebusites.

íme, az egész föld Urának szövetségládája előttetek megy át a Jordánon!

Íme az egész föld Urának frigyládája előttetek megy át a Jordánon!

Behold, the ark of the covenant of the LORD of all the earth passeth over before you into Jordan.

Iată, chivotul legământului Domnului întregului pământ va trece înaintea voastră în Iordan.

Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth is passing over before you into the Jordan.

Most tehát válasszatok magatoknak tizenkét férfit Izráel törzseiből, egy-egy férfit egy-egy törzsből.

Most azért válaszszatok magatoknak tizenkét férfiút Izráel nemzetségeiből, egy-egy férfiút egy-egy nemzetségből.

Now therefore take you twelve men out of the tribes of Israel, out of every tribe a man.

Acum, luaţi doisprezece bărbaţi din seminţiile lui Israel, câte un bărbat de fiecare seminţie.

Now therefore take twelve men from the tribes of Israel, from each tribe a man.

És mihelyt megnyugszanak a Jordán vizében a papok lábai, akik az ÚRnak, az egész föld Urának ládáját hordozzák, a Jordán vize kettéválik, és a fölülről lefolyó víz megáll egy tömegben.

És mihelyt megnyugosznak majd a Jordán vizében a papok talpai, a kik az Úrnak, az egész föld Urának ládáját hordozzák: a Jordán vize ketté szakad, és a felülről aláfolyó víz megáll egy rakásban.

And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the LORD of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.

Şi de îndată ce preoţii care duc chivotul Domnului Dumnezeului întregului pământ vor pune talpa piciorului în apele Iordanului, apele Iordanului se vor despica în două, şi anume apele care se coboară din sus se vor opri grămadă.”

And when the soles of the feet of the priests bearing the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off from flowing, and the waters coming down from above shall stand in one heap.”

Akkor megindult a nép a sátraiból, hogy átkeljen a Jordánon, és a papok, a szövetség ládájának hordozói a nép előtt,

És lőn, hogy a mint megindula a nép az ő sátraiból, hogy általmenjen a Jordánon, és a papok, a frigyládának hordozói, a nép előtt:

And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;

Poporul a ieşit din corturi, ca să treacă Iordanul, şi preoţii care duceau chivotul legământului au pornit înaintea poporului.

So when the people set out from their tents to pass over the Jordan with the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people,

és amint a láda hordozói a Jordánhoz értek, és a ládát hordozó papok bemártották lábukat a víz szélébe (a Jordán pedig az egész aratási idő alatt túláradt a medrén),

És a mint a láda hordozói a Jordánhoz jutának, és a ládahordozó papok bemárták lábaikat a víznek szélébe (a Jordán pedig az egész aratási idő alatt telve vala minden ő partja felett):

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

Când preoţii care duceau chivotul au ajuns la Iordan şi când li s-au înmuiat picioarele în marginea apei – căci Iordanul se varsă peste toate malurile lui în tot timpul secerişului –

and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water (now the Jordan overflows all its banks throughout the time of harvest),

megállt a víz, amely felülről folyt lefelé, és egy tömegben állt, jó messzire, Ádám városánál, amely Cáretán mellett van. A pusztai tenger, a Sós-tenger felé lefolyó víz pedig egészen elfutott; így kelt át a nép Jerikóval szemben.

Megálla a víz, a mely felülről foly vala alá, és álla egy rakásban, nagy messzire Ádám városánál, a mely Czarthan mellett vala; a puszta tengere, a Sóstenger felé aláfolyó [víz] pedig egészen elfuta, és általméne a nép Jérikhó előtt.

That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.

apele care se coboară din sus s-au oprit şi s-au înălţat grămadă, la o foarte mare depărtare de lângă cetatea Adam, care este lângă Ţartan; iar cele ce se coborau spre marea câmpiei, care este Marea Sărată, s-au scurs de tot. Poporul a trecut în faţa Ierihonului.

the waters coming down from above stood and rose up in a heap very far away, at Adam, the city that is beside Zarethan, and those flowing down toward the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, were completely cut off. And the people passed over opposite Jericho.

A papok pedig, az ÚR szövetségládájának hordozói ott álltak szárazon a Jordán közepében rendíthetetlenül mindaddig, amíg az egész nép teljesen átkelt a Jordánon. Az egész Izráel szárazon ment át.

A papok pedig, az Úr frigyládájának hordozói, ott állának a szárazon a Jordán közepében bátorsággal, és az egész Izráel szárazon megy vala át, mindaddig, míg az egész nép teljesen általméne a Jordánon.

And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.

Preoţii care duceau chivotul legământului Domnului s-au oprit pe uscat, în mijlocul Iordanului, în timp ce tot Israelul trecea pe uscat, până a isprăvit tot poporul de trecut Iordanul.

Now the priests bearing the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firmly on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan, and all Israel was passing over on dry ground until all the nation finished passing over the Jordan.
