Amikor meghallotta Adónícedek, Jeruzsálem királya, hogy Józsué bevette és elpusztította Ajt, és hogy úgy cselekedett Ajjal és királyával, ahogy Jerikóval és királyával, és hogy békességre léptek Gibeón lakói Izráellel, és közöttük vannak,

Now it came to pass, when Adonizedec king of Jerusalem had heard how Joshua had taken Ai, and had utterly destroyed it; as he had done to Jericho and her king, so he had done to Ai and her king; and how the inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel, and were among them;

Adoni-Ţedec, împăratul Ierusalimului, a aflat că Iosua pusese mâna pe Ai şi o nimicise cu desăvârşire, că făcuse cetăţii Ai şi împăratului ei cum făcuse Ierihonului şi împăratului lui, şi că locuitorii Gabaonului făcuseră pace cu Israel şi erau în mijlocul lor.

As soon as Adoni-zedek, king of Jerusalem, heard how Joshua had captured Ai and had devoted it to destruction, doing to Ai and its king as he had done to Jericho and its king, and how the inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel and were among them,

igen megijedtek, mert nagy város volt Gibeón, olyan, mint egy királyi város, sőt nagyobb volt Ajnál, lakói pedig mind vitézek.

Igen megijedének, mivelhogy nagy város vala Gibeon, olyan mint egy a királyi városok közül, sőt nagyobb vala az Ainál, férfiai pedig mind vitézek valának.

That they feared greatly, because Gibeon was a great city, as one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all the men thereof were mighty.

Atunci i-a fost foarte mare frică; fiindcă Gabaon era o cetate mare ca una din cetăţile împărăteşti, mai mare chiar decât Ai, şi toţi bărbaţii ei erau viteji.

he feared greatly, because Gibeon was a great city, like one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all its men were warriors.

Ezért Adónícedek, Jeruzsálem királya üzenetet küldött Hóhámnak, Hebrón királyának és Pirámnak, Jarmút királyának, Jáfíának, Lákis királyának és Debírnek, Eglón királyának:

Külde azért Adonisédek, Jeruzsálemnek királya Hohámhoz, Hebronnak királyához és Pireámhoz Jármutnak királyához és Jáfiához, Lákisnak királyához és Debirhez, Eglonnak királyához, mondván:

Wherefore Adonizedec king of Jerusalem, sent unto Hoham king of Hebron, and unto Piram king of Jarmuth, and unto Japhia king of Lachish, and unto Debir king of Eglon, saying,

Adoni-Ţedec, împăratul Ierusalimului, a trimis să spună lui Hoham, împăratul Hebronului, lui Piream, împăratul Iarmutului, lui Iafia, împăratul Lachisului, şi lui Debir, împăratul Eglonului:

So Adoni-zedek king of Jerusalem sent to Hoham king of Hebron, to Piram king of Jarmuth, to Japhia king of Lachish, and to Debir king of Eglon, saying,

Jöjjetek hozzám, és segítsetek meg engem. Verjük meg Gibeónt, mert békességet kötött Józsuéval és Izráel fiaival!

Jőjjetek fel hozzám, és segéljetek meg engem, és verjük meg Gibeont, mert békességre lépett Józsuéval és Izráel fiaival!

Come up unto me, and help me, that we may smite Gibeon: for it hath made peace with Joshua and with the children of Israel.

„Suiţi-vă la mine şi ajutaţi-mă, ca să batem Gabaonul, căci a făcut pace cu Iosua şi cu copiii lui Israel.”

“Come up to me and help me, and let us strike Gibeon. For it has made peace with Joshua and with the people of Israel.”

Összegyűltek tehát, és fölment az emóriak öt királya: Jeruzsálem királya, Hebrón királya, Jarmút királya, Lákis királya és Eglón királya, ők maguk és egész seregük, és tábort ütöttek Gibeónnál, és harcoltak ellene.

Összegyülének azért, és felméne az Emoreusoknak öt királya: Jeruzsálemnek királya, Hebronnak királya, Jármutnak királya, Lákisnak királya, Eglonnak királya, ők magok és minden seregök, és tábort ütének Gibeonnál, és hadakozának ellene.

Therefore the five kings of the Amorites, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, the king of Eglon, gathered themselves together, and went up, they and all their hosts, and encamped before Gibeon, and made war against it.

Cei cinci împăraţi ai amoriţilor: împăratul Ierusalimului, împăratul Hebronului, împăratul Iarmutului, împăratul Lachisului şi împăratul Eglonului s-au adunat astfel şi s-au suit împreună cu toate oştile lor; au venit şi au tăbărât lângă Gabaon şi au început să lupte împotriva lui.

Then the five kings of the Amorites, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon, gathered their forces and went up with all their armies and encamped against Gibeon and made war against it.

Erre Gibeón lakói ezt az üzenetet küldték Józsuénak a gilgáli táborba: Ne vond meg kezedet szolgáidtól! Jöjj föl hozzánk gyorsan, és ments meg minket. Segíts rajtunk, mert a hegyek közt lakó emóriak királyai mind összegyűltek ellenünk!

Küldének azért Gibeon férfiai Józsuéhoz a táborba, Gilgálba, mondván: Ne vond meg kezeidet a te szolgáidtól! Jőjj fel hozzánk hamar és ments meg minket, és segíts rajtunk, mert mind felgyűltek ellenünk az Emoreusok királyai, a kik a hegyen lakoznak.

And the men of Gibeon sent unto Joshua to the camp to Gilgal, saying, Slack not thy hand from thy servants; come up to us quickly, and save us, and help us: for all the kings of the Amorites that dwell in the mountains are gathered together against us.

Oamenii din Gabaon au trimis să spună lui Iosua, în tabăra din Ghilgal: „Nu părăsi pe robii tăi, suie-te la noi în grabă, izbăveşte-ne, dă-ne ajutor; căci toţi împăraţii amoriţilor care locuiesc pe munte s-au strâns împotriva noastră.”

And the men of Gibeon sent to Joshua at the camp in Gilgal, saying, “Do not relax your hand from your servants. Come up to us quickly and save us and help us, for all the kings of the Amorites who dwell in the hill country are gathered against us.”

Fölment azért Józsué Gilgálból, és vele az egész harci nép és a sereg minden vitéze.

Felméne azért Józsué Gilgálból, ő maga és az egész hadakozó nép vele, és a seregnek minden vitéze.

So Joshua ascended from Gilgal, he, and all the people of war with him, and all the mighty men of valour.

So Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and all the people of war with him, and all the mighty men of valor.

Az ÚR pedig azt mondta Józsuénak: Ne félj tőlük, mert kezedbe adtam őket. Senki sem áll meg közülük előtted.

Monda pedig az Úr Józsuénak: Ne félj tőlök, mert kezedbe adtam őket; senki sem áll meg közülök előtted.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have delivered them into thine hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.

Domnul a zis lui Iosua: „Nu te teme de ei, căci îi dau în mâinile tale, şi niciunul din ei nu va putea să stea împotriva ta.”

And the LORD said to Joshua, “Do not fear them, for I have given them into your hands. Not a man of them shall stand before you.”

És rájuk tört Józsué nagy hirtelen, miután egész éjszaka menetelt Gilgálból.

És rájok töre Józsué nagy hirtelen, [miután] egész éjszaka ment vala Gilgálból.

Joshua therefore came unto them suddenly, and went up from Gilgal all night.

Iosua a venit fără veste peste ei, după ce a mers toată noaptea de la Ghilgal.

So Joshua came upon them suddenly, having marched up all night from Gilgal.

És megrettentette őket az ÚR Izráel előtt, és megverte őket Gibeónnál nagy vereséggel, és üldözte őket a Béthórónba vivő úton, és vágta őket egészen Azékáig és Makkédáig.

És megrettenté őket az Úr Izráel előtt, és megveré őket Gibeonnál nagy vereséggel, és űzé őket a Bethoronba vivő úton, és vágá őket egészen Azekáig és Makkedáig.

And the LORD discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Bethhoron, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah.

Domnul i-a pus în învălmăşeală dinaintea lui Israel; şi Israel le-a pricinuit o mare înfrângere la Gabaon, i-a urmărit pe drumul care suie la Bet-Horon şi i-a bătut până la Azeca şi până la Macheda.

And the LORD threw them into a panic before Israel, who struck them with a great blow at Gibeon and chased them by the way of the ascent of Beth-horon and struck them as far as Azekah and Makkedah.

Mikor pedig a béthóróni lejtőn futottak Izráel elől, az ÚR nagy jégesőt hullatott rájuk az égből egész Azékáig, és meghaltak. Többen voltak, akik a jégeső kövei miatt haltak meg, mint azok, akiket fegyverrel öltek meg Izráel fiai.

Mikor pedig futnak vala ők Izráel előtt a bethoroni lejtőn, az Úr nagy köveket hullata rájok az égből egész Azekáig, és meghalának. Többen valának, a kik a jégeső kövei miatt haltak vala meg, mint azok, a kiket fegyverrel öltek meg Izráel fiai.

And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Bethhoron, that the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.

Pe când fugeau ei dinaintea lui Israel şi se coborau din Bet-Horon, Domnul a făcut să cadă din cer peste ei nişte pietre mari până la Azeca, şi au pierit; cei ce au murit de pietrele grindinei au fost mai mulţi decât cei ucişi cu sabia de copiii lui Israel.

And as they fled before Israel, while they were going down the ascent of Beth-horon, the LORD threw down large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died. There were more who died because of the hailstones than the sons of Israel killed with the sword.

Azon a napon, amelyen odavetette az ÚR az emóriakat Izráel fiai elé, Józsué az ÚRhoz szólt, és ezt mondta Izráel szemei előtt: Állj meg, nap, Gibeónban, és hold, az Ajjálón völgyében!

Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.

Atunci Iosua a vorbit Domnului, în ziua când a dat Domnul pe amoriţi în mâinile copiilor lui Israel, şi a zis în faţa lui Israel: „Opreşte-te, soare, asupra Gabaonului, şi tu, lună, asupra văii Aialonului!”

At that time Joshua spoke to the LORD in the day when the LORD gave the Amorites over to the sons of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, “Sun, stand still at Gibeon, and moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.”

És megállt a nap, és vesztegelt a hold is, amíg a nép bosszút nem állt ellenségein. Vajon nincsen-e ez megírva Jásár könyvében? És megállt a nap az ég közepén, és nem sietett lenyugodni majdnem egy teljes napig.

És megálla a nap, és vesztegle a hold is, a míg bosszút álla a nép az ő ellenségein. Avagy nincsen-é ez megírva a Jásár könyvében? És megálla a nap az égnek közepén és nem sietett lenyugodni majdnem teljes egy napig.

And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

Şi soarele s-a oprit, şi luna şi-a întrerupt mersul, până ce poporul şi-a răzbunat pe vrăjmaşii lui. Lucrul acesta nu este scris oare în Cartea Dreptului? Soarele s-a oprit în mijlocul cerului şi nu s-a grăbit să apună, aproape o zi întreagă.

And the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, until the nation took vengeance on their enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Jashar? The sun stopped in the midst of heaven and did not hurry to set for about a whole day.

Nem volt olyan nap, mint ez, sem azelőtt, sem azután, hogy ember szavának engedett volna az ÚR, mert az ÚR harcolt Izráelért.

És nem volt olyan nap, mint ez, sem annakelőtte, sem annakutána, hogy ember szavának engedett volna az Úr, mert az Úr hadakozik vala Izráelért.

And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD fought for Israel.

N-a mai fost nicio zi ca aceea, nici înainte, nici după aceea, când Domnul să fi ascultat glasul unui om; căci Domnul lupta pentru Israel.

There has been no day like it before or since, when the LORD heeded the voice of a man, for the LORD fought for Israel.

Ezután visszatért Józsué egész Izráellel a táborba, Gilgálba.

And Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, unto the camp to Gilgal.

Şi Iosua şi tot Israelul împreună cu el s-a întors în tabără la Ghilgal.

So Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, to the camp at Gilgal.

Az öt király pedig elfutott, és elrejtőzött Makkédában, egy barlangban.

Ez az öt király pedig elfutott vala, és elrejtőzék Makkedában a barlangban.

But these five kings fled, and hid themselves in a cave at Makkedah.

Cei cinci împăraţi au fugit şi s-au ascuns într-o peşteră la Macheda.

These five kings fled and hid themselves in the cave at Makkedah.

De jelentették Józsuénak, hogy megtalálták az öt királyt elrejtőzve a makkédai barlangban.

És megizenék ezt Józsuénak, mondván: Megtaláltatott az öt király, elrejtőzve a makkedai barlangban.

And it was told Joshua, saying, The five kings are found hid in a cave at Makkedah.

S-a spus lucrul acesta lui Iosua, zicând: „Cei cinci împăraţi se află ascunşi într-o peşteră la Macheda.”

And it was told to Joshua, “The five kings have been found, hidden in the cave at Makkedah.”

Józsué erre ezt mondta: Hengerítsetek nagy köveket a barlang szájához, és rendeljetek mellé embereket, hogy őrizzék azokat.

És monda Józsué: Hengergessetek nagy köveket a barlang szájához és rendeljetek mellé férfiakat, hogy őrizzék őket.

And Joshua said, Roll great stones upon the mouth of the cave, and set men by it for to keep them:

Iosua a zis: „Prăvăliţi nişte pietre mari la intrarea peşterii şi puneţi nişte oameni să-i păzească.

And Joshua said, “Roll large stones against the mouth of the cave and set men by it to guard them,

Ti pedig ne álljatok meg, nyomuljatok ellenségeitek után, és vágjátok hátvédcsapataikat, és ne engedjétek őket bejutni a városaikba, mert kezetekbe adta őket az ÚR, a ti Istenetek.

Ti pedig meg ne álljatok, nyomuljatok ellenségeitek után és vágjátok utócsapataikat, és ne engedjétek őket bejutni az ő városaikba, mert kezetekbe adta őket az Úr, a ti Istenetek.

And stay ye not, but pursue after your enemies, and smite the hindmost of them; suffer them not to enter into their cities: for the LORD your God hath delivered them into your hand.

Şi voi nu vă opriţi, ci urmăriţi pe vrăjmaşii voştri şi bateţi-i pe dinapoi; nu-i lăsaţi să intre în cetăţile lor, căci Domnul Dumnezeul vostru i-a dat în mâinile voastre.”

but do not stay there yourselves. Pursue your enemies; attack their rear guard. Do not let them enter their cities, for the LORD your God has given them into your hand.”

Miután Józsué és Izráel fiai szinte teljesen megsemmisítették őket, és az életben maradtak a megerősített városokba futottak,

Minekutána pedig elvégezték Józsué és Izráelnek fiai azoknak igen nagy vereséggel való verését, egészen azok megsemmisítéséig, és az élvemaradtak a megerősített városokba vonultak:

And it came to pass, when Joshua and the children of Israel had made an end of slaying them with a very great slaughter, till they were consumed, that the rest which remained of them entered into fenced cities.

După ce Iosua şi copiii lui Israel le-au pricinuit o foarte mare înfrângere şi i-au bătut cu desăvârşire, cei ce au putut scăpa au intrat în cetăţile întărite,

When Joshua and the sons of Israel had finished striking them with a great blow until they were wiped out, and when the remnant that remained of them had entered into the fortified cities,

békességgel visszatért az egész nép Józsuéhoz a makkédai táborba. Nyelvét se mozdította senki Izráel fiai ellen.

Visszatére az egész nép Józsuéhoz a táborba, Makkedába békességgel; nyelvét se mozdította senki Izráel fiai ellen.

And all the people returned to the camp to Joshua at Makkedah in peace: none moved his tongue against any of the children of Israel.

şi tot poporul s-a întors liniştit în tabără la Iosua în Macheda, fără ca cineva să fi crâcnit cu limba lui împotriva copiilor lui Israel.

then all the people returned safe to Joshua in the camp at Makkedah. Not a man moved his tongue against any of the people of Israel.

Józsué azt mondta: Nyissátok meg a barlang száját, és hozzátok ki hozzám azt az öt királyt a barlangból!

És monda Józsué: Nyissátok fel a barlang száját, és hozzátok ki hozzám ezt az öt királyt a barlangból!

Then said Joshua, Open the mouth of the cave, and bring out those five kings unto me out of the cave.

Iosua a zis atunci: „Deschideţi intrarea peşterii, scoateţi afară din ea pe cei cinci împăraţi şi aduceţi-i la mine.”

Then Joshua said, “Open the mouth of the cave and bring those five kings out to me from the cave.”

Úgy is cselekedtek, és kihozták hozzá a barlangból azt az öt királyt: Jeruzsálem királyát, Hebrón királyát, Jarmút királyát, Lákis királyát és Eglón királyát.

És akképen cselekedének, és kihozák hozzá a barlangból ezt az öt királyt: Jeruzsálem királyát, Hebron királyát, Jármut királyát, Lákis királyát, Eglon királyát.

And they did so, and brought forth those five kings unto him out of the cave, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon.

Ei au făcut aşa şi au adus la el pe cei cinci împăraţi, pe care-i scoseseră din peşteră: pe împăratul Ierusalimului, pe împăratul Hebronului, pe împăratul Iarmutului, pe împăratul Lachisului şi pe împăratul Eglonului.

And they did so, and brought those five kings out to him from the cave, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon.

Mikor pedig kihozták ezt az öt királyt Józsuéhoz, előhívatta Józsué az összes izráeli férfit, és ezt mondta a harcosok vezéreinek, akik vele mentek: Jöjjetek elő, tegyétek lábatokat e királyok nyakára. Odajöttek tehát, és lábukat azok nyakára tették.

Mikor pedig kihozták vala ezt az öt királyt Józsuéhoz, előhívatá Józsué Izráelnek minden férfiát, és monda a hadakozó nép vezéreinek, a kik vele mentek vala: Jőjjetek elő, tegyétek lábaitokat e királyoknak nyakára. Eljövének azért és tevék lábaikat azoknak nyakára.

And it came to pass, when they brought out those kings unto Joshua, that Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said unto the captains of the men of war which went with him, Come near, put your feet upon the necks of these kings. And they came near, and put their feet upon the necks of them.

După ce au adus pe aceşti împăraţi înaintea lui Iosua, Iosua a chemat pe toţi bărbaţii lui Israel şi a zis căpeteniilor oamenilor de război care merseseră cu el: „Apropiaţi-vă şi puneţi-vă picioarele pe grumajii împăraţilor acestora.” Ei s-au apropiat şi au pus picioarele pe grumajii lor.

And when they brought those kings out to Joshua, Joshua summoned all the men of Israel and said to the chiefs of the men of war who had gone with him, “Come near; put your feet on the necks of these kings.” Then they came near and put their feet on their necks.

És ezt mondta nekik Józsué: Ne féljetek, és meg ne rettenjetek. Legyetek bátrak és erősek, mert így cselekszik az ÚR minden ellenségetekkel, akik ellen harcoltok.

És monda nékik Józsué: Ne féljetek, és meg ne rettenjetek; legyetek bátrak és erősek, mert ekképen cselekszik az Úr minden ellenségetekkel, a kik ellen ti hadakoztok.

And Joshua said unto them, Fear not, nor be dismayed, be strong and of good courage: for thus shall the LORD do to all your enemies against whom ye fight.

Iosua le-a zis: „Nu vă temeţi şi nu vă înspăimântaţi, ci întăriţi-vă şi îmbărbătaţi-vă, căci aşa va face Domnul tuturor vrăjmaşilor voştri împotriva cărora vă veţi lupta.”

And Joshua said to them, “Do not be afraid or dismayed; be strong and courageous. For thus the LORD will do to all your enemies against whom you fight.”

Azután Józsué megölte és fölakasztatta őket öt fára. Úgy maradtak a fákon egész estig.

Azután pedig megveré őket Józsué, és megölé őket, és felakasztatá őket öt fára, és felakasztva maradtak a fákon mind estvéig.

And afterward Joshua smote them, and slew them, and hanged them on five trees: and they were hanging upon the trees until the evening.

And afterward Joshua struck them and put them to death, and he hanged them on five trees. And they hung on the trees until evening.

And it came to pass at the time of the going down of the sun, that Joshua commanded, and they took them down off the trees, and cast them into the cave wherein they had been hid, and laid great stones in the cave's mouth, which remain until this very day.

But at the time of the going down of the sun, Joshua commanded, and they took them down from the trees and threw them into the cave where they had hidden themselves, and they set large stones against the mouth of the cave, which remain to this very day.

Makkédát is bevette Józsué ugyanazon a napon, és fegyver élére hányta királyával együtt. Mind megölte őket, egy lelket sem engedett kimenekülni azok közül, akik odabent voltak. Ugyanúgy bánt Makkéda királyával, ahogy Jerikó királyával.

And that day Joshua took Makkedah, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and the king thereof he utterly destroyed, them, and all the souls that were therein; he let none remain: and he did to the king of Makkedah as he did unto the king of Jericho.

Iosua a luat Macheda chiar în ziua aceea şi a trecut-o prin ascuţişul sabiei; a nimicit cu desăvârşire pe împărat, cetatea şi pe toţi cei ce se aflau în ea; n-a lăsat să scape niciunul, şi împăratului din Macheda i-a făcut cum făcuse împăratului Ierihonului.

As for Makkedah, Joshua captured it on that day and struck it, and its king, with the edge of the sword. He devoted to destruction every person in it; he left none remaining. And he did to the king of Makkedah just as he had done to the king of Jericho.

Általméne annakutána Józsué és vele az egész Izráel Makkedából Libnába, és hadakozék Libnával.

Then Joshua passed from Makkedah, and all Israel with him, unto Libnah, and fought against Libnah:

Iosua şi tot Israelul împreună cu el a trecut din Macheda la Libna şi a dat luptă împotriva Libnei.

Then Joshua and all Israel with him passed on from Makkedah to Libnah and fought against Libnah.

Az ÚR azt is Izráel kezébe adta királyával együtt. Fegyver élére hányta azt, és egy lelket sem engedett elmenekülni azok közül, akik odabent voltak. A királyával úgy bánt, ahogy Jerikó királyával.

És kezébe adá az Úr azt is Izráelnek, és annak királyát; és fegyver élére hányá azt, és egy lelket sem engede menekülni azokból a melyek benne valának. És úgy cselekedék annak királyával, a mint cselekedett vala Jérikhónak királyával.

And the LORD delivered it also, and the king thereof, into the hand of Israel; and he smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein; he let none remain in it; but did unto the king thereof as he did unto the king of Jericho.

Domnul a dat-o şi pe ea împreună cu împăratul ei în mâinile lui Israel şi a trecut-o prin ascuţişul sabiei, pe ea şi pe toţi cei ce se găseau în ea; n-a lăsat să scape niciunul şi a făcut împăratului ei cum făcuse împăratului Ierihonului.

And the LORD gave it also and its king into the hand of Israel. And he struck it with the edge of the sword, and every person in it; he left none remaining in it. And he did to its king as he had done to the king of Jericho.

And Joshua passed from Libnah, and all Israel with him, unto Lachish, and encamped against it, and fought against it:

Iosua şi tot Israelul împreună cu el a trecut din Libna în Lachis, a tăbărât înaintea ei şi a început lupta împotriva ei.

Then Joshua and all Israel with him passed on from Libnah to Lachish and laid siege to it and fought against it.

Az ÚR Izráel kezébe adta Lákist, és bevették azt a második napon. Fegyver élére hányta azt és minden lelket, amely benne volt, egészen úgy, ahogy Libnával cselekedett.

És kezébe adá az Úr Izráelnek Lákist és bevevé azt másodnapon, és fegyver élére hányá azt, és minden lelket, a mely benne vala, egészen úgy, amint cselekedett vala Libnával.

And the LORD delivered Lachish into the hand of Israel, which took it on the second day, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein, according to all that he had done to Libnah.

Domnul a dat cetatea Lachis în mâinile lui Israel, care a luat-o a doua zi şi a trecut-o prin ascuţişul sabiei, pe ea şi pe toţi cei ce se aflau în ea, cum făcuse cu Libna.

And the LORD gave Lachish into the hand of Israel, and he captured it on the second day and struck it with the edge of the sword, and every person in it, as he had done to Libnah.

Akkor feljött Hórám, Gézer királya, hogy megsegítse Lákist, de úgy megverte Józsué őt és a népét, hogy egy menekülőt sem hagyott életben.

Akkor feljöve Hórám, Gézernek királya, hogy megsegélje Lákist, de megveré Józsué őt és az ő népét annyira, hogy egy menekülőt sem hagya meg néki.

Then Horam king of Gezer came up to help Lachish; and Joshua smote him and his people, until he had left him none remaining.

Atunci Horam, împăratul Ghezerului, s-a suit ca să dea ajutor Lachisului. Iosua l-a bătut, pe el şi pe poporul lui, fără să lase pe cineva să scape.

Then Horam king of Gezer came up to help Lachish. And Joshua struck him and his people, until he left none remaining.

And from Lachish Joshua passed unto Eglon, and all Israel with him; and they encamped against it, and fought against it:

Then Joshua and all Israel with him passed on from Lachish to Eglon. And they laid siege to it and fought against it.

Még aznap bevették azt, és fegyver élére hányták. Még aznap megölt minden lelket, amely benne volt, egészen úgy, ahogy Lákissal cselekedett.

És bevevék azt ugyanazon a napon, és fegyver élére hányák azt; és megöle minden lelket, a mely benne vala, ugyanazon a napon, egészen úgy, amint cselekedett vala Lákissal.

And they took it on that day, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein he utterly destroyed that day, according to all that he had done to Lachish.

Au luat-o în aceeaşi zi şi au trecut-o prin ascuţişul sabiei, pe ea şi pe toţi cei ce se aflau în ea; Iosua a nimicit-o cu desăvârşire chiar în ziua aceea, cum făcuse cu Lachis.

And they captured it on that day, and struck it with the edge of the sword. And he devoted every person in it to destruction that day, as he had done to Lachish.

And Joshua went up from Eglon, and all Israel with him, unto Hebron; and they fought against it:

Then Joshua and all Israel with him went up from Eglon to Hebron. And they fought against it

Bevették és fegyver élére hányták királyával és minden városával együtt, és egy lelket sem engedett elmenekülni azok közül, akik odabent voltak, egészen úgy, ahogy Eglónnal cselekedett: elveszítette azt és minden benne levő lelket.

És bevevék azt, és fegyver élére hányák azt, és annak királyát és minden városát, és egy lelket sem engede menekülni azokból, a melyek benne valának, egészen úgy, a mint cselekedett vala Eglonnal, elvesztvén azt és minden lelket, a mely benne vala.

And they took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and the king thereof, and all the cities thereof, and all the souls that were therein; he left none remaining, according to all that he had done to Eglon; but destroyed it utterly, and all the souls that were therein.

L-au luat şi l-au trecut prin ascuţişul sabiei, pe el, pe împăratul lui, toate cetăţile care ţineau de el şi pe toţi cei ce se aflau în el; Iosua n-a lăsat pe niciunul să scape, cum făcuse cu Eglonul, şi l-a nimicit cu desăvârşire împreună cu toţi cei ce se aflau în el.

and captured it and struck it with the edge of the sword, and its king and its towns, and every person in it. He left none remaining, as he had done to Eglon, and devoted it to destruction and every person in it.

And Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, to Debir; and fought against it:

Then Joshua and all Israel with him turned back to Debir and fought against it

Bevette azt és minden városát, és fegyver élére hányta őket és királyukat. Minden lelket megöltek, aki odabent volt, nem hagyott elmenekülni senkit. Úgy cselekedett Debírrel és királyával, ahogy Hebrónnal és ahogy Libnával és királyával cselekedett.

És bevevé azt és annak királyát és minden városát, és fegyver élére hányá őket, és megölének minden lelket, a mely benne vala, nem hagyott menekülni valót. A miképen cselekedett vala Hebronnal, úgy cselekedék Debirrel és annak királyával, avagy a miképen Libnával és annak királyával cselekedett vala.

And he took it, and the king thereof, and all the cities thereof; and they smote them with the edge of the sword, and utterly destroyed all the souls that were therein; he left none remaining: as he had done to Hebron, so he did to Debir, and to the king thereof; as he had done also to Libnah, and to her king.

L-a luat, pe el, pe împăratul lui şi toate cetăţile care ţineau de el; le-au trecut prin ascuţişul sabiei şi au nimicit cu desăvârşire pe toţi cei ce se aflau în ele, fără să lase să scape vreunul; Iosua a făcut Debirului şi împăratului lui cum făcuse Hebronului şi cum făcuse Libnei şi împăratului ei.

and he captured it with its king and all its towns. And they struck them with the edge of the sword and devoted to destruction every person in it; he left none remaining. Just as he had done to Hebron and to Libnah and its king, so he did to Debir and to its king.

Így verte le Józsué az egész országot: a hegységet és a déli vidéket, a síkságot és a lejtőket és mindazoknak királyait; senkit sem hagyott elmenekülni. Minden élőt megölt, ahogy azt az ÚR, Izráel Istene parancsolta.

Megveré azért Józsué az egész földet; a hegységet és a déli vidéket, a síkságot és a lejtőket és mindazoknak királyait, menekülni valót sem hagyott; és megöle minden élőt, a mint megparancsolta vala az Úr, az Izráelnek Istene.

So Joshua smote all the country of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale, and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded.

Iosua a bătut astfel toată ţara, muntele, partea de miazăzi, câmpia şi costişele, şi a bătut pe toţi împăraţii; n-a lăsat să scape nimeni şi a nimicit cu desăvârşire tot ce avea suflare, cum poruncise Domnul Dumnezeul lui Israel.

So Joshua struck the whole land, the hill country and the Negeb and the lowland and the slopes, and all their kings. He left none remaining, but devoted to destruction all that breathed, just as the LORD God of Israel commanded.

Leverte őket Józsué Kádés-Barneától fogva egész Gázáig, Gósen egész földjét is, egészen Gibeónig.

And Joshua smote them from Kadeshbarnea even unto Gaza, and all the country of Goshen, even unto Gibeon.

Iosua i-a bătut de la Cades-Barnea până la Gaza, a bătut toată ţara Gosen până la Gabaon.

And Joshua struck them from Kadesh-barnea as far as Gaza, and all the country of Goshen, as far as Gibeon.

Mindezeket a királyokat és földjüket egy út során hódította meg Józsué, mivel az ÚR, Izráel Istene harcolt Izráelért.

És mindezeket a királyokat és azoknak földjét egy útban hódítá meg Józsué, mivelhogy az Úr, Izráelnek Istene hadakozott vala Izráelért.

And all these kings and their land did Joshua take at one time, because the LORD God of Israel fought for Israel.

Iosua a luat în acelaşi timp pe toţi împăraţii aceia şi ţara lor, căci Domnul Dumnezeul lui Israel lupta pentru Israel.

And Joshua captured all these kings and their land at one time, because the LORD God of Israel fought for Israel.
