Hosszú idővel azután, hogy az ÚR nyugalmat adott Izráelnek minden körülötte levő ellenségétől, Józsué megidősödött, és öreg lett.

Lőn pedig sok nappal azután, hogy nyugodalmat adott vala az Úr Izráelnek minden ő körülötte lévő ellenségeitől: megvénhedék Józsué és megidősödék.

And it came to pass a long time after that the LORD had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about, that Joshua waxed old and stricken in age.

De multă vreme Domnul dăduse odihnă lui Israel, izbăvindu-l de toţi vrăjmaşii care-l înconjurau. Iosua era bătrân, înaintat în vârstă.

A long time afterward, when the LORD had given rest to Israel from all their surrounding enemies, and Joshua was old and well advanced in years,

Ekkor összehívta egész Izráelt, annak véneit, fejeit, bíráit és elöljáróit, és azt mondta nekik: Idős és öreg lettem.

Előhívá ekkor Józsué az egész Izráelt, annak véneit, fejeit, biráit és felügyelőit, és monda nékik: Én megvénhedtem és megidősödtem.

And Joshua called for all Israel, and for their elders, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers, and said unto them, I am old and stricken in age:

Atunci Iosua a chemat pe tot Israelul, pe bătrânii lui, pe căpeteniile lui, pe judecătorii lui şi pe căpeteniile oştii. Şi le-a zis: „Eu sunt bătrân, înaintat în vârstă.

Joshua summoned all Israel, its elders and heads, its judges and officers, and said to them, “I am now old and well advanced in years.

Ti magatok is láttatok mindent, amit az ÚR, a ti Istenetek mindezekkel a népekkel cselekedett előttetek, hiszen maga az ÚR, a ti Istenetek harcolt érettetek.

Magatok is láttatok mindent, a mit az Úr, a ti Istenetek mind eme népekkel cselekedett ti előttetek; mivelhogy maga az Úr, a ti Istenetek harczolt érettetek.

And ye have seen all that the LORD your God hath done unto all these nations because of you; for the LORD your God is he that hath fought for you.

Aţi văzut tot ce a făcut Domnul Dumnezeul vostru tuturor neamurilor acelora dinaintea voastră; căci Domnul Dumnezeul vostru a luptat pentru voi.

And you have seen all that the LORD your God has done to all these nations for your sake, for it is the LORD your God who has fought for you.

Látjátok, elosztottam nektek nemzetségeitek szerint, sorsvetés által örökségül az itt maradt népek birtokát meg azokét a népekét, amelyeket kipusztítottam a Jordántól a Nagy-tengerig napnyugaton.

Ímé elosztám néktek sors által a fennmaradt népeket örökségül a ti nemzetségeitek szerint, a Jordántól kezdve, és mindazokat a népeket, a melyeket kipusztítottam, és a nagy tengert is napnyugat felől.

Behold, I have divided unto you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even unto the great sea westward.

Vedeţi, v-am dat ca moştenire prin sorţi, după seminţiile voastre, neamurile acestea care au rămas, începând de la Iordan, şi toate neamurile pe care le-am nimicit, până la Marea cea Mare spre apusul soarelui.

Behold, I have allotted to you as an inheritance for your tribes those nations that remain, along with all the nations that I have already cut off, from the Jordan to the Great Sea in the west.

Az ÚR pedig, a ti Istenetek maga űzi ki őket előletek, hogy örököseivé legyetek a földjüknek, ahogyan megmondta nektek Istenetek, az ÚR.

Az Úr pedig, a ti Istenetek kiűzi őket a ti orczátok elől, és kiűzi őket ti előletek, hogy örököseivé legyetek az ő földüknek, a mint megmondotta vala néktek az Úr, a ti Istenetek.

And the LORD your God, he shall expel them from before you, and drive them from out of your sight; and ye shall possess their land, as the LORD your God hath promised unto you.

Domnul Dumnezeul vostru le va izgoni dinaintea voastră şi le va alunga dinaintea voastră; şi voi le veţi stăpâni ţara, cum a spus Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru.

The LORD your God will push them back before you and drive them out of your sight. And you shall possess their land, just as the LORD your God promised you.

Legyetek azért igen erősek, hogy megőrizzétek és megtartsátok mindazt, ami meg van írva Mózes törvénykönyvében. Ne térjetek el attól se jobbra, se balra.

Legyetek azért igen erősek, hogy megtartsátok és megcselekedjétek mind azt, a mi meg van írva a Mózes törvényének könyvében; hogy el ne távozzatok attól se jobbkézre, se balkézre;

Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left;

Puneţi-vă toată puterea ca să păziţi şi să împliniţi tot ce este scris în cartea Legii lui Moise, fără să vă abateţi nici la dreapta, nici la stânga.

Therefore, be very strong to keep and to do all that is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, turning aside from it neither to the right hand nor to the left,

Ne keveredjetek össze ezekkel a népekkel, amelyek itt maradtak közöttetek. Isteneik nevét ki se ejtsétek, azokra ne esküdjetek, ne is szolgáljatok nekik, előttük meg ne hajoljatok.

Hogy össze ne elegyedjetek ezekkel a népekkel, azokkal, a melyek fenmaradtak közöttetek; isteneiknek nevét ki se ejtsétek, azokra ne esküdjetek, se ne szolgáljatok nékik, se előttök meg ne hajoljatok;

That ye come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them:

Să nu vă amestecaţi cu neamurile acestea care au rămas printre voi; să nu rostiţi numele dumnezeilor lor şi să nu-l întrebuinţaţi în jurământ; să nu le slujiţi şi să nu vă închinaţi înaintea lor.

that you may not mix with these nations remaining among you or make mention of the names of their gods or swear by them or serve them or bow down to them,

Hanem ragaszkodjatok az ÚRhoz, a ti Istenetekhez, ahogy mindmáig cselekedtétek!

Hanem ragaszkodjatok az Úrhoz, a ti Istenetekhez, a miképen e mai napig cselekedtetek!

But cleave unto the LORD your God, as ye have done unto this day.

Ci alipiţi-vă de Domnul Dumnezeul vostru, cum aţi făcut până în ziua aceasta.

but you shall cling to the LORD your God just as you have done to this day.

Ezért űzött ki az ÚR előletek nagy és erős népeket, előttetek azonban senki nem állhatott meg mindmáig.

Ezért űzött ki az Úr előletek nagy és erős népeket: a mi pedig titeket illet, senki meg nem állhatott ellenetekben mind e napig.

For the LORD hath driven out from before you great nations and strong: but as for you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day.

Domnul a izgonit dinaintea voastră neamuri mari şi puternice; şi nimeni, până în ziua aceasta, n-a putut să vă stea împotrivă.

For the LORD has driven out before you great and strong nations. And as for you, no man has been able to stand before you to this day.

Egy férfi közületek elűz ezret, mert az ÚR, a ti Istenetek az, aki harcol értetek, ahogy megmondta nektek.

Egy férfiú közületek elűz ezeret, mert az Úr, a ti Istenetek az, a ki harczol érettetek, a miképen megmondta vala néktek.

One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the LORD your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you.

Unul singur dintre voi urmărea o mie din ei, căci Domnul Dumnezeul vostru lupta pentru voi, cum v-a spus.

One man of you puts to flight a thousand, since it is the LORD your God who fights for you, just as he promised you.

Azért nagyon vigyázzatok magatokra, hogy szeressétek Isteneteket, az URat!

Azért igen vigyázzatok magatokra, hogy szeressétek az Urat, a ti Isteneteket!

Take good heed therefore unto yourselves, that ye love the LORD your God.

Vegheaţi, dar, cu luare aminte asupra sufletelor voastre, ca să iubiţi pe Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru.

Be very careful, therefore, to love the LORD your God.

Mert ha mégis elfordultok tőle, és e népek maradékaihoz ragaszkodtok, amelyek itt maradtak köztetek, és sógorságot köttök velük, összekeveredtek velük, és ők veletek:

Mert ha elfordulván elfordultok [tőle] és ragaszkodtok e népek maradékaihoz, a melyek itt maradtak ti közöttetek; és sógorságot köttök ő velök és összeelegyedtek velök és ők veletek:

Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these nations, even these that remain among you, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to you:

Dacă vă veţi abate şi vă veţi alipi de neamurile acestea care au rămas printre voi, dacă vă veţi uni cu ele prin căsătorii şi dacă veţi intra în legături cu ele,

For if you turn back and cling to the remnant of these nations remaining among you and make marriages with them, so that you associate with them and they with you,

bizony megtudjátok majd akkor, hogy az ÚR, a ti Istenetek nem űzi ki többé e népeket előletek. Sőt inkább tőrré és hurokká lesznek számotokra, oldalatokon ostorrá, szemetekben pedig tövissé, amíg ki nem vesztek erről a jó földről, amelyet Istenetek, az ÚR adott nektek.

Bizonynyal megtudjátok majd, hogy az Úr, a ti Istenetek ki nem űzi többé e népeket ti előletek; sőt inkább lésznek ti néktek tőrré és hurokká, oldalaitokban ostorrá, szemeitekben pedig tövisekké, míglen kivesztek erről a jó földről, a melyet az Úr, a ti Istenetek adott ti néktek.

Know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no more drive out any of these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you.

să fiţi încredinţaţi că Domnul Dumnezeul vostru nu va mai izgoni aceste neamuri dinaintea voastră; ci ele vă vor fi o cursă şi un laţ, un bici în coaste şi nişte spini în ochi, până veţi pieri de pe faţa acestei ţări bune, pe care v-a dat-o Domnul Dumnezeul vostru.

know for certain that the LORD your God will no longer drive out these nations before you, but they shall be a snare and a trap for you, a whip on your sides and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from off this good ground that the LORD your God has given you.

Én pedig, íme, elmegyek már a minden földi ember útján. Tudjátok meg azért teljes szívetek és teljes lelketek szerint, hogy egy szó sem veszett el mindabból a jó szóból, amelyet az ÚR, a ti Istenetek ígért nektek. Mind beteljesedett rajtatok, egy szó sem veszett el azokból!

Én pedig ímé megyek már a minden földinek útján: Tudjátok meg azért teljes szívetek és teljes lelketek szerint, hogy egy szó sem esett el mindama jó szóból, a melyeket az Úr, a ti Istenetek szólott vala felőletek. Minden betelt rajtatok, egy szó sem esett el azokból!

And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.

Iată că astăzi eu mă duc pe calea pe care merge tot ce este pământesc. Recunoaşteţi, dar, din toată inima voastră şi din tot sufletul vostru, că niciunul din toate cuvintele bune rostite asupra voastră de Domnul Dumnezeul vostru n-a rămas neîmplinit; toate vi s-au împlinit, niciunul n-a rămas neîmplinit.

“And now I am about to go the way of all the earth, and you know in your hearts and souls, all of you, that not one word has failed of all the good things that the LORD your God promised concerning you. All have come to pass for you; not one of them has failed.

De ahogy betelt rajtatok mindaz a jó szó, amelyet az ÚR, a ti Istenetek mondott felőletek, úgy beteljesíti majd rajtatok az ÚR minden fenyegetését is, amíg ki nem pusztít benneteket e jó földről, amelyet Istenetek, az ÚR adott nektek.

De a miképen betelt rajtatok mind az a jó szó, a melyeket az Úr, a ti Istenetek szólott vala felőletek: akképen teljesíti majd rajtatok mind a gonosz szót [is] az Úr, míglen kipusztít titeket e jó földről, a melyet az Úr, a ti Istenetek adott ti néktek.

Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all good things are come upon you, which the LORD your God promised you; so shall the LORD bring upon you all evil things, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you.

Şi după cum toate cuvintele bune pe care vi le spusese Domnul Dumnezeul vostru s-au împlinit pentru voi, tot aşa Domnul va împlini faţă de voi toate cuvintele rele, până vă va nimici de pe faţa acestei ţări bune pe care v-a dat-o Domnul Dumnezeul vostru.

But just as all the good things that the LORD your God promised concerning you have been fulfilled for you, so the LORD will bring upon you all the evil things, until he has destroyed you from off this good land that the LORD your God has given you,

Ha áthágjátok Isteneteknek, az ÚRnak szövetségét, amelyet ő rendelt nektek, és elmentek, és idegen isteneknek szolgáltok, és meghajoltok előttük, akkor fölgerjed ellenetek az ÚR haragja, és hamarosan kivesztek e jó földről, amelyet ő adott nektek.

Ha általhágjátok az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek szövetségét, a melyet parancsolt néktek, és elmentek és szolgáltok idegen isteneknek, és meghajoltok azok előtt: akkor felgerjed ellenetek az Úrnak haragja, és hamar kivesztek e jó földről, a melyet ő adott néktek.

When ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath given unto you.

Dacă veţi călca legământul pe care vi l-a dat Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru şi dacă vă veţi duce să slujiţi altor dumnezei şi să vă închinaţi înaintea lor, Domnul Se va aprinde de mânie împotriva voastră şi veţi pieri degrabă din ţara cea bună pe care v-a dat-o El.”
