Mint vele együtt munkálkodók intünk is titeket, ne vegyétek hiába Isten kegyelmét!

Mint együttmunkálkodók intünk is, hogy hiába ne vettétek légyen az Isten kegyelmét.

We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

Ca unii care lucrăm împreună cu Dumnezeu, vă sfătuim să faceţi aşa ca să nu fi primit în zadar harul lui Dumnezeu.

Working together with him, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

Mert ő mondja: Alkalmas időben meghallgattalak és az üdvösség napján megsegítettelek. Íme, itt az alkalmas idő, íme, itt az üdvösség napja!

Mert ő mondja: Kellemetes időben meghallgattalak, és az üdvösség napján megsegítettelek. Ímé itt a kellemetes idő, ímé itt az üdvösség napja.

(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

Căci El zice: „La vremea potrivită, te-am ascultat; în ziua mântuirii, te-am ajutat. Iată că acum este vremea potrivită; iată că acum este ziua mântuirii.”

For he says, “In a favorable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:

Noi nu dăm nimănui niciun prilej de poticnire, pentru ca slujba noastră să nu fie defăimată.

We put no obstacle in anyone’s way, so that no fault may be found with our ministry,

But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,

Ci, în toate privinţele, arătăm că suntem nişte vrednici slujitori ai lui Dumnezeu, prin multă răbdare, în necazuri, în nevoi, în strâmtorări,

but as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: by great endurance, in afflictions, hardships, calamities,

verésekben, bebörtönzésben, zavargásokban, fáradozásban, virrasztásban, böjtölésben,

Vereségben, tömlöczben, háborúságban, küzködésben, virrasztásban, bőjtölésben.

In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;

în bătăi, în temniţe, în răscoale, în osteneli, în vegheri, în posturi;

beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, sleepless nights, hunger;

tisztaságban, ismeretben, hosszútűrésben, jóságban, Szentlélekben, képmutatás nélküli szeretetben,

Tisztaságban, tudományban, hosszútűrésben, szívességben, Szent Lélekben, tettetés nélkül való szeretetben,

By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,

prin curăţie, prin înţelepciune, prin îndelungă răbdare, prin bunătate, prin Duhul Sfânt, printr-o dragoste neprefăcută,

by purity, knowledge, patience, kindness, the Holy Spirit, genuine love;

igazmondásban, Isten erejében, az igazság jobb és bal felől való fegyvereivel,

Igazmondásban, Isten erejében; az igazságnak jobb és bal felől való fegyvereivel;

By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

prin cuvântul adevărului, prin puterea lui Dumnezeu, prin armele de lovire şi de apărare pe care le dă neprihănirea;

by truthful speech, and the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and for the left;

dicsőség és gyalázat által, rossz és jó hír által, mint ámítók és igazak,

By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;

în slavă şi în ocară, în vorbire de rău şi în vorbire de bine. Suntem priviţi ca nişte înşelători, măcar că spunem adevărul;

through honor and dishonor, through slander and praise. We are treated as impostors, and yet are true;

mint ismeretlenek és mégis ismertek, mint halottak és – íme – élők, mint megostorozottak és meg nem öltek,

As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

ca nişte necunoscuţi, măcar că suntem bine cunoscuţi; ca unii care murim, şi iată că trăim; ca nişte pedepsiţi, măcar că nu suntem omorâţi;

as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and yet not killed;

mint megszomorítottak, noha mindig örvendezők, mint szegények, de sokakat gazdagítók, mint akiknek semmijük sincs, és mégis mindenük megvan.

Mint bánkódók, noha mindig örvendezők; mint szegények, de sokakat gazdagítók; mint semmi nélkül valók, és mindennel bírók.

As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

ca nişte întristaţi, şi totdeauna suntem veseli; ca nişte săraci, şi totuşi îmbogăţim pe mulţi; ca neavând nimic, şi totuşi stăpânind toate lucrurile.

as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing everything.

A szánk megnyílt, a szívünk kitárult előttetek, korinthusiak.

A mi szánk megnyílt ti néktek, korinthusiak, a mi szívünk kitárult.

O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.

Am dat drumul gurii faţă de voi, corintenilor! Ni s-a lărgit inima.

We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians; our heart is wide open.

Nem mi vagyunk szűkkeblűek irántatok, hanem a ti bensőtökben szűk a hely.

Nem mi bennünk vagytok szorosságban, hanem szorosságban vagytok a ti szívetekben.

Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.

Voi nu sunteţi la strâmtorare în noi; dar inima voastră s-a strâns pentru noi.

You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted in your own affections.

Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.

Faceţi-ne şi voi la fel – vă vorbesc ca unor copii ai mei – lărgiţi-vă şi voi!

In return (I speak as to children) widen your hearts also.

Ne legyetek hitetlenekkel felemás igában; mert mi köze van az igazságnak a hamissághoz? Vagy mi közössége van a világosságnak a sötétséggel?

Ne legyetek hitetlenekkel felemás igában; mert mi szövetsége van igazságnak és hamisságnak? vagy mi közössége a világosságnak a sötétséggel?

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Nu vă înjugaţi la un jug nepotrivit cu cei necredincioşi. Căci ce legătură este între neprihănire şi fărădelege? Sau cum poate sta împreună lumina cu întunericul?

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

És milyen egység lehet Krisztus és Beliál között? Vagy mi köze a hívőnek a hitetlenhez?

És mi egyezsége Krisztusnak Béliállal? vagy mi köze hívőnek hitetlenhez?

And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

Ce înţelegere poate fi între Hristos şi Belial? Sau ce legătură are cel credincios cu cel necredincios?

What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever?

Vagy hogyan fér össze Isten temploma a bálványokkal? Mert mi az élő Isten temploma vagyunk, amint Isten mondta: Bennük lakozom, és közöttük járok, Istenük leszek, és ők az én népem lesznek.

Vagy mi egyezése Isten templomának bálványokkal? Mert ti az élő Istennek temploma vagytok, a mint az Isten mondotta: Lakozom bennök és közöttük járok; és leszek nékik Istenök, és ők én népem lesznek.

And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Cum se împacă templul lui Dumnezeu cu idolii? Căci noi suntem templul Dumnezeului celui Viu, cum a zis Dumnezeu: „Eu voi locui şi voi umbla în mijlocul lor; Eu voi fi Dumnezeul lor, şi ei vor fi poporul Meu.”

What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Azért menjetek ki közülük, és szakadjatok el tőlük – azt mondja az Úr –, és tisztátalant ne érintsetek, és én magamhoz fogadlak titeket,

Annakokáért menjetek ki közülök, és szakadjatok el, azt mondja az Úr, és tisztátalant ne illessetek; és én magamhoz fogadlak titeket,

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

De aceea: „Ieşiţi din mijlocul lor şi despărţiţi-vă de ei, zice Domnul; nu vă atingeţi de ce este necurat, şi vă voi primi.

Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you,

Atyátok leszek, ti pedig fiaimmá és leányaimmá lesztek – azt mondja a mindenható Úr.

És leszek néktek Atyátok, és ti lesztek fiaimmá, és leányaimmá, azt mondja a mindenható Úr.

And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Eu vă voi fi Tată, şi voi Îmi veţi fi fii şi fiice, zice Domnul cel Atotputernic.”

and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”
