Mert tudjuk, hogy ha ez a földi sátorházunk elbomlik, épületünk van Istentől: nem kézzel csinált, hanem örökkévaló ház a mennyben.

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Ştim, în adevăr, că, dacă se desface casa pământească a cortului nostru trupesc, avem o clădire în cer, de la Dumnezeu, o casă care nu este făcută de mână, ci este veşnică.

For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Azért is sóhajtozunk ebben, mert mennyei hajlékunkat szeretnénk erre felölteni,

Azért is sóhajtozunk ebben, óhajtván felöltözni erre a mi mennyei hajlékunkat;

For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

Şi gemem în cortul acesta, plini de dorinţa să ne îmbrăcăm peste el cu locaşul nostru ceresc,

For in this tent we groan, longing to put on our heavenly dwelling,

ha ugyan felöltözötten is mezítelennek nem találtatunk.

If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

negreşit, dacă atunci când vom fi îmbrăcaţi nu vom fi găsiţi dezbrăcaţi de el.

if indeed by putting it on we may not be found naked.

Mert akik e sátorban vagyunk, megterhelten sóhajtozunk, mert nem levetkőzni akarunk, hanem felöltözni, hogy a halandót elnyelje az élet.

Mert a kik e sátorban vagyunk is, sóhajtozunk megterheltetvén; mivelhogy nem kívánunk levetkőztetni, hanem felöltöztetni, hogy a mi halandó, elnyelje azt az élet.

For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

Chiar în cortul acesta deci gemem apăsaţi; nu că dorim să fim dezbrăcaţi de trupul acesta, ci să fim îmbrăcaţi cu trupul celălalt peste acesta, pentru ca ce este muritor în noi să fie înghiţit de viaţă.

For while we are still in this tent, we groan, being burdened—not that we would be unclothed, but that we would be further clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.

Maga Isten az, aki minket erre felkészített, és aki a Lélek zálogát is nekünk adta.

A ki pedig minket erre elkészített, az Isten [az,] a ki a Lélek zálogát is adta minékünk.

Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.

Şi Cel ce ne-a făcut pentru aceasta este Dumnezeu, care ne-a dat arvuna Duhului.

He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.

Ezért mindenkor bizakodunk, és tudjuk, hogy amíg e testben van otthonunk, addig távol vagyunk az Úrtól,

Azért mivelhogy mindenkor bízunk, és tudjuk, hogy e testben lakván, távol vagyunk az Úrtól.

Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

Aşadar, noi întotdeauna suntem plini de încredere; căci ştim că, dacă suntem acasă în trup, pribegim departe de Domnul –

So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord,

(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

for we walk by faith, not by sight.

Bizakodunk azért, és inkább szeretnénk elköltözni a testből és hazaköltözni az Úrhoz.

Bizodalmunk pedig van, azért inkább szeretnénk kiköltözni e testből, és elköltözni az Úrhoz.

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Da, suntem plini de încredere, şi ne place mult mai mult să părăsim trupul acesta, ca să fim acasă, la Domnul.

Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

De akár itthon, akár a távolban vagyunk, az a célunk, hogy elnyerjük tetszését.

Azért igyekezünk is, hogy akár itt lakunk, akár elköltözünk, néki kedvesek legyünk.

Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

De aceea ne şi silim să-I fim plăcuţi, fie că rămânem acasă, fie că suntem departe de casă.

So whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to please him.

Mert mindnyájunknak meg kell jelennünk Krisztus ítélőszéke előtt, hogy kiki aszerint, amit e testben cselekedett, megkapja akár a jót, akár a gonoszt.

Mert nékünk mindnyájunknak meg kell jelennünk a Krisztus ítélőszéke előtt, hogy kiki megjutalmaztassék a szerint, a miket e testben cselekedett, vagy jót, vagy gonoszt.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Căci toţi trebuie să ne înfăţişăm înaintea scaunului de judecată al lui Hristos, pentru ca fiecare să-şi primească răsplata după binele sau răul pe care-l va fi făcut când trăia în trup.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

Ismerve tehát az Úr félelmét, embereket nyerünk meg, Isten előtt pedig nyilvánvalók vagyunk; remélem azonban, hogy a ti lelkiismeretetek előtt is nyilvánvalók vagyunk.

Ismervén tehát az Úrnak félelmét, embereket térítünk, Isten előtt pedig nyilván vagyunk; reménylem azonban, hogy a ti lelkiesméretetek előtt is nyilván vagyunk.

Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

Ca unii care cunoaştem deci frica de Domnul, pe oameni căutăm să-i încredinţăm; dar Dumnezeu ne cunoaşte bine, şi nădăjduiesc că şi voi ne cunoaşteţi bine în cugetele voastre.

Therefore, knowing the fear of the Lord, we persuade others. But what we are is known to God, and I hope it is known also to your conscience.

Nem ajánlgatjuk ismét önmagunkat, hanem inkább alkalmat adunk nektek a velünk való dicsekedésre, hogy legyen mit felelnetek a színből és nem szívből dicsekedőknek.

Mert nem ajánljuk ismét magunkat néktek, hanem alkalmat adunk ti néktek a velünk való dicsekedésre, hogy legyen mit felelnetek a színből és nem szívből dicsekedőknek.

For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.

Cu aceasta nu ne lăudăm singuri iarăşi înaintea voastră, ci vă dăm un temei de laudă cu privire la noi, ca să aveţi cu ce răspunde acelora care se laudă cu ce este în înfăţişare, şi nu cu ce este în inimă.

We are not commending ourselves to you again but giving you cause to boast about us, so that you may be able to answer those who boast about outward appearance and not about what is in the heart.

Ha azért bolondok vagyunk, az Istenért van, ha eszesek vagyunk, az értetek van.

Ha azért bolondok vagyunk, Istenért; ha eszesek vagyunk, érettetek van [az.]

For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause.

În adevăr, dacă ne-am ieşit din minţi, pentru Dumnezeu ne-am ieşit; dacă suntem întregi la minte, pentru voi suntem.

For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you.

A Krisztus szeretete szorongat minket, mert úgy gondoljuk, hogy ha egy meghalt mindenkiért, akkor mindazok meghaltak,

Mert a Krisztusnak szerelme szorongat minket,

For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

Căci dragostea lui Hristos ne strânge; fiindcă socotim că, dacă Unul singur a murit pentru toţi, toţi deci au murit.

For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died;

és azért halt meg mindenkiért, hogy akik élnek, ezután ne maguknak éljenek, hanem annak, aki értük meghalt és feltámadt.

Úgy vélekedvén, hogy ha egy meghalt mindenkiért, tehát mindazok meghaltak; és azért halt meg mindenkiért, hogy a kik élnek, ezután ne magoknak éljenek, hanem annak, a ki érettök meghalt és feltámasztatott.

And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

Şi El a murit pentru toţi, pentru ca cei ce trăiesc să nu mai trăiască pentru ei înşişi, ci pentru Cel ce a murit şi a înviat pentru ei.

and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.

Úgyhogy mi ezentúl senkit sem ismerünk test szerint, sőt ha ismertük is Krisztust test szerint, többé már nem ismerjük.

Azért mi ezentúl senkit sem ismerünk test szerint; sőt ha ismertük is Krisztust test szerint, de már többé nem ismerjük.

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

Aşa că, de acum încolo, nu mai cunoaştem pe nimeni în felul lumii; şi, chiar dacă am cunoscut pe Hristos în felul lumii, totuşi acum nu-L mai cunoaştem în felul acesta.

From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer.

Azért ha valaki Krisztusban van, új teremtés az, a régiek elmúltak, íme, újjálett minden.

Azért ha valaki Krisztusban van, új teremtés [az]; a régiek elmúltak, ímé, újjá lett minden.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Căci, dacă este cineva în Hristos, este o făptură nouă. Cele vechi s-au dus: iată că toate lucrurile s-au făcut noi.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Mindez pedig Istentől van, aki megbékéltetett minket magával Jézus Krisztus által, és nekünk adta a békéltetés szolgálatát.

Mindez pedig Istentől van, a ki minket magával megbékéltetett a Jézus Krisztus által, és a ki nékünk adta a békéltetés szolgálatát;

And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

Şi toate lucrurile acestea sunt de la Dumnezeu, care ne-a împăcat cu El prin Isus Hristos şi ne-a încredinţat slujba împăcării;

All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;

Mivel Isten az, aki Krisztusban megbékéltette magával a világot, nem tulajdonítva nekik bűneiket, és ránk bízta a békéltetés igéjét.

Minthogy az Isten volt az, a ki Krisztusban megbékéltette magával a világot, nem tulajdonítván nékik az ő bűneiket, és reánk bízta a békéltetésnek ígéjét.

To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

că adică, Dumnezeu era în Hristos, împăcând lumea cu Sine, neţinându-le în socoteală păcatele lor, şi ne-a încredinţat nouă propovăduirea acestei împăcări.

that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.

Krisztusért járva tehát követségben, mintha Isten kérne általunk: Krisztusért kérünk, béküljetek meg Istennel.

Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

Noi, dar, suntem trimişi împuterniciţi ai lui Hristos; şi, ca şi cum Dumnezeu ar îndemna prin noi, vă rugăm fierbinte, în Numele lui Hristos: împăcaţi-vă cu Dumnezeu!

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Pe Cel ce n-a cunoscut niciun păcat, El L-a făcut păcat pentru noi, ca noi să fim neprihănirea lui Dumnezeu în El.

For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
