Mindenesetre az a hír járja, hogy paráznaság van köztetek, mégpedig olyan, amilyen még a pogányok között sincs, hogy valaki apjának feleségével él.

Általában hallatszik köztetek paráznaság, még olyan paráznaság is, a milyen a pogányok között sem említtetik, hogy valaki atyjának feleségét elvegye.

It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.

Din toate părţile se spune că între voi este curvie; şi încă o curvie de aceea care nici chiar la păgâni nu se pomeneşte; până acolo că unul din voi trăieşte cu nevasta tatălui său.

It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is not tolerated even among pagans, for a man has his father’s wife.

Ti pedig kérkedtek, pedig szomorkodnotok kellene és kivetni közületek azt, aki ezt a dolgot tette.

És ti fel vagytok fuvalkodva, és nem keseredtetek meg inkább, hogy kivettetnék közületek, a ki ezt a dolgot cselekedte.

And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.

Şi voi v-aţi fălit! Şi nu v-aţi mâhnit mai degrabă, pentru ca cel ce a săvârşit fapta aceasta să fi fost dat afară din mijlocul vostru!

And you are arrogant! Ought you not rather to mourn? Let him who has done this be removed from among you.

Mert én, aki testben ugyan távol, de lélekben jelen vagyok köztetek, mint jelenlevő már ítéletet hoztam afelett, aki így cselekedett.

Mert én távol lévén ugyan testben, de jelen lévén lélekben, már elvégeztem, mintha jelen volnék, hogy azt, a ki ekként ezt cselekedte,

For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,

Cât despre mine, măcar că n-am fost la voi cu trupul, dar fiind de faţă cu duhul, am şi judecat, ca şi când aş fi fost de faţă, pe cel ce a făcut o astfel de faptă.

For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment on the one who did such a thing.

To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

am hotărât ca un astfel de om să fie dat pe mâna Satanei, pentru nimicirea cărnii, ca duhul lui să fie mântuit în ziua Domnului Isus.

you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord.

Nem jó a ti dicsekedésetek. Hát nem tudjátok, hogy egy kicsiny kovász az egész tésztát megkeleszti?

Nem jó a ti dicsekedéstek. Avagy nem tudjátok-é, hogy egy kicsiny kovász az egész tésztát megposhasztja.

Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

Nu vă lăudaţi bine. Nu ştiţi că puţin aluat dospeşte toată plămădeala?

Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?

Takarítsátok ki azért a régi kovászt, hogy új tésztává legyetek, hiszen ti kovásztalanok vagytok, mert Krisztus, a mi húsvéti bárányunk már megáldoztatott.

Tisztítsátok el azért a régi kovászt, hogy legyetek új tésztává, a minthogy kovász nélkül valók vagytok; mert hiszen a mi húsvéti bárányunk, a Krisztus, megáldoztatott érettünk.

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

Măturaţi aluatul cel vechi, ca să fiţi o plămădeală nouă, cum şi sunteţi, fără aluat; căci Hristos, Paştile nostru, a fost jertfit.

Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.

Azért ne régi kovásszal ünnepeljünk, sem a rosszaság és gonoszság kovászával, hanem a tisztaság és az igazság kovásztalanságával.

Azért ne régi kovászszal ünnepeljünk, sem rosszaságnak és gonoszságnak kovászával, hanem tisztaságnak és igazságnak kovásztalanságában.

Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Să prăznuim, dar, praznicul nu cu un aluat vechi, nici cu un aluat de răutate şi viclenie, ci cu azimele curăţiei şi adevărului.

Let us therefore celebrate the festival, not with the old leaven, the leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Levelemben megírtam nektek, hogy paráznákkal ne tartsatok kapcsolatot.

I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

V-am scris în epistola mea să n-aveţi nicio legătură cu curvarii.

I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—

De nem általában e világ paráznáival vagy kapzsijaival vagy rablóival vagy bálványimádóival, mert hiszen akkor ki kellene mennetek e világból.

De nem általában e világ paráznáival, vagy csalóival, vagy ragadozóival, vagy bálványimádóival; mert hiszen így ki kellene e világból mennetek.

Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.

Însă n-am înţeles cu curvarii lumii acesteia, sau cu cei lacomi de bani, sau cu cei hrăpăreţi, sau cu cei ce se închină la idoli, fiindcă atunci ar trebui să ieşiţi din lume.

not at all meaning the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world.

Most tehát azt írom nektek, hogy ne tartsatok kapcsolatot azzal, akit testvérnek neveznek, de parázna vagy kapzsi vagy bálványimádó vagy szitkozódó vagy részeges vagy rabló. Az ilyennel még együtt se egyetek.

Most azért azt írom néktek, hogy ne társalkodjatok azzal, ha valaki atyafi létére parázna, vagy csaló, vagy bálványimádó, vagy szidalmazó, vagy részeges, vagy ragadozó. Az ilyennel még együtt se egyetek.

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Ci v-am scris să n-aveţi niciun fel de legături cu vreunul care, măcar că îşi zice „frate”, totuşi este curvar, sau lacom de bani, sau închinător la idoli, sau defăimător, sau beţiv, sau hrăpăreţ; cu un astfel de om nu trebuie nici să mâncaţi.

But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one.

Mert mi közöm ahhoz, hogy a kívül lévők felett ítélkezzem? Nemde ti is a belül levők felett ítélkeztek?

Mert mi közöm ahhoz, hogy a kívülvalókról is ítéletet tegyek? avagy ti nem a belüllévők fölött tesztek-é ítéletet?

For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

În adevăr, ce am eu să judec pe cei de afară? Nu este datoria voastră să judecaţi pe cei dinăuntru?

For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

A kívül lévőket pedig majd Isten ítéli meg. Vessétek ki azért a gonoszt magatok közül!

A kívülvalókat pedig majd az Isten ítéli meg. Vessétek ki azért a gonoszt magatok közül.

But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Cât despre cei de afară, îi judecă Dumnezeu. Daţi afară, dar, din mijlocul vostru pe răul acela.

God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.”
