Úgy tekintsenek ránk az emberek, mint Krisztus szolgáira és Isten titkainak sáfáraira.

Úgy tekintsen minket az ember, mint Krisztus szolgáit és Isten titkainak sáfárait.

Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

Iată cum trebuie să fim priviţi noi: ca nişte slujitori ai lui Hristos şi ca nişte ispravnici ai tainelor lui Dumnezeu.

This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

A sáfároktól pedig egyébként azt várják el, hogy mindegyik hűségesnek bizonyuljon.

A mi pedig egyébiránt a sáfárokban megkívántatik, az, hogy mindenik hívnek találtassék.

Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

Încolo, ce se cere de la ispravnici este ca fiecare să fie găsit credincios în lucrul încredinţat lui.

Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.

Számomra egyáltalán nincs jelentősége annak, hogy ti miképpen ítéltek felőlem, vagy hogy egy polgári bíróság hogyan teszi ezt, sőt magam sem ítélem meg magamat.

Rám nézve pedig igen csekély dolog, hogy ti tőletek ítéltessem meg, vagy emberi [ítélet]naptól; sőt magam sem ítélem meg magamat.

But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

Cât despre mine, prea puţin îmi pasă dacă sunt judecat de voi sau de un scaun omenesc de judecată. Ba încă, nici eu însumi nu mă mai judec pe mine.

But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by any human court. In fact, I do not even judge myself.

Én ugyan semmit sem tudok magam ellen felhozni, de ez még nem tesz igazzá, ugyanis az Úr az, aki megítél engem.

Mert semmit sem tudok magamra, de nem ebben vagyok megigazulva; a ki ugyanis engem megítél, az Úr az.

For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

Căci n-am nimic împotriva mea; totuşi nu pentru aceasta sunt socotit neprihănit: Cel ce mă judecă este Domnul.

For I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.

Azért idő előtt semmit se ítéljetek, amíg el nem jön az Úr, aki világosságra hozza a sötétség titkait, és megjelenti a szívek szándékait. Akkor mindenki Istentől kapja a dicséretet.

Azért idő előtt semmit se ítéljetek, míg el nem jő az Úr, a ki egyrészt világra hozza a sötétségnek titkait, másrészt megjelenti a szíveknek tanácsait; és akkor mindenkinek az Istentől lészen a dícsérete.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

De aceea să nu judecaţi nimic înainte de vreme, până va veni Domnul, care va scoate la lumină lucrurile ascunse în întuneric şi va descoperi gândurile inimilor. Atunci, fiecare îşi va căpăta lauda de la Dumnezeu.

Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

Testvéreim, ezeket értetek alkalmaztam magamra és Apollósra, hogy rajtunk tanuljátok meg, ami meg van írva: Senki se fuvalkodjék fel, kérkedve az egyikkel a másik ellen.

Ezeket pedig, atyámfiai, példában szabtam magamra és Apollósra ti érettetek, hogy rajtunk tanuljátok meg, hogy annakfelette a mi írva van, nem kell bölcselkedni; hogy senki se fuvalkodjék fel az egyikért a másik ellen.

And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

Fraţilor, pentru voi am spus aceste lucruri, în icoană de vorbire, cu privire la mine şi la Apolo, ca prin noi înşine să învăţaţi să nu treceţi peste „ce este scris”: şi niciunul din voi să nu se fălească deloc cu unul împotriva celuilalt.

I have applied all these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, brothers, that you may learn by us not to go beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up in favor of one against another.

Mert ki tesz téged különbbé? Mid van, amit nem kaptál volna? Ha pedig kaptad, mit dicsekszel, mintha nem kaptad volna?

Mert kicsoda különböztet meg téged? Mid van ugyanis, a mit nem kaptál volna? Ha pedig úgy kaptad, mit dicsekedel, mintha nem kaptad volna?

For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

Căci cine te face deosebit? Ce lucru ai pe care să nu-l fi primit? Şi dacă l-ai primit, de ce te lauzi ca şi cum nu l-ai fi primit?

For who sees anything different in you? What do you have that you did not receive? If then you received it, why do you boast as if you did not receive it?

Mert már beteltetek, már meggazdagodtatok, nélkülünk uralomra jutottatok. Bár csakugyan uralomra is jutottatok volna, hogy veletek együtt mi is uralkodhatnánk.

Immár beteltetek, immár meggazdagodtatok, nálunk nélkül uralkodásra jutottatok; vajha csakugyan uralkodásra jutottatok volna, hogy mi is veletek egybe uralkodhatnánk.

Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.

O, iată-vă sătui! Iată-vă ajunşi bogaţi! Iată-vă împărăţind fără noi! Şi măcar de aţi împărăţi cu adevărat, ca să putem împărăţi şi noi împreună cu voi!

Already you have all you want! Already you have become rich! Without us you have become kings! And would that you did reign, so that we might share the rule with you!

Mert úgy vélem, hogy Isten minket, az apostolokat, utolsókul állított, mint akiket halálra szántak, mert látványosságára lettünk a világnak, az angyaloknak és az embereknek is.

For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.

Căci parcă Dumnezeu a făcut din noi, apostolii, oamenii cei mai de pe urmă, nişte osândiţi la moarte; fiindcă am ajuns o privelişte pentru lume, îngeri şi oameni.

For I think that God has exhibited us apostles as last of all, like men sentenced to death, because we have become a spectacle to the world, to angels, and to men.

Mi bolondok a Krisztusért, ti pedig bölcsek a Krisztusban, mi erőtlenek, ti pedig erősek, ti megbecsültek, mi pedig megvetettek.

Mi bolondok a Krisztusért, ti pedig bölcsek a Krisztusban; mi erőtlenek, ti pedig erősek; ti dicsőségesek, mi pedig gyalázatosak.

We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.

Noi suntem nebuni pentru Hristos; voi, înţelepţi în Hristos! Noi, slabi; voi, tari! Voi, puşi în cinste; noi, dispreţuiţi!

We are fools for Christ’s sake, but you are wise in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are held in honor, but we in disrepute.

Mindezideig éhezünk is, szomjúhozunk is, mezítelenkedünk is, bántalmaztatunk is, bujdosunk is,

Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace;

Până în clipa aceasta suferim de foame şi de sete, suntem goi, chinuiţi, umblăm din loc în loc,

To the present hour we hunger and thirst, we are poorly dressed and buffeted and homeless,

tulajdon kezünkkel dolgozva fáradozunk is. Amikor szidalmaznak, áldást mondunk, amikor üldöznek, eltűrjük,

Fáradozunk is, tulajdon kezünkkel munkálkodván; ha szidalommal illettetünk, jót kívánunk; ha háborúságot szenvedünk, békességgel tűrjük;

And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it:

ne ostenim şi lucrăm cu mâinile noastre; când suntem ocărâţi, binecuvântăm; când suntem prigoniţi, răbdăm;

and we labor, working with our own hands. When reviled, we bless; when persecuted, we endure;

amikor rágalmaznak, kedvesen válaszolunk, szinte a világ szemétjévé lettünk, mindenek söpredékévé egész mostanáig.

Ha gyaláztatunk, könyörgünk: szinte a világ szemetjévé lettünk, mindeneknek söpredékévé egész mostanig.

Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.

când suntem vorbiţi de rău, ne rugăm. Până în ziua de azi, am ajuns ca gunoiul lumii acesteia, ca lepădătura tuturor.

when slandered, we entreat. We have become, and are still, like the scum of the world, the refuse of all things.

Nem azért írom ezeket, hogy megszégyenítselek titeket, hanem mint szeretett gyermekeimet intelek benneteket.

I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.

Nu vă scriu aceste lucruri ca să vă fac ruşine; ci ca să vă sfătuiesc ca pe nişte copii preaiubiţi ai mei.

I do not write these things to make you ashamed, but to admonish you as my beloved children.

For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

Căci, chiar dacă aţi avea zece mii de învăţători în Hristos, totuşi n-aveţi mai mulţi părinţi; pentru că eu v-am născut în Hristos Isus, prin Evanghelie.

For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.

Kérlek tehát titeket, legyetek az én követőim.

Kérlek azért titeket, legyetek az én követőim.

Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me.

De aceea vă rog să călcaţi pe urmele mele.

I urge you, then, be imitators of me.

Ezért küldtem hozzátok Timóteust, aki szeretett és hű gyermekem az Úrban, aki eszetekbe juttatja nektek az én utaimat Krisztusban, ahogy mindenütt, minden gyülekezetben tanítok.

Azért küldtem hozzátok Timótheust, ki nékem szeretett és hű fiam az Úrban, a ki eszetekbe juttatja néktek az én útaimat a Krisztusban, a mint mindenütt, minden gyülekezetben tanítok.

For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.

Pentru aceasta v-am trimis pe Timotei, care este copilul meu preaiubit şi credincios în Domnul. El vă va aduce aminte de felul meu de purtare în Hristos şi de felul cum învăţ eu pe oameni pretutindeni în toate bisericile.

That is why I sent you Timothy, my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, to remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach them everywhere in every church.

De egyesek úgy felfuvalkodtak, mintha nem is készülnék hozzátok.

De mintha el se mennék ti hozzátok, úgy felfuvalkodtak némelyek.

Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.

Unii s-au îngâmfat şi şi-au închipuit că n-am să mai vin la voi.

Some are arrogant, as though I were not coming to you.

Pedig ha az Úr akarja, hamarosan elmegyek hozzátok, és megismerem majd a felfuvalkodottaknak nem a beszédét, hanem az erejét.

Pedig elmegyek hamarosan hozzátok, ha az Úr akarándja; és megismerem a felfuvalkodottaknak nem a beszédjét, hanem az erejét.

But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.

Dar dacă va voi Domnul, voi veni în curând la voi, şi atunci voi vedea nu vorbele, ci puterea celor ce s-au îngâmfat.

But I will come to you soon, if the Lord wills, and I will find out not the talk of these arrogant people but their power.

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

Căci Împărăţia lui Dumnezeu nu stă în vorbe, ci în putere.

For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.

What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?

What do you wish? Shall I come to you with a rod, or with love in a spirit of gentleness?
