Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

Călcaţi pe urmele mele, întrucât şi eu calc pe urmele lui Hristos.

Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.

Dicsérlek titeket, hogy mindenben emlékeztek rám, és ahogy meghagytam nektek, rendeléseimet megtartjátok.

Dícsérlek pedig titeket atyámfiai, hogy én rólam mindenben megemlékeztek, és a miképen meghagytam néktek, rendeléseimet megtartjátok.

Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.

Vă laud că în toate privinţele vă aduceţi aminte de mine şi că ţineţi învăţăturile întocmai cum vi le-am dat.

Now I commend you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions even as I delivered them to you.

Szeretném, hogy tudjátok, hogy minden férfinak a feje Krisztus, az asszonynak a feje pedig a férfi, a Krisztusnak a feje pedig Isten.

Akarom pedig, hogy tudjátok, hogy minden férfiúnak feje a Krisztus; az asszonynak feje pedig a férfiú; a Krisztusnak feje pedig az Isten.

But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Dar vreau să ştiţi că Hristos este Capul oricărui bărbat; că bărbatul este capul femeii şi că Dumnezeu este Capul lui Hristos.

But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ is God.

Minden férfi, aki fedett fővel imádkozik vagy prófétál, szégyent hoz a fejére.

Minden férfiú, a ki befedett fővel imádkozik avagy prófétál, megcsúfolja az ő fejét.

Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.

Orice bărbat care se roagă sau proroceşte cu capul acoperit îşi necinsteşte capul său.

Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head,

Minden asszony pedig, aki fedetlen fővel imádkozik vagy prófétál, szégyent hoz a fejére, mert ugyanolyan, mintha megnyírták volna.

Minden asszony pedig, a ki befedetlen fővel imádkozik avagy prófétál, megcsúfolja az ő fejét, mert egy és ugyanaz, mintha megnyiretett volna.

But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.

Dimpotrivă, orice femeie care se roagă sau proroceşte cu capul dezvelit îşi necinsteşte capul ei, pentru că este ca una care ar fi rasă.

but every wife who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head, since it is the same as if her head were shaven.

Mert ha az asszony nem fedi be a fejét, akkor vágassa le a haját, hogyha pedig szégyen az asszonynak megnyiratkozni vagy leborotváltatni a fejét, akkor fedje be.

Mert ha az asszony nem fedi be fejét, nyiretkezzék is meg, hogy ha pedig éktelen dolog asszonynak megnyiretkezni, vagy megberetváltatni, fedezze be az ő fejét.

For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.

Dacă o femeie nu se înveleşte, să se şi tundă! Iar, dacă este ruşine pentru o femeie să fie tunsă ori rasă, să se învelească.

For if a wife will not cover her head, then she should cut her hair short. But since it is disgraceful for a wife to cut off her hair or shave her head, let her cover her head.

Mert a férfinak nem kell befednie a fejét, mivel ő az Isten képe és dicsősége, de az asszony a férfi dicsősége.

Mert a férfiúnak nem kell befednie az ő fejét, mivel ő az Istennek képe és dicsősége; de az asszony a férfiú dicsősége.

For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.

Bărbatul nu este dator să-şi acopere capul, pentru că el este chipul şi slava lui Dumnezeu, pe când femeia este slava bărbatului.

For a man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God, but woman is the glory of man.

Mert nem a férfi van az asszonyból, hanem az asszony a férfiból.

Mert nem a férfiú van az asszonyból, hanem az asszony a férfiúból.

For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man.

În adevăr, nu bărbatul a fost luat din femeie, ci femeia din bărbat;

For man was not made from woman, but woman from man.

Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

Neither was man created for woman, but woman for man.

Ezért kell az asszonynak hatalmi jelt viselnie a fején, az angyalok miatt.

For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.

De aceea, femeia, din pricina îngerilor, trebuie să aibă pe cap un semn al stăpânirii ei.

That is why a wife ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels.

Mindenesetre az Úrban férfi sincs asszony nélkül, asszony sincs férfi nélkül.

Mindazáltal sem férfiú nincs asszony nélkül, sem asszony férfiú nélkül az Úrban.

Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.

Totuşi, în Domnul, femeia nu este fără bărbat, nici bărbatul fără femeie.

Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man nor man of woman;

Mert amint az asszony a férfiból van, úgy a férfi is az asszony által, az egész pedig Istentől.

Mert a miképen az asszony a férfiúból van, azonképen a férfiú is az asszony által, az egész pedig az Istentől.

For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.

Căci, dacă femeia este din bărbat, tot aşa şi bărbatul prin femeie, şi toate sunt de la Dumnezeu.

for as woman was made from man, so man is now born of woman. And all things are from God.

Magatokban ítéljétek meg: Illik-e az asszonynak fedetlen fővel imádkozni Istenhez?

Magatokban ítéljétek meg: illendő dolog-é asszonynak fedetlen fővel imádni az Istent?

Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

Judecaţi voi singuri: este cuviincios ca o femeie să se roage lui Dumnezeu dezvelită?

Judge for yourselves: is it proper for a wife to pray to God with her head uncovered?

Nemde maga a természet is arra tanít-e titeket, hogy szégyen a férfinak, ha hosszú hajat növeszt?

Avagy maga a természet is nem arra tanít-é titeket, hogy ha a férfiú nagy hajat visel, csúfsága az néki?

Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?

Nu vă învaţă chiar şi firea că este ruşine pentru un bărbat să poarte părul lung,

Does not nature itself teach you that if a man wears long hair it is a disgrace for him,

Az asszonynak pedig ékesség, ha hosszú haja van, mert a haj fátyolként adatott neki.

Az asszonynak pedig, ha nagy haja van, ékesség az néki; mert a haj fátyol gyanánt adatott néki.

But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

pe când pentru o femeie este o podoabă să poarte părul lung? Pentru că părul i-a fost dat ca învelitoare a capului.

but if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For her hair is given to her for a covering.

Ha pedig valaki vitatkozni akar, nekünk ilyen szokásunk nincs, sem Isten gyülekezeteinek.

Ha pedig valakinek tetszik versengeni, nekünk olyan szokásunk nincsen, sem az Isten gyülekezeteinek.

But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.

Dacă iubeşte cineva cearta de vorbe, noi n-avem un astfel de obicei şi nici bisericile lui Dumnezeu.

If anyone is inclined to be contentious, we have no such practice, nor do the churches of God.

Ezt rendelem el, és nem dicsérlek benneteket, mivel nem javatokra, hanem károtokra gyűltök össze.

Ezt pedig tudtotokra adván, nem dícsérlek, hogy nem haszonnal, hanem kárral gyűltök egybe.

Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.

Vă dau aceste învăţături, dar nu vă laud pentru că vă adunaţi laolaltă nu ca să vă faceţi mai buni, ci ca să vă faceţi mai răi.

But in the following instructions I do not commend you, because when you come together it is not for the better but for the worse.

Mert először is, amikor összegyűltök a gyülekezetben, úgy hallom, hogy szakadások vannak köztetek, és ezt részben el is hiszem,

Mert először is, mikor egybegyűltök a gyülekezetben, hallom, hogy szakadások vannak köztetek; és valami részben hiszem is.

For first of all, when ye come together in the church, I hear that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe it.

Mai întâi de toate, aud că, atunci când veniţi la adunare, între voi sunt dezbinări. Şi în parte o cred,

For, in the first place, when you come together as a church, I hear that there are divisions among you. And I believe it in part,

mert szükséges, hogy meghasonlások is legyenek köztetek, hogy a kipróbáltak nyilvánvalókká legyenek.

Mert szükség, hogy szakadások is legyenek köztetek, hogy a kipróbáltak nyilvánvalókká legyenek ti köztetek.

For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.

căci trebuie să fie şi partide între voi, ca să iasă la lumină cei găsiţi buni.

for there must be factions among you in order that those who are genuine among you may be recognized.

Amikor tehát összegyűltök egy helyen, nem az úrvacsorával éltek,

Mikor tehát egybegyűltök egyazon helyre, nincs úrvacsorájával való élés:

When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the Lord's supper.

Când vă adunaţi, dar, în acelaşi loc, nu este cu putinţă să mâncaţi Cina Domnului.

When you come together, it is not the Lord’s supper that you eat.

mert mindenki a maga vacsoráját veszi elő az evésnél, és az egyik éhezik, a másik pedig dőzsöl.

Mert kiki az ő saját vacsoráját veszi elő az evésnél; és némely éhezik, némely pedig dőzsöl.

For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.

Fiindcă atunci când staţi la masă, fiecare se grăbeşte să-şi ia cina adusă de el, înaintea altuia; aşa că unul este flămând, iar altul este beat.

For in eating, each one goes ahead with his own meal. One goes hungry, another gets drunk.

Hát nincsenek házaitok, hogy ott egyetek és igyatok? Vagy az Isten gyülekezetét vetitek meg, és megszégyenítitek azokat, akiknek nincs? Mit mondjak nektek? Dicsérjelek ezért titeket? Nem dicsérlek.

Hát nincsenek-é házaitok az evésre és ivásra? Avagy az Isten gyülekezetét vetitek-é meg, és azokat szégyenítitek-é meg, a kiknek nincsen? Mit mondjak néktek? Dícsérjelek-é titeket ebben? Nem dícsérlek.

What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.

Ce? N-aveţi case pentru ca să mâncaţi şi să beţi acolo? Sau dispreţuiţi Biserica lui Dumnezeu şi vreţi să faceţi de ruşine pe cei ce n-au nimic? Ce să vă zic? Să vă laud? În privinţa aceasta nu vă laud.

What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God and humiliate those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I commend you in this? No, I will not.

Mert én az Úrtól kaptam, amit közöltem is veletek, hogy az Úr Jézus azon az éjszakán, amelyen elárulták, vette a kenyeret,

Mert én az Úrtól vettem, a mit néktek előtökbe is adtam: hogy az Úr Jézus azon az éjszakán, melyen elárultaték, vette a kenyeret,

For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:

Căci am primit de la Domnul ce v-am învăţat; şi anume, că Domnul Isus, în noaptea în care a fost vândut, a luat o pâine.

For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread,

hálát adva megtörte, és ezt mondta: Vegyétek, egyétek! Ez az én testem, amely tiértetek megtöretik, ezt cselekedjétek az én emlékezetemre.

És hálákat adván, megtörte és ezt mondotta: Vegyétek, egyétek! Ez az én testem, mely ti érettetek megtöretik; ezt cselekedjétek az én emlékezetemre.

And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Şi, după ce a mulţumit lui Dumnezeu, a frânt-o şi a zis: „Luaţi, mâncaţi; acesta este trupul Meu care se frânge pentru voi; să faceţi lucrul acesta spre pomenirea Mea.”

and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

Hasonlóképpen a poharat is vette, miután vacsorált, és ezt mondta: E pohár az új szövetség az én vérem által, ezt cselekedjétek, valamennyiszer isszátok az én emlékezetemre.

Hasonlatosképen a pohárt is vette, minekutána vacsorált volna, ezt mondván: E pohár amaz új testamentom az én vérem által; ezt cselekedjétek, valamennyiszer isszátok az én emlékezetemre.

After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

Tot astfel, după Cină, a luat paharul şi a zis: „Acest pahar este legământul cel nou în sângele Meu; să faceţi lucrul acesta spre pomenirea Mea, ori de câte ori veţi bea din el.”

In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

Mert valamennyiszer eszitek e kenyeret, és isztok e pohárból, az Úr halálát hirdessétek, amíg eljön.

Mert valamennyiszer eszitek e kenyeret és isszátok e pohárt, az Úrnak halálát hirdessétek, a míg eljövend.

For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.

Pentru că, ori de câte ori mâncaţi din pâinea aceasta şi beţi din paharul acesta, vestiţi moartea Domnului, până va veni El.

For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

Azért aki méltatlanul eszi e kenyeret, vagy iszik az Úr poharából, vétkezik az Úr teste és vére ellen.

Azért a ki méltatlanul eszi e kenyeret, vagy issza az Úrnak poharát, vétkezik az Úr teste és vére ellen.

Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

De aceea, oricine mănâncă pâinea aceasta sau bea paharul Domnului în chip nevrednic, va fi vinovat de trupul şi sângele Domnului.

Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the Lord.

Vizsgálja meg azért az ember magát, és úgy egyék a kenyérből, és úgy igyék a pohárból,

Próbálja meg azért az ember magát, és úgy egyék abból a kenyérből, és úgy igyék abból a pohárból,

But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

Fiecare să se cerceteze, dar, pe sine însuşi, şi aşa să mănânce din pâinea aceasta şi să bea din paharul acesta.

Let a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

mert aki úgy eszik és iszik, hogy nem becsüli meg az Úr testét, ítéletet eszik és iszik magának.

Mert a ki méltatlanul eszik és iszik, ítéletet eszik és iszik magának, mivelhogy nem becsüli meg az Úrnak testét.

For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.

Căci cine mănâncă şi bea îşi mănâncă şi bea osânda lui însuşi, dacă nu deosebeşte trupul Domnului.

For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment on himself.

Ezért van köztetek sok erőtlen és beteg, és halnak meg sokan.

Ezért van ti köztetek sok erőtlen és beteg, és alusznak sokan.

For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

Din pricina aceasta sunt între voi mulţi neputincioşi şi bolnavi, şi nu puţini dorm.

That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died.

Mert ha mi magunk elítélnénk magunkat, nem esnénk ítélet alá.

Mert ha mi ítélnők magunkat, nem ítéltetnénk el.

For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

Dacă ne-am judeca singuri, n-am fi judecaţi.

But if we judged ourselves truly, we would not be judged.

De amikor az Úr ítél meg minket, akkor nevel, hogy a világgal együtt el ne kárhozzunk.

De mikor ítéltetünk, az Úrtól taníttatunk, hogy a világgal együtt el ne kárhoztassunk.

But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Dar, când suntem judecaţi, suntem pedepsiţi de Domnul, ca să nu fim osândiţi odată cu lumea.

But when we are judged by the Lord, we are disciplined so that we may not be condemned along with the world.

33

Azért, testvéreim, amikor összegyűltök az evésre, várjátok meg egymást.

Azért atyámfiai, mikor egybegyűltök az evésre, egymást megvárjátok.

Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.

Astfel, fraţii mei, când vă adunaţi să mâncaţi, aşteptaţi-vă unii pe alţii.

So then, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait for one another—

Ha pedig valaki éhes, otthon egyék, hogy ne ítéletre gyűljetek össze. A többi dologról majd akkor rendelkezem, amikor hozzátok megyek.

Ha pedig valaki éhezik, otthon egyék, hogy ítéletre ne gyűljetek egybe. A többire nézve, majd ha hozzátok megyek, rendelkezem.

And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.

Dacă-i este foame cuiva, să mănânce acasă, pentru ca să nu vă adunaţi spre osândă. Celelalte lucruri le voi rândui când voi veni.

if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home—so that when you come together it will not be for judgment. About the other things I will give directions when I come.
