Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

Pavel, rob al lui Isus Hristos, chemat să fie apostol, pus deoparte ca să vestească Evanghelia lui Dumnezeu,

Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God,

amelyet előre megígért prófétái által a szent írásokban,

Melyet eleve megígért az ő prófétái által a szentírásokban,

(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)

And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Általa kegyelmet és apostolságot kaptunk, hogy az ő nevében való hit engedelmességére juttassunk el minden népet,

A ki által vettük a kegyelmet és az apostolságot a hitben való engedelmességnek okáért, minden pogányok között, az ő nevéért;

By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of his name among all the nations,

Isten minden szerettének és elhívott szentjeinek, akik Rómában vannak. Kegyelem nektek és békesség Istentől, a mi Atyánktól és az Úr Jézus Krisztustól.

Mindeneknek, a kik Rómában vagytok, Isten szerelmeseinek, hivatalos szenteknek: Kegyelem néktek és békesség Istentől, a mi Atyánktól és az Úr Jézus Krisztustól.

To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Deci vouă tuturor, care sunteţi preaiubiţi ai lui Dumnezeu în Roma, chemaţi să fiţi sfinţi: Har şi pace de la Dumnezeu, Tatăl nostru, şi de la Domnul Isus Hristos!

To all those in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mindenekelőtt hálát adok az én Istenemnek Jézus Krisztus által mindnyájatokért, hogy hiteteknek az egész világon híre van.

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

Mai întâi mulţumesc Dumnezeului meu, prin Isus Hristos, pentru voi toţi, căci credinţa voastră este vestită în toată lumea.

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed in all the world.

Mert tanúm az Isten, akinek lelkem szerint szolgálok az ő Fiának evangéliumával, hogy szüntelen megemlékezem rólatok,

Mert bizonyságom nékem az Isten, kinek lelkem szerint szolgálok az ő Fiának evangyéliomában, hogy szüntelen emlékezem felőletek,

For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

Dumnezeu, căruia Îi slujesc în duhul meu, în Evanghelia Fiului Său, îmi este martor că vă pomenesc neîncetat în rugăciunile mele

imádságaimban mindenkor könyörgök, bárcsak egyszer már sikerülne eljutnom hozzátok Isten akaratából.

Imádkozásaimban mindenkor könyörögvén, vajha egyszer már jó szerencsés út adódnék nékem Istennek akaratából, hogy hozzátok mehessek;

Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

şi cer totdeauna ca, prin voia lui Dumnezeu, să am în sfârşit fericirea să vin la voi.

always in my prayers, asking that somehow by God’s will I may now at last succeed in coming to you.

Mert szeretnélek látni benneteket, hogy valami lelki ajándékot adjak nektek, hogy megerősödjetek,

Mert kívánlak titeket látni, hogy valami lelki ajándékot közölhessek veletek a ti megerősítésetekre,

For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;

Căci doresc să vă văd, ca să vă dau vreun dar duhovnicesc pentru întărirea voastră,

For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you—

azaz hogy egymás hite által – a tiétek meg az enyém által – kölcsönösen erősítsük egymást.

Azaz, hogy együtt felbuzduljunk ti nálatok egymás hite által, a tiétek meg az enyém által.

That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

sau mai degrabă, ca să ne îmbărbătăm laolaltă în mijlocul vostru, prin credinţa pe care o avem împreună, şi voi şi eu.

that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.

Nem akarom, hogy ne tudjátok, testvéreim, hogy sokszor feltettem magamban, hogy elmegyek hozzátok, de mind ez ideig megakadályoztattam, hogy köztetek is – éppúgy, mint a többi pogányok között – nyerjek valami lelki gyümölcsöt.

Nem akarom pedig, hogy ne tudjátok atyámfiai, hogy én gyakran elvégeztem magamban, hogy elmegyek hozzátok (de mindez ideig megakadályoztattam), hogy köztetek is nyerjek valami lelki gyümölcsöt, mint a többi pogányok közt is.

Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

Nu vreau să nu ştiţi, fraţilor, că de multe ori am avut de gând să vin la voi, ca să culeg vreun rod printre voi, ca printre celelalte neamuri, dar am fost împiedicat până acum.

I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I have often intended to come to you (but thus far have been prevented), in order that I may reap some harvest among you as well as among the rest of the Gentiles.

Adósa vagyok mind a görögöknek és a barbároknak, mind a bölcseknek és a tudatlanoknak.

I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

Eu sunt dator şi grecilor şi barbarilor, şi celor învăţaţi şi celor neînvăţaţi.

I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish.

Amennyire rajtam áll, kész vagyok nektek is, akik Rómában vagytok, az evangéliumot hirdetni.

Azért a mi rajtam áll, kész vagyok néktek is, a kik Rómában vagytok, az evangyéliomot hirdetni.

So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

Astfel, în ce mă priveşte pe mine, am o vie dorinţă să vă vestesc Evanghelia vouă, celor din Roma.

So I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome.

Mert nem szégyellem az evangéliumot, hiszen Isten ereje az minden hívő üdvösségére, zsidónak először, de görögnek is.

Mert nem szégyenlem a Krisztus evangyéliomát; mert Istennek hatalma az minden hívőnek idvességére, zsidónak először meg görögnek.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Căci mie nu mi-e ruşine de Evanghelia lui Hristos; fiindcă ea este puterea lui Dumnezeu pentru mântuirea fiecăruia care crede: întâi a iudeului, apoi a grecului;

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Mert az Isten igazsága nyilvánul meg abban hitből hitbe, ahogy meg van írva: Az igaz ember pedig hitből él.

Mert az Istennek igazsága jelentetik ki abban hitből hitbe, miképen meg van írva: Az igaz ember pedig hitből él.

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

deoarece în ea este descoperită o neprihănire pe care o dă Dumnezeu, prin credinţă şi care duce la credinţă, după cum este scris: „Cel neprihănit va trăi prin credinţă.”

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”

Mert Isten haragja a mennyből megnyilvánul az emberek minden hitetlensége és hamissága ellen, akik az igazságot hamissággal feltartóztatják,

Mert nyilván van az Istennek haragja mennyből, az embereknek minden hitetlensége és hamissága ellen, kik az igazságot hamissággal feltartóztatják.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Mânia lui Dumnezeu se descoperă din cer împotriva oricărei necinstiri a lui Dumnezeu şi împotriva oricărei nelegiuiri a oamenilor care înăbuşă adevărul în nelegiuirea lor.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.

hiszen ami Istenből megismerhető, nyilvánvaló előttük, mert Isten nyilvánvalóvá tette számukra.

Mert a mi az Isten felől tudható nyilván van ő bennök; mert az Isten megjelentette nékik:

Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

Fiindcă ce se poate cunoaşte despre Dumnezeu le este descoperit în ei, căci le-a fost arătat de Dumnezeu.

For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.

Mert ami benne láthatatlan, tudniillik az ő örökkévaló hatalma és istensége, a világ teremtésétől fogva alkotásaiból megérthető és meglátható. Nincs tehát mentség számukra,

Mert a mi Istenben láthatatlan, tudniillik az ő örökké való hatalma és istensége, a világ teremtésétől fogva az ő alkotásaiból megértetvén megláttatik; úgy, hogy ők menthetetlenek.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

În adevăr, însuşirile nevăzute ale Lui, puterea Lui veşnică şi dumnezeirea Lui se văd lămurit, de la facerea lumii, când te uiţi cu băgare de seamă la ele în lucrurile făcute de El. Aşa că nu se pot dezvinovăţi;

For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.

mert bár Istent megismerték, mégsem dicsőítették Istenként, és hálát sem adtak neki, hanem gondolkozásuk hiábavalóvá lett, és értetlen szívük megsötétedett.

Mert bár az Istent megismerték, mindazáltal nem mint Istent dicsőítették őt, sem néki hálákat nem adtak; hanem az ő okoskodásaikban hiábavalókká lettek, és az ő balgatag szívök megsötétedett.

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

fiindcă, măcar că au cunoscut pe Dumnezeu, nu L-au proslăvit ca Dumnezeu, nici nu I-au mulţumit; ci s-au dedat la gândiri deşarte, şi inima lor fără pricepere s-a întunecat.

For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

Magukat bölcseknek vallva balgává lettek,

Magokat bölcseknek vallván, balgatagokká lettek;

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

S-au fălit că sunt înţelepţi, şi au înnebunit;

Claiming to be wise, they became fools,

és az örökkévaló Isten dicsőségét felcserélték mulandó emberek, madarak, négylábúak és csúszómászók képmásával.

És az örökkévaló Istennek dicsőségét felcserélték a mulandó embereknek és madaraknak és négylábú állatoknak és csúszó-mászó állatoknak képmásával.

And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

şi au schimbat slava Dumnezeului nemuritor într-o icoană care seamănă cu omul muritor, păsări, dobitoace cu patru picioare şi târâtoare.

and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.

Isten azért szívük vágya szerinti tisztátalanságra adta őket, hogy egymás testét megbecstelenítsék,

Annakokáért adta is őket az Isten szívök kivánságaiban tisztátalanságra, hogy egymás testét megszeplősítsék;

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

De aceea, Dumnezeu i-a lăsat pradă necurăţiei, să urmeze poftele inimilor lor; aşa că îşi necinstesc singuri trupurile;

Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,

mint akik Isten igazságát hazugsággal cserélték fel, és a teremtett dolgokat tisztelték és szolgálták a Teremtő helyett, aki mindörökké áldott. Ámen.

Mint a kik az Isten igazságát hazugsággá változtatták, és a teremtett dolgokat tisztelték és szolgálták a teremtő helyett, a ki mind örökké áldott. Ámen.

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

căci au schimbat în minciună adevărul lui Dumnezeu şi au slujit şi s-au închinat făpturii în locul Făcătorului, care este binecuvântat în veci! Amin.

because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

Isten azért gyalázatos szenvedélyekre adta őket, mert asszonyaik is felcserélték a természetes élést természetellenessel,

Annakokáért adta őket az Isten tisztátalan indulatokra; mert az ő asszonynépeik is elváltoztatták a természet folyását természetellenesre:

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Din pricina aceasta, Dumnezeu i-a lăsat în voia unor patimi scârboase; căci femeile lor au schimbat întrebuinţarea firească a lor în una care este împotriva firii;

For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature;

ugyanígy a férfiak is elhagyták az asszonnyal való természetes élést, egymásra gerjedtek bujaságukban, férfiak férfiakkal fajtalankodtak, de el is veszik tévelygésük méltó jutalmát önmagukban.

Hasonlóképen a férfiak is elhagyván az asszonynéppel való természetes élést, egymásra gerjedtek bujaságukban, férfiak férfiakkal fertelmeskedvén, és az ő tévelygésöknek méltó jutalmát elvevén önmagokban.

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

tot astfel, şi bărbaţii au părăsit întrebuinţarea firească a femeii, s-au aprins în poftele lor unii pentru alţii, au săvârşit parte bărbătească cu parte bărbătească lucruri scârboase şi au primit în ei înşişi plata cuvenită pentru rătăcirea lor.

and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

És mivel nem méltatták Istent arra, hogy ismeretükben megtartsák, ezért Isten méltatlan gondolkozásra adta őket, hogy illetlen dolgokat cselekedjenek.

És a miképen nem méltatták az Istent arra, hogy ismeretökben megtartsák, azonképen oda adta őket az Isten méltatlan gondolkozásra, hogy illetlen dolgokat cselekedjenek;

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Fiindcă n-au căutat să păstreze pe Dumnezeu în cunoştinţa lor, Dumnezeu i-a lăsat în voia minţii lor blestemate, ca să facă lucruri neîngăduite.

And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.

Tele is vannak mindenféle hamissággal, gonoszsággal, kapzsisággal, rosszasággal, irigységgel, gyilkossággal, versengéssel, álnoksággal, rosszindulattal;

A kik teljesek minden hamissággal, paráznasággal, gonoszsággal, kapzsisággal, rosszasággal; rakvák, írigységgel, gyilkossággal, versengéssel, álnoksággal, rossz erkölcscsel;

Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

Astfel, au ajuns plini de orice fel de nelegiuire, de curvie, de viclenie, de lăcomie, de răutate; plini de pizmă, de ucidere, de ceartă, de înşelăciune, de porniri răutăcioase; sunt şoptitori,

They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips,

pletykálkodók, rágalmazók, istengyűlölők, dölyfösek, kevélyek, kérkedők, rosszban mesterkedők, szüleiknek engedetlenek,

Súsárlók, rágalmazók, istengyűlölők, dölyfösek, kevélyek, dicsekedők, rosszban mesterkedők, szüleiknek engedetlenek,

Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

bârfitori, urâtori de Dumnezeu, obraznici, trufaşi, lăudăroşi, născocitori de rele, neascultători de părinţi,

slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,

értetlenek, szószegők, szeretetlenek, irgalmatlanok.

Balgatagok, összeférhetetlenek, szeretet nélkül valók, engesztelhetetlenek, irgalmatlanok.

Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

fără pricepere, călcători de cuvânt, fără dragoste firească, neînduplecaţi, fără milă.

foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless.

Ezek ugyan ismerik Isten végzését, hogy akik ilyeneket cselekszenek, méltók a halálra, mégis nemcsak megteszik, hanem egyetértenek azokkal, akik ezeket gyakorolják.

Kik jóllehet az Isten végzését ismerik, hogy a kik ilyeneket cselekesznek, méltók a halálra, mégis nemcsak cselekszik azokat, hanem az akképen cselekvőkkel egyet is értenek.

Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Şi, măcar că ştiu hotărârea lui Dumnezeu, că cei ce fac asemenea lucruri sunt vrednici de moarte, totuşi, ei nu numai că le fac, dar şi găsesc de buni pe cei ce le fac.

Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.
