Embernek fia, fogj egy éles kardot, és használd úgy, mint a borbély a borotvát! Vágd le a hajadat és a szakálladat! Azután végy egy serpenyős mérleget, és oszd el a levágott hajat!

És te, embernek fia, végy magadnak éles kardot, borbélyok beretvájául vedd azt magadnak, és vond el azt a te fejeden és szakálladon, és végy magadnak mérő serpenyőket, és oszd el [szőrüket.]

And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber's razor, and cause it to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair.

„Şi tu, fiul omului, ia o sabie ascuţită, ia-o ca brici de ras, şi trece-o peste cap şi barbă. Ia apoi o cumpănă de cântărit şi împarte părul.

“And you, O son of man, take a sharp sword. Use it as a barber’s razor and pass it over your head and your beard. Then take balances for weighing and divide the hair.

Harmadrészét tűzben égesd el a város közepén, amikor letelnek a megszállás napjai. Azután vedd a harmadrészét, vagdald apróra a karddal a város körül, harmadrészét pedig szórd a szélnek, és én majd kardot rántva elűzöm.

Harmadrészét tűzben égesd meg a város közepette, midőn betelnek a megszállásnak napjai; azután vedd a harmadrészét, vagdald apróra a karddal a [város] körül, és harmadrészét szórd oda a szélnek, és én kardot vonszok utánok.

Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled: and thou shalt take a third part, and smite about it with a knife: and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a sword after them.

O treime din el arde-o în foc în mijlocul cetăţii, când se vor împlini zilele împresurării; o treime ia-o şi taie-o cu sabia de jur împrejurul cetăţii; iar o treime risipeşte-o în vânt, căci voi trage sabia după ei.

A third part you shall burn in the fire in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are completed. And a third part you shall take and strike with the sword all around the city. And a third part you shall scatter to the wind, and I will unsheathe the sword after them.

De végy ki belőle egy keveset, és kösd be a ruhád csücskébe!

És végy ki innét szám szerint keveset, és kösd be azokat ruhád csücskébe;

Thou shalt also take thereof a few in number, and bind them in thy skirts.

Totuşi ia vreo câţiva peri din ei şi strânge-i în poalele hainei tale.

And you shall take from these a small number and bind them in the skirts of your robe.

Még ebből is végy ki, vesd a tűz közepébe, és égesd el a tűzben: ebből száll tűz Izráel egész házára!

És ezekből ismét végy ki, és vesd azokat a tűz közepébe és égesd meg a tűzben; ebből megyen tűz Izráel egész házára.

Then take of them again, and cast them into the midst of the fire, and burn them in the fire; for thereof shall a fire come forth into all the house of Israel.

Din aceştia să mai iei iarăşi vreo câţiva, să-i arunci în foc şi să-i arzi în foc. Din ei va ieşi un foc împotriva întregii case a lui Israel.”

And of these again you shall take some and cast them into the midst of the fire and burn them in the fire. From there a fire will come out into all the house of Israel.

Így szól az én Uram, az ÚR: Ez itt Jeruzsálem. A pogányok közé helyeztem, és országokkal vettem körül.

Így szól az Úr Isten: Ez Jeruzsálem, a pogányok közibe helyheztettem őt, és körülte a tartományokat.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; This is Jerusalem: I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round about her.

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu: „Acesta este Ierusalimul! Eu îl pusesem în mijlocul neamurilor, şi de jur împrejurul lui sunt ţări.

“Thus says the Lord GOD: This is Jerusalem. I have set her in the center of the nations, with countries all around her.

De engedetlen volt törvényeim iránt, gonoszabb, mint a pogányok, és ellenszegült rendeléseimnek, sokkal inkább, mint azok az országok, amelyek körülötte vannak. Megvetették törvényeimet, és nem jártak rendeléseim szerint.

De pártos volt törvényeim iránt, gonoszabbul, mint a pogányok, és rendeléseim iránt inkább, mint a tartományok, a melyek körülte vannak, mert törvényeimet megútálták, és rendeléseimben nem jártak.

And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations, and my statutes more than the countries that are round about her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in them.

Dar el s-a răzvrătit împotriva legilor şi poruncilor Mele şi s-a făcut mai vinovat decât neamurile şi ţările dimprejur; căci a nesocotit legile Mele, n-a urmat poruncile Mele.”

And she has rebelled against my rules by doing wickedness more than the nations, and against my statutes more than the countries all around her; for they have rejected my rules and have not walked in my statutes.

Ezért így szól az én Uram, az ÚR: Mivel lázadóbbak voltatok, mint a pogányok, akik körülöttetek vannak, és nem jártatok rendeléseim szerint, és törvényeimet nem cselekedtétek, sőt még csak a pogányok törvényei szerint sem cselekedtetek, akik körülöttetek vannak,

Azért így szól az Úr Isten: A miért ti pártosabbak valátok, mint a pogányok, a kik körültetek vannak, rendeléseimben nem jártatok és törvényeimet nem cselekedtétek, sőt csak a pogányok törvényei szerint is, a kik körültetek vannak, nem cselekedtetek:

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye multiplied more than the nations that are round about you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my judgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations that are round about you;

De aceea, aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeu: „Pentru că aţi fost mai îndărătnici decât neamurile care vă înconjoară; pentru că n-aţi urmat poruncile Mele şi n-aţi împlinit legile Mele, şi n-aţi lucrat nici măcar după legile neamurilor care vă înconjoară –

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Because you are more turbulent than the nations that are all around you, and have not walked in my statutes or obeyed my rules, and have not even acted according to the rules of the nations that are all around you,

ezért így szól az én Uram, az ÚR: Íme, én is ellened leszek, és ítéletet tartok közöttetek a népek szeme láttára.

Ezokért így szól az Úr Isten: Ímé én is ellened leszek, és teszek közötted ítéletet a pogányok szeme láttára;

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, am against thee, and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations.

din pricina aceasta, aşa zice Domnul Dumnezeu: Iată, am necaz pe tine şi voi aduce la îndeplinire în mijlocul tău judecăţile Mele, sub ochii neamurilor.

therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I, even I, am against you. And I will execute judgments in your midst in the sight of the nations.

Azt fogom cselekedni veled utálatosságaid miatt, amit eddig sohasem cselekedtem, és amit nem is cselekszem többé.

És cselekszem rajtad azt, mit soha nem cselekedtem és minéműt nem cselekszem többé, - minden te útálatosságidért.

And I will do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.

Din pricina tuturor urâciunilor tale, îţi voi face ce n-am mai făcut niciodată şi nici nu voi mai face vreodată.

And because of all your abominations I will do with you what I have never yet done, and the like of which I will never do again.

Ezért az apák fogják megenni fiaikat közöttetek, és a fiak fogják megenni apjukat. Ítéletet cselekszem rajtad, és szétszórom valamennyi maradékodat a szél minden irányába.

Azért az apák egyék meg fiaikat te közötted, és a fiak egyék meg apáikat, és cselekszem rajtad ítéletet, és szétszórom minden maradékodat a szél minden irányában.

Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee, and the sons shall eat their fathers; and I will execute judgments in thee, and the whole remnant of thee will I scatter into all the winds.

De aceea, părinţii vor mânca pe copiii lor în mijlocul tău, şi copiii vor mânca pe părinţii lor; Îmi voi împlini judecăţile împotriva ta şi voi risipi în toate vânturile pe toţi cei ce vor mai rămâne din tine.

Therefore fathers shall eat their sons in your midst, and sons shall eat their fathers. And I will execute judgments on you, and any of you who survive I will scatter to all the winds.

Élek én – mondja az én Uram, az ÚR –, mivel szent helyemet megfertőztetted minden undokságoddal és utálatosságoddal, ezért én is elfordítom rólad a szememet irgalom nélkül, és nem könyörülök rajtad.

Ezért, élek én! szól az Úr Isten, bizonyára, mivelhogy szenthelyemet megfertéztetted minden undokságaiddal és minden útálatosságaiddal, azért én is elfordítom rólad irgalom nélkül szememet, s én sem könyörülök rajtad.

Wherefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD; Surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore will I also diminish thee; neither shall mine eye spare, neither will I have any pity.

De aceea, pe viaţa Mea! – zice Domnul Dumnezeu. – Pentru că Mi-ai pângărit Locaşul Meu cel Sfânt cu toţi idolii şi toate urâciunile tale, şi Eu Îmi voi întoarce ochii de la tine; ochiul Meu va fi fără milă şi nu Mă voi îndura.

Therefore, as I live, declares the Lord GOD, surely, because you have defiled my sanctuary with all your detestable things and with all your abominations, therefore I will withdraw. My eye will not spare, and I will have no pity.

Harmadrészed dögvész miatt hal meg, és éhen pusztul közöttetek, harmadrészed fegyver miatt hull el körülötted, harmadrészedet pedig szétszórom a szél minden irányába, és kardot rántva űzöm el őket.

Harmadrészed döghalállal hal meg és éhség miatt pusztul el közötted, és harmadrészed fegyver miatt hull el körülötted, és harmadrészedet szétszórom a szél minden irányában, és kardot vonszok utánok.

A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.

O treime din locuitorii tăi va muri de ciumă şi va fi nimicită de foamete în mijlocul tău; o treime va cădea ucisă de sabie în jurul tău; şi o treime o voi risipi în toate vânturile şi voi scoate sabia după ei.

A third part of you shall die of pestilence and be consumed with famine in your midst; a third part shall fall by the sword all around you; and a third part I will scatter to all the winds and will unsheathe the sword after them.

Ezzel kitöltöm haragomat, megelégszik ellenük való dühöm, és lecsillapodok. És megértik majd, hogy én, az ÚR szóltam féltő szeretetemben, amikor kitöltöm rájuk izzó haragomat.

És teljessé lesz haragom s nyugtatom rajtok búsulásomat s vígasztalást veszek; és megértik, hogy én, az Úr szóltam buzgó szerelmemben, mikor betöltöm búsulásomat rajtok.

Thus shall mine anger be accomplished, and I will cause my fury to rest upon them, and I will be comforted: and they shall know that I the LORD have spoken it in my zeal, when I have accomplished my fury in them.

Îmi voi potoli astfel mânia, Îmi voi domoli astfel urgia cu ei şi Mă voi răzbuna, ca să ştie că Eu, Domnul, am vorbit în mânia Mea, vărsându-Mi urgia peste ei.

“Thus shall my anger spend itself, and I will vent my fury upon them and satisfy myself. And they shall know that I am the LORD—that I have spoken in my jealousy—when I spend my fury upon them.

Pusztasággá és gyalázattá teszlek a népek között, akik körülötted vannak, minden melletted elmenő szeme láttára.

És teszlek pusztasággá és gyalázattá a pogányok között, a kik körülted vannak, minden melletted elmenő szeme láttára.

Moreover I will make thee waste, and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.

Te voi preface într-un pustiu, te voi face de ocară printre neamurile care te înconjoară, înaintea tuturor trecătorilor.

Moreover, I will make you a desolation and an object of reproach among the nations all around you and in the sight of all who pass by.

Gyalázattá, csúfsággá, példává és iszonyattá leszel a népek számára, akik körülötted vannak, mikor ítéletet tartok fölötted haraggal és búsulással és súlyos feddésekkel. Én, az ÚR mondtam ezt!

És leszel gyalázat és csúfság, példa és eliszonyodás a pogányoknak, a kik körülted vannak, mikor ítéletet tartok fölötted haraggal és búsulással és búsult feddésekkel, én, az Úr mondottam;

So it shall be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment unto the nations that are round about thee, when I shall execute judgments in thee in anger and in fury and in furious rebukes. I the LORD have spoken it.

Vei ajunge de ocară şi de ruşine, vei fi o pildă şi o groază pentru neamurile care te înconjoară, când voi aduce la îndeplinire judecăţile Mele împotriva ta, cu mânie, cu urgie şi cu pedepse aspre – Eu, Domnul, o spun – când voi arunca împotriva lor săgeţile nimicitoare ale foametei care dau moartea şi pe care le voi trimite să vă nimicească.

You shall be a reproach and a taunt, a warning and a horror, to the nations all around you, when I execute judgments on you in anger and fury, and with furious rebukes—I am the LORD; I have spoken—

Beléjük lövöm az éhség gonosz nyilait, hogy pusztítsanak, mert pusztításotokra lövöm ki őket; egyre súlyosbítom rajtatok az éhséget, és eltöröm közöttetek a kenyér botját.

Mikor bocsátom az éhség gonosz nyilait rájok, hogy pusztítsanak, a melyeket a ti pusztítástokra fogok bocsátani; és éhséget halmozok fölétek, és eltöröm köztetek a kenyér botját.

When I shall send upon them the evil arrows of famine, which shall be for their destruction, and which I will send to destroy you: and I will increase the famine upon you, and will break your staff of bread:

Căci la nenorocirile voastre voi mai adăuga şi foametea şi vă voi sfărâma toiagul pâinii.

when I send against you the deadly arrows of famine, arrows for destruction, which I will send to destroy you, and when I bring more and more famine upon you and break your supply of bread.

Éhínséget és gonosz vadállatokat bocsátok rátok, hogy gyermektelenné tegyenek, dögvész és vérontás megy át rajtad, és fegyvert hozok rád. Én, az ÚR mondtam ezt!

És bocsátok reátok éhséget és gonosz vadállatokat, hogy gyermektelenné tegyenek, és döghalál és vérontás megy át rajtad, és fegyvert hozok reád, én, az Úr mondottam.

So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee: and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I the LORD have spoken it.

Voi trimite împotriva voastră nu numai foametea, ci şi fiarele sălbatice care vă vor lăsa fără copii. Ciuma şi vărsarea de sânge vor trece prin mijlocul tău: voi aduce peste tine şi sabia. Eu, Domnul, vorbesc.”

I will send famine and wild beasts against you, and they will rob you of your children. Pestilence and blood shall pass through you, and I will bring the sword upon you. I am the LORD; I have spoken.”
