Halld, Izráel! Ma átkelsz a Jordánon, hogy bemenj, és birtokba végy nálad nagyobb és erősebb népeket, nagy és égig megerősített városokat,

Halljad Izráel, te általmégy ma a Jordánon, hogy bemenvén, örökségül bírj náladnál nagyobb és erősebb népeket, nagy és az égig megerősített városokat;

Hear, O Israel: Thou art to pass over Jordan this day, to go in to possess nations greater and mightier than thyself, cities great and fenced up to heaven,

Ascultă, Israele! Astăzi vei trece Iordanul, ca să te faci stăpân pe nişte neamuri mai mari şi mai puternice decât tine, pe cetăţi mari şi întărite până la cer,

“Hear, O Israel: you are to cross over the Jordan today, to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than you, cities great and fortified up to heaven,

A people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak!

pe un popor mare şi înalt la statură, pe copiii lui Anac, pe care-i cunoşti şi despre care ai auzit zicându-se: „Cine va putea să stea împotriva copiilor lui Anac?!”

a people great and tall, the sons of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you have heard it said, ‘Who can stand before the sons of Anak?’

Tudd meg azért e mai napon, hogy az ÚR, a te Istened jár előtted mint emésztő tűz, ő törli el és ő alázza meg őket előtted. Kiűzöd, és hamar elveszted őket, ahogy megmondta neked az ÚR.

Tudd meg azért e mai napon, hogy az Úr, a te Istened az, a ki átmegy előtted mint emésztő tűz, ő törli el azokat, és ő alázza meg azokat te előtted; és kiűzöd, és hamar elveszted őket, a miképen az Úr megmondotta néked.

Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.

Să ştii azi că Domnul Dumnezeul tău va merge El însuşi înaintea ta, ca un foc mistuitor; El îi va nimici, El îi va smeri înaintea ta; şi tu îi vei izgoni, îi vei pierde curând, cum ţi-a spus Domnul.

Know therefore today that he who goes over before you as a consuming fire is the LORD your God. He will destroy them and subdue them before you. So you shall drive them out and make them perish quickly, as the LORD has promised you.

Amikor tehát kiűzi őket előled az ÚR, a te Istened, ne szólj így szívedben: „Az én igazságomért hozott be engem az ÚR, hogy birtokba vegyem ezt a földet”, holott e népeket az ő istentelenségükért űzi ki előled az ÚR.

Mikor azért kiűzi az Úr, a te Istened azokat te előled, ne szólj a te szívedben, mondván: Az én igazságomért hozott be engem az Úr, hogy örökségül bírjam ezt a földet; holott e népeket az ő istentelenségökért űzi ki te előled az Úr;

Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.

Când îi va izgoni Domnul Dumnezeul tău dinaintea ta, să nu zici în inima ta: „Pentru bunătatea mea m-a făcut Domnul să intru în stăpânirea ţării acesteia.” Căci din pricina răutăţii neamurilor acelora le izgoneşte Domnul dinaintea ta.

“Do not say in your heart, after the LORD your God has thrust them out before you, ‘It is because of my righteousness that the LORD has brought me in to possess this land,’ whereas it is because of the wickedness of these nations that the LORD is driving them out before you.

Nem a te igazságodért mész be, hogy birtokba vedd a földjüket, sem a te szívednek igaz voltáért, hanem az ÚR, a te Istened e népeket istentelenségükért űzi ki előled, hogy megerősítse az ígéretet, amelyet esküvel fogadott az ÚR a te atyáidnak, Ábrahámnak, Izsáknak és Jákóbnak.

Nem a te igazságodért, sem a te szívednek igaz voltáért mégy te be az ő földük bírására; hanem az Úr, a te Istened e népeknek istentelenségéért űzi ki őket előled, hogy megerősítse az ígéretet, a mely felől megesküdt az Úr a te atyáidnak: Ábrahámnak, Izsáknak és Jákóbnak.

Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Nu, nu pentru bunătatea ta, nici pentru curăţia inimii tale intri tu în stăpânirea ţării lor; ci din pricina răutăţii acestor neamuri le izgoneşte Domnul Dumnezeul tău dinaintea ta şi ca să împlinească astfel cuvântul prin care Domnul S-a jurat părinţilor tăi, lui Avraam, lui Isaac şi lui Iacov.

Not because of your righteousness or the uprightness of your heart are you going in to possess their land, but because of the wickedness of these nations the LORD your God is driving them out from before you, and that he may confirm the word that the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

Tudd meg azért, hogy az ÚR, a te Istened nem a te igazságodért adja neked ezt a jó földet birtokul, hiszen igen keménnyakú nép vagy!

Tudd meg azért, hogy az Úr, a te Istened nem a te igazságodért adja néked ezt a jó földet birtokul, mert kemény nyakú nép vagy te!

Understand therefore, that the LORD thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness; for thou art a stiffnecked people.

Să ştii, dar, că nu din pricina bunătăţii tale îţi dă Domnul Dumnezeul tău acea ţară bună ca s-o stăpâneşti; căci tu eşti un popor tare încăpăţânat.

“Know, therefore, that the LORD your God is not giving you this good land to possess because of your righteousness, for you are a stubborn people.

Emlékezzél rájuk, és el ne felejtsd azokat, amikkel haragra indítottad az URat, a te Istenedet a pusztában! Attól a naptól fogva, amelyen kijöttél Egyiptom földjéről, mindaddig, amíg e helyre jutottatok, az ÚR ellen tusakodtatok.

Emlékezzél meg róla, és el ne felejtsed azokat, a mikkel haragra indítottad az Urat, a te Istenedet a pusztában! A naptól fogva, a melyen kijöttél Égyiptom földéből, mind addig, míglen e helyre jutottatok, az Úr ellen tusakodtatok vala.

Remember, and forget not, how thou provokedst the LORD thy God to wrath in the wilderness: from the day that thou didst depart out of the land of Egypt, until ye came unto this place, ye have been rebellious against the LORD.

Adu-ţi aminte şi nu uita cum ai aţâţat mânia Domnului Dumnezeului tău în pustiu. Din ziua când ai ieşit din ţara Egiptului până la sosirea voastră în locul acesta, tot răzvrătiţi împotriva Domnului aţi fost!

Remember and do not forget how you provoked the LORD your God to wrath in the wilderness. From the day you came out of the land of Egypt until you came to this place, you have been rebellious against the LORD.

Also in Horeb ye provoked the LORD to wrath, so that the LORD was angry with you to have destroyed you.

La Horeb, atâta aţi aţâţat mânia Domnului, încât Domnul S-a mâniat pe voi şi voia să vă nimicească.

Even at Horeb you provoked the LORD to wrath, and the LORD was so angry with you that he was ready to destroy you.

Amikor fölmentem a hegyre, hogy átvegyem a kőtáblákat, a szövetség tábláit, amelyet az ÚR kötött veletek, és a hegyen maradtam negyven nap és negyven éjjel, kenyeret nem ettem, és vizet sem ittam,

Mikor felmegyek vala a hegyre, hogy átvegyem a kőtáblákat, a szövetségnek tábláit, a melyet az Úr kötött vala veletek, és a hegyen maradtam vala negyven nap és negyven éjjel: kenyeret nem ettem, sem vizet nem ittam vala.

When I was gone up into the mount to receive the tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant which the LORD made with you, then I abode in the mount forty days and forty nights, I neither did eat bread nor drink water:

Când m-am suit pe munte, ca să iau tablele de piatră, tablele legământului pe care l-a făcut Domnul cu voi, am rămas pe munte patruzeci de zile şi patruzeci de nopţi, fără să mănânc pâine şi fără să beau apă;

When I went up the mountain to receive the tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant that the LORD made with you, I remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights. I neither ate bread nor drank water.

akkor átadta nekem az ÚR az Isten ujjával írt két kőtáblát, és rajtuk voltak mindazok az igék, amelyeket az ÚR mondott nektek a hegyen a tűz közepéből a gyülekezés napján.

Akkor átadá nékem az Úr a két kőtáblát, a melyek az Isten ujjával valának beírva, és rajtok valának mind amaz ígék, a melyeket mondott vala az Úr néktek a hegyen a tűz közepéből, a gyülekezésnek napján.

And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

şi Domnul mi-a dat cele două table de piatră, scrise cu degetul lui Dumnezeu şi cuprinzând toate cuvintele pe care vi le spusese Domnul pe munte, din mijlocul focului, în ziua când tot poporul era adunat.

And the LORD gave me the two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words that the LORD had spoken with you on the mountain out of the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly.

Amikor negyven nap és negyven éj elmúltával átadta nekem az ÚR a két kőtáblát, a szövetség tábláit,

És mikor a negyven nap és negyven éj elmultával átadá az Úr nékem a két kőtáblát, a szövetségnek tábláit;

And it came to pass at the end of forty days and forty nights, that the LORD gave me the two tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant.

După acele patruzeci de zile şi patruzeci de nopţi, Domnul mi-a dat cele două table de piatră, tablele legământului.

And at the end of forty days and forty nights the LORD gave me the two tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant.

azt mondta nekem: Kelj föl, gyorsan menj le innen, mert megromlott a néped, amelyet kihoztál Egyiptomból. Hamar letértek arról az útról, amelyet parancsoltam nekik, öntött bálványt készítettek maguknak.

Akkor monda az Úr nékem: Kelj fel, hamar menj innen alá; mert elvetemedett a te néped, a kit kihoztál Égyiptomból; hamar eltértek az útról, a melyet parancsoltam vala nékik, öntött bálványt készítettek magoknak.

And the LORD said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have corrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.

Domnul mi-a zis atunci: „Scoală-te şi coboară-te în grabă de aici; căci poporul tău, pe care l-ai scos din Egipt, s-a stricat. S-au abătut curând de la calea pe care le-am arătat-o; şi-au făcut un chip turnat.”

Then the LORD said to me, ‘Arise, go down quickly from here, for your people whom you have brought from Egypt have acted corruptly. They have turned aside quickly out of the way that I commanded them; they have made themselves a metal image.’

Majd így szólt hozzám az ÚR: Láttam e népet, és bizony keménnyakú nép ez!

Ismét szóla nékem az Úr, mondván: Láttam e népet, és bizony kemény nyakú nép ez!

Furthermore the LORD spake unto me, saying, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

Domnul mi-a zis: „Eu văd că poporul acesta este un popor tare încăpăţânat.

“Furthermore, the LORD said to me, ‘I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stubborn people.

Hagyj békét nekem, hadd pusztítsam el őket, és hadd töröljem el nevüket az ég alól, téged pedig nála nagyobb és erősebb néppé teszlek!

Hagyj békét nékem, hadd pusztítsam el őket, és töröljem el az ő nevöket az ég alól, és teszlek téged ennél nagyobb és erősebb néppé!

Let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under heaven: and I will make of thee a nation mightier and greater than they.

Lasă-Mă să-i nimicesc şi să le şterg numele de sub ceruri; iar pe tine te voi face un neam mai puternic şi mai mare la număr decât poporul acesta.”

Akkor megfordultam, és lejöttem a hegyről, a hegy pedig tűzzel égett, és a szövetség két táblája a két kezemben volt.

Megfordulék azért, és alájövék a hegyről, a hegy pedig tűzzel ég vala, és a szövetségnek két táblája az én két kezemben vala.

So I turned and came down from the mount, and the mount burned with fire: and the two tables of the covenant were in my two hands.

M-am întors şi m-am coborât de pe munte, care era tot numai foc, cu cele două table ale legământului în amândouă mâinile mele.

So I turned and came down from the mountain, and the mountain was burning with fire. And the two tablets of the covenant were in my two hands.

Amikor láttam, hogy íme, vétkeztetek az ÚR, a ti Istenetek ellen, mert öntött borjút csináltatok magatoknak, és így hamar letértetek arról az útról, amelyet az ÚR parancsolt nektek,

És mikor látám, hogy ímé vétkeztetek vala az Úr ellen, a ti Istenetek ellen; öntött borjút csináltatok vala magatoknak; hamar letértetek vala az útról, a melyet az Úr parancsolt vala néktek:

And I looked, and, behold, ye had sinned against the LORD your God, and had made you a molten calf: ye had turned aside quickly out of the way which the LORD had commanded you.

M-am uitat şi iată că păcătuiserăţi împotriva Domnului Dumnezeului vostru, vă făcuserăţi un viţel turnat, vă depărtaserăţi curând de la calea pe care v-o arătase Domnul.

And I looked, and behold, you had sinned against the LORD your God. You had made yourselves a golden calf. You had turned aside quickly from the way that the LORD had commanded you.

megragadtam a két táblát, elhajítottam a kezemből, és összetörtem szemetek láttára.

Akkor megragadám a két táblát, és elhajítám a két kezemből, és összetörém azokat a ti szemeitek láttára.

And I took the two tables, and cast them out of my two hands, and brake them before your eyes.

Am apucat atunci cele două table, le-am aruncat din mâinile mele şi le-am sfărâmat sub ochii voştri.

So I took hold of the two tablets and threw them out of my two hands and broke them before your eyes.

Azután leborultam az ÚR előtt úgy, mint azelőtt, negyven nap és negyven éjjel kenyeret sem ettem, és vizet sem ittam minden bűnötök miatt, amelyet elkövettetek, és azt tettétek, ami gonosz az ÚR előtt, hogy haragra ingereljétek őt.

És leborulék az Úr előtt, mint annakelőtte, negyven nap és negyven éjjel, kenyeret nem ettem és vizet sem ittam; minden ti bűnötökért, a melyeket elkövettetek vala, azt cselekedvén, a mi gonosz az Úr előtt, hogy ingereljétek őt.

And I fell down before the LORD, as at the first, forty days and forty nights: I did neither eat bread, nor drink water, because of all your sins which ye sinned, in doing wickedly in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

M-am aruncat cu faţa la pământ înaintea Domnului, ca mai înainte, patruzeci de zile şi patruzeci de nopţi, fără să mănânc şi fără să beau apă, din pricina tuturor păcatelor pe care le săvârşiserăţi, făcând ce este rău înaintea Domnului, ca să-L mâniaţi.

Then I lay prostrate before the LORD as before, forty days and forty nights. I neither ate bread nor drank water, because of all the sin that you had committed, in doing what was evil in the sight of the LORD to provoke him to anger.

Mert féltem attól a haragtól és nekibúsulástól, amellyel úgy megharagudott rátok az ÚR, hogy el akart pusztítani benneteket. De akkor is meghallgatott engem az ÚR.

Mert félek vala a haragtól és búsulástól, a melylyel ti reátok úgy megharagudt vala az Úr, hogy el akart vala pusztítani titeket. És meghallgata az Úr engem akkor is.

For I was afraid of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also.

Căci mă îngrozisem la vederea mâniei şi urgiei de care era cuprins Domnul împotriva voastră, până acolo încât voia să vă nimicească. Dar Domnul m-a ascultat şi de data aceasta.

For I was afraid of the anger and hot displeasure that the LORD bore against you, so that he was ready to destroy you. But the LORD listened to me that time also.

Áronra is igen megneheztelt az ÚR, és őt is el akarta pusztítani. De Áronért is imádkoztam ugyanakkor.

Áronra is igen megharagudt vala az Úr, és el akará őt is pusztítani; de ugyanakkor imádkozám Áronért is.

And the LORD was very angry with Aaron to have destroyed him: and I prayed for Aaron also the same time.

Domnul, de asemenea, era foarte mâniat şi pe Aaron, aşa încât voia să-l piardă, şi eu m-am rugat atunci şi pentru el.

And the LORD was so angry with Aaron that he was ready to destroy him. And I prayed for Aaron also at the same time.

A ti bűnötöket pedig, a borjút, amelyet készítettetek, megragadtam, és megégettem tűzzel. Összetörtem, jól megőröltem, hogy porrá morzsolódjék, azután bevetettem a porát a patakba, amely a hegyről folyt alá.

A ti bűnötöket pedig, a borjút, a melyet készítettetek, megragadám, és megégetém azt tűzzel; és összetörém azt, jól megőrölvén, mígnem porrá morzsolódék, azután bevetém annak porát a patakba, a mely a hegyről foly vala alá.

And I took your sin, the calf which ye had made, and burnt it with fire, and stamped it, and ground it very small, even until it was as small as dust: and I cast the dust thereof into the brook that descended out of the mount.

Am luat viţelul pe care-l făcuserăţi, isprava păcatului vostru, l-am ars în foc, l-am sfărâmat până s-a făcut praf şi am aruncat praful acela în pârâul care curgea din munte.

Then I took the sinful thing, the calf that you had made, and burned it with fire and crushed it, grinding it very small, until it was as fine as dust. And I threw the dust of it into the brook that ran down from the mountain.

Azután Tabérában, Masszában és Kibrót-Taavában is haragra indítottátok az URat.

És Thaberában, Massában, és Kibrot- Taavában is haragra indítátok az Urat.

And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibrothhattaavah, ye provoked the LORD to wrath.

Apoi la Tabeera, la Masa şi la Chibrot-Hataava, voi iarăşi aţi aţâţat mânia Domnului.

“At Taberah also, and at Massah and at Kibroth-hattaavah you provoked the LORD to wrath.

Majd mikor az ÚR elküldött titeket Kádés-Barneából e szavakkal: „Menjetek föl, és vegyétek birtokba azt a földet, amelyet nektek adtam”, akkor is tusakodtatok az ÚRnak, a ti Isteneteknek beszéde ellen. Nem hittetek neki, és nem hallgattatok szavára.

És mikor az Úr elküldött vala titeket Kádes-Barneából, mondván: Menjetek fel, és bírjátok örökségül a földet, a melyet néktek adtam: akkor is tusakodtatok vala az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek beszéde ellen, nem hittetek néki, és nem hallgattatok az ő szavára.

Likewise when the LORD sent you from Kadeshbarnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice.

Şi când v-a trimis Domnul de la Cades-Barnea, zicând: „Suiţi-vă şi luaţi în stăpânire ţara pe care v-o dau!”, voi v-aţi răzvrătit împotriva poruncii Domnului Dumnezeului vostru, n-aţi avut credinţă în El şi n-aţi ascultat glasul Lui.

And when the LORD sent you from Kadesh-barnea, saying, ‘Go up and take possession of the land that I have given you,’ then you rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God and did not believe him or obey his voice.

Tusakodtatok az ÚR ellen, amióta csak ismerlek titeket.

Tusakodók voltatok az Úr ellen, a mióta ismerlek titeket.

Ye have been rebellious against the LORD from the day that I knew you.

V-aţi tot răzvrătit împotriva Domnului de când vă cunosc.

You have been rebellious against the LORD from the day that I knew you.

Leborultam tehát az ÚR előtt, és negyven nap és negyven éjjel maradtam leborulva, mert azt mondta az ÚR, hogy elveszt benneteket.

És leborulék az Úr előtt azon a negyven napon és negyven éjjel, a melyeken leborultam vala; mert azt mondotta vala az Úr, hogy elveszt titeket.

Thus I fell down before the LORD forty days and forty nights, as I fell down at the first; because the LORD had said he would destroy you.

M-am aruncat cu faţa la pământ înaintea Domnului: patruzeci de zile şi patruzeci de nopţi, m-am aruncat cu faţa la pământ, pentru că Domnul spusese că vrea să vă nimicească.

“So I lay prostrate before the LORD for these forty days and forty nights, because the LORD had said he would destroy you.

Akkor imádkoztam az ÚRhoz, és azt mondtam: Uram, ISTENem! Ne pusztítsd el népedet, örökségedet, amelyet hatalmaddal megszabadítottál, amelyet erős kézzel hoztál ki Egyiptomból.

Akkor imádkozám az Úrhoz, és mondék: Uram, Isten! ne rontsd meg a te népedet, és a te örökségedet, a kit a te nagyságoddal szabadítottál meg, a kit erős kézzel hoztál ki Égyiptomból.

I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

M-am rugat Domnului şi am zis: „Stăpâne, Doamne, nu nimici pe poporul Tău, moştenirea Ta, pe care ai răscumpărat-o, în mărimea Ta, pe care ai scos-o din Egipt, prin mâna Ta cea puternică.

And I prayed to the LORD, ‘O Lord GOD, do not destroy your people and your heritage, whom you have redeemed through your greatness, whom you have brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

Emlékezzél meg szolgáidról: Ábrahámról, Izsákról és Jákóbról, ne nézd e nép keménységét, istentelenségét és bűnét!

Emlékezzél meg a te szolgáidról: Ábrahámról, Izsákról és Jákóbról; ne nézzed e népnek keménységét, istentelenségét és bűnét!

Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin:

Adu-ţi aminte de robii Tăi, Avraam, Isaac şi Iacov. Nu căuta la îndărătnicia acestui popor, la răutatea lui şi la păcatul lui,

Remember your servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Do not regard the stubbornness of this people, or their wickedness or their sin,

Hogy ne mondhassa annak a földnek a népe, ahonnan kihoztál minket: „Nem tudta bevinni őket az ÚR arra a földre, amelyet ígért nekik. Meggyűlölte őket, és azért vitte ki innen, hogy megölje őket a pusztában.”

Hogy ne mondja a föld [népe], a honnét kihoztál minket: mivelhogy az Úr nem vihette be őket a földre, a melyet igért volt nékik, és mivelhogy gyűlölte őket, azért hozta ki őket, hogy megölje őket a pusztában.

Lest the land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.

ca nu cumva ţara din care ne-ai scos să zică: „Pentru că Domnul n-avea putere să-i ducă în ţara pe care le-o făgăduise şi pentru că-i ura, de aceea i-a scos ca să-i omoare în pustiu.”
