Azután megfordultunk, és elindultunk a pusztába, a Vörös-tenger felé, ahogy az ÚR mondta nekem, és sokáig kerülgettük a Széír-hegyet.

Annakutána megfordulánk, és indulánk a pusztába a Veres tenger felé, a miképen szólott vala nékem az Úr, és kerülgettük a Szeir hegyét sok ideig.

Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the LORD spake unto me: and we compassed mount Seir many days.

Ne-am întors şi am plecat în pustiu, pe drumul care duce la Marea Roşie, cum îmi poruncise Domnul; şi am ocolit multă vreme muntele Seir.

“Then we turned and journeyed into the wilderness in the direction of the Red Sea, as the LORD told me. And for many days we traveled around Mount Seir.

Azután így szólt hozzám az ÚR:

De szóla az Úr nékem, mondván:

And the LORD spake unto me, saying,

Domnul mi-a zis:

Then the LORD said to me,

Már eleget kerülgettétek ezt a hegyet, forduljatok észak felé.

Elég már e hegyet kerülgetnetek, forduljatok észak felé.

Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.

„Vă ajunge de când ocoliţi muntele acesta. Întoarceţi-vă spre miazănoapte.

‘You have been traveling around this mountain country long enough. Turn northward

Ezt parancsold a népnek: „Mikor átmentek testvéreiteknek, Ézsau fiainak a határán, akik Széírben laknak, noha félnek tőletek, mégis igen vigyázzatok!

Parancsolj azért a népnek, mondván: Mikor általmentek a ti atyátokfiainak, az Ézsaú fiainak határán, a kik Szeirben lakoznak: jóllehet félnek tőletek, mindazáltal igen vigyázzatok!

And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:

Dă următoarea poruncă poporului: „Acum aveţi să treceţi prin hotarele fraţilor voştri, copiii lui Esau, care locuiesc în Seir. Ei se vor teme de voi; dar să vă păziţi bine.

and command the people, “You are about to pass through the territory of your brothers, the people of Esau, who live in Seir; and they will be afraid of you. So be very careful.

Ne ingereljétek őket, mert nem adok az ő földjükből nektek egy talpalatnyit sem, mert Ézsaunak adtam a Széír-hegyet örökségül.

Ne ingereljétek őket, mert nem adok az ő földjükből néktek egy talpalatnyit sem; mert Ézsaúnak adtam a Szeir hegyét örökségül.

Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession.

Să nu vă încăieraţi cu ei; căci nu vă voi da în ţara lor nici măcar o palmă de loc: muntele Seir l-am dat în stăpânire lui Esau.

Do not contend with them, for I will not give you any of their land, no, not so much as for the sole of the foot to tread on, because I have given Mount Seir to Esau as a possession.

Pénzen vásároljatok tőlük ennivalót, hogy ehessetek, és vizet is pénzen vegyetek tőlük, hogy ihassatok.

Pénzen vásároljatok tőlük enni valót, hogy egyetek, és vizet is pénzen vegyetek tőlük, hogy igyatok,

Ye shall buy meat of them for money, that ye may eat; and ye shall also buy water of them for money, that ye may drink.

Să cumpăraţi de la ei cu preţ de argint, hrana pe care o veţi mânca, şi să cumpăraţi de la ei cu preţ de argint chiar şi apa pe care o veţi bea.

You shall purchase food from them with money, that you may eat, and you shall also buy water from them with money, that you may drink.

Mert az ÚR, a te Istened megáldott téged kezed minden munkájában. Tudja, hogy e nagy pusztaságban jársz. Immár negyven esztendeje veled van az ÚR, a te Istened, nem szűkölködtél semmiben.”

Mert az Úr, a te Istened megáldott téged a te kezednek minden munkájában; tudja, hogy e nagy pusztaságon jársz; immár negyven esztendeje veled van az Úr, a te Istened; nem szűkölködtél semmiben.

For the LORD thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.

Căci Domnul Dumnezeul tău te-a binecuvântat în tot lucrul mâinilor tale şi ţi-a cunoscut călătoria în acest mare pustiu. Iată, de patruzeci de ani de când Domnul Dumnezeul tău este cu tine, şi n-ai dus lipsă de nimic.”

For the LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He knows your going through this great wilderness. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you. You have lacked nothing.”’

Akkor átmentünk testvéreink, Ézsau fiai között, akik Széírben, a síkság útján laknak, amely Élattól és Ecjón-Gebertől indul ki. Azután megfordultunk, és átmentünk Móáb pusztájának az útjára.

És általmenénk a mi atyánkfiai között, az Ézsaú fiai között, a kik lakoznak vala Szeirben, a síkság útján Eláthtól és Éczjon-Gebertől fogva. Azután megfordulánk és általmenénk a Moáb pusztájának útjára.

And when we passed by from our brethren the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plain from Elath, and from Eziongaber, we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.

Am trecut pe departe de fraţii noştri, copiii lui Esau, care locuiesc în Seir, şi pe departe de drumul care duce în câmpie, departe de Elat şi de Eţion-Gheber; apoi ne-am întors şi am apucat spre pustiul Moabului.

So we went on, away from our brothers, the people of Esau, who live in Seir, away from the Arabah road from Elath and Ezion-geber. “And we turned and went in the direction of the wilderness of Moab.

Ekkor azt mondta nekem az ÚR: Ne harcolj Móáb ellen, és ne ingereld harcra, mert nem adok az ő földjéből neked semmi örökséget, mert Lót fiainak adtam Árt örökségül.

És monda az Úr nékem: Ne hadakozzál Moáb ellen, és ne ingereld azt hadra, mert nem adok az ő földéből néked semmi örökséget; mert a Lót fiainak adtam Art örökségül.

And the LORD said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot for a possession.

Domnul mi-a zis: „Nu face război cu Moab şi nu te apuca la luptă cu el; căci nu-ţi voi da nimic să stăpâneşti în ţara lui: „Arul l-am dat în stăpânire copiilor lui Lot.

And the LORD said to me, ‘Do not harass Moab or contend with them in battle, for I will not give you any of their land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the people of Lot for a possession.’

Az émiek laktak ott azelőtt, amely olyan nagy, számos és szálas nép, mint az anákok.

(Az Emeusok laktak abban annak előtte, nagy nép, sok és szálas, mint az Anákok.

The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims;

(Mai înainte aici locuiau emimii: un popor mare, mult la număr şi de statură înaltă, ca anachimii.

(The Emim formerly lived there, a people great and many, and tall as the Anakim.

Őket is refáiaknak tartották, mint az anákokat, de a móábiak émieknek hívták őket.

Óriásoknak állíttatnak vala azok is, mint az Anákok, és a Moábiták Emeknek hívták őket.

Which also were accounted giants, as the Anakims; but the Moabites called them Emims.

Ei treceau drept refaimiţi, ca şi anachimii; dar moabiţii îi numeau emimi.

Like the Anakim they are also counted as Rephaim, but the Moabites call them Emim.

Széírben pedig a hóriak laktak azelőtt, akiket Ézsau fiai kiűztek és kiirtottak, és az ő helyükre telepedtek, ahogyan Izráel is bánt az ő örökségének földjével, amelyet az ÚR adott neki.

The Horims also dwelt in Seir beforetime; but the children of Esau succeeded them, when they had destroyed them from before them, and dwelt in their stead; as Israel did unto the land of his possession, which the LORD gave unto them.

Seir era locuit altădată de horiţi; copiii lui Esau i-au izgonit, i-au nimicit dinaintea lor şi s-au aşezat în locul lor, cum a făcut Israel în ţara pe care o stăpâneşte şi pe care i-a dat-o Domnul.)

The Horites also lived in Seir formerly, but the people of Esau dispossessed them and destroyed them from before them and settled in their place, as Israel did to the land of their possession, which the LORD gave to them.)

Most azért induljatok, és keljetek át a Zered-patakon. Át is keltünk a Zeredpatakon.

Most keljetek fel, és menjetek át a Záred patakán; és átkelénk a Záred patakán.

Now rise up, said I, and get you over the brook Zered. And we went over the brook Zered.

Acum sculaţi-vă şi treceţi pârâul Zered.” Am trecut pârâul Zered.

‘Now rise up and go over the brook Zered.’ So we went over the brook Zered.

Az idő pedig harmincnyolc esztendő volt, amíg Kádés-Barneából elindultunk, és átkeltünk a Zered-patakon, mialatt kiveszett a táborból a harcosok egész nemzedéke, ahogyan megesküdött nekik az ÚR.

Az idő pedig, a melyet eljáránk Kádes-Barneától, míg általmenénk a Záred patakán, harmincznyolcz esztendő, a mely alatt kiveszett a hadra való férfiak egész nemzetsége a táborból, a mint megesküdt vala az Úr nékik.

And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the LORD sware unto them.

Vremea cât au ţinut călătoriile noastre de la Cades-Barnea până la trecerea pârâului Zered a fost de treizeci şi opt de ani, până a pierit din mijlocul taberei tot neamul oamenilor de război, cum le jurase Domnul.

And the time from our leaving Kadesh-barnea until we crossed the brook Zered was thirty-eight years, until the entire generation, that is, the men of war, had perished from the camp, as the LORD had sworn to them.

Bizony, az ÚR keze volt rajtuk, és addig pusztította őket, míg mind kipusztultak a táborból.

E felett az Úrnak keze is vala ő rajtok, hogy elveszítse őket a táborból az ő kipusztulásukig.

For indeed the hand of the LORD was against them, to destroy them from among the host, until they were consumed.

Mâna Domnului a fost împotriva lor ca să-i nimicească din mijlocul taberei, până ce au pierit.

For indeed the hand of the LORD was against them, to destroy them from the camp, until they had perished.

Amikor ezek a harcosok mind meghaltak és kipusztultak a nép közül,

És lőn, hogy a mint a hadakozó férfiak mind elpusztulának, kihalván a nép közül.

So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people,

După ce au pierit toţi bărbaţii de război, murind în mijlocul poporului,

“So as soon as all the men of war had perished and were dead from among the people,

így szólt hozzám az ÚR:

[Így] szóla az Úr nékem, mondván:

That the LORD spake unto me, saying,

Domnul mi-a vorbit şi a zis:

the LORD said to me,

„Te ma átmész Árnál Móáb határán.

Ma te általmégy a Moáb határán Ar felé,

Thou art to pass over through Ar, the coast of Moab, this day:

„Să treci azi hotarul Moabului, la cetatea Ar,

‘Today you are to cross the border of Moab at Ar.

Amikor közel jutsz Ammón fiaihoz, ne háborgasd őket, ne is ingereld őket, mert nem adok neked Ammón fiainak a földjéből örökséget, minthogy Lót fiainak adtam azt örökségül.”

És mikor közel jutsz az Ammon fiaihoz, ne háborgasd őket, ne is ingereld őket, mert nem adok néked az Ammon fiainak földjéből örökséget, mert a Lót fiainak adtam azt örökségül.

And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.

şi să te apropii de copiii lui Amon. Să nu faci război cu ei şi să nu te iei la luptă cu ei; căci nu-ţi voi da nimic de stăpânit în ţara copiilor lui Amon: am dat-o în stăpânire copiilor lui Lot.

And when you approach the territory of the people of Ammon, do not harass them or contend with them, for I will not give you any of the land of the people of Ammon as a possession, because I have given it to the sons of Lot for a possession.’

Ezt is a refáiak földjének tartották. Régen refáiak laktak ott, akiket az ammóniak zamzummiaknak hívtak.

(Óriások földének tartották azt is; óriások laktak azon régenten, a kiket az Ammoniták Zanzummoknak hívtak.

(That also was accounted a land of giants: giants dwelt therein in old time; and the Ammonites call them Zamzummims;

Ţara aceasta trecea de asemenea ca o ţară a lui Refaim; mai înainte locuiau în ea refaimiţii; şi amoniţii îi numeau zamzumimi:

(It is also counted as a land of Rephaim. Rephaim formerly lived there—but the Ammonites call them Zamzummim—

Ez a nép olyan nagy, számos és szálas volt, mint az anákok, de kipusztította őket az ÚR az ammóniak elől, és ők el is foglalták birtokaikat, és a helyükre telepedtek.

[Ez] a nép nagy, sok és szálas volt, valamint az Anákok, de kivesztette őket az Úr azok színe elől, hogy bírják azoknak örökségét, és lakjanak azoknak helyén;

A people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims; but the LORD destroyed them before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead:

un popor mare, mult la număr şi de statură înaltă, ca anachimii. Domnul i-a nimicit dinaintea amoniţilor, care i-au izgonit şi s-au aşezat în locul lor.

a people great and many, and tall as the Anakim; but the LORD destroyed them before the Ammonites, and they dispossessed them and settled in their place,

Ugyanúgy, ahogyan Ézsaunak a Széír-hegyen lakó fiaival is tette az ÚR, amikor kiirtotta előlük a hóriakat, és azok elfoglalták a birtokukat, s az ő helyükön laknak mind e mai napig.

A miképen cselekedett az Ézsaú fiaival is, a kik Szeir [hegyén] laknak, a mikor kiveszté előlök a Horeusokat, hogy bírják azoknak örökségét, és lakjanak azoknak helyén mind e mai napig.

As he did to the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, when he destroyed the Horims from before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead even unto this day:

(Aşa a făcut Domnul şi pentru copiii lui Esau care locuiesc în Seir, când a nimicit pe horiţi dinaintea lor; ei i-au izgonit şi s-au aşezat în locul lor, până în ziua de azi.

as he did for the people of Esau, who live in Seir, when he destroyed the Horites before them and they dispossessed them and settled in their place even to this day.

Az avviak a Gáza környéki falvakban laktak, de kiirtották őket a kaftóriak, akik Kaftórból jöttek, és a helyükre telepedtek.

Az Avveusokat is, a kik falvakban laknak vala Gázáig, kiirtották a Káftoreusok a kik kijöttek volt Káftorból, és lakának azoknak helyén.)

And the Avims which dwelt in Hazerim, even unto Azzah, the Caphtorims, which came forth out of Caphtor, destroyed them, and dwelt in their stead.)

De asemenea, aviţii, care locuiau în sate până la Gaza, au fost nimiciţi de caftoriţi, ieşiţi din Caftor, care s-au aşezat în locul lor.)

As for the Avvim, who lived in villages as far as Gaza, the Caphtorim, who came from Caphtor, destroyed them and settled in their place.)

Induljatok hát útnak, keljetek át az Arnón-patakon. Íme, kezedbe adtam az emóri Szíhónt, Hesbón királyát, országával együtt. Kezdj hozzá, foglald el a földjét és harcolj ellene!

Keljetek fel azért, induljatok, menjetek át az Arnon patakán; lásd: kezedbe adtam Szihont, Hesbonnak királyát: az Emoreust, és annak földét; kezdj hozzá, foglald el [azt], és hadakozzál ő ellene.

Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

Sculaţi-vă, plecaţi şi treceţi pârâul Arnon. Iată, îţi dau în mâini pe Sihon, împăratul Hesbonului, amoritul, şi ţara lui. Începe cucerirea, fă război cu el!

‘Rise up, set out on your journey and go over the Valley of the Arnon. Behold, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession, and contend with him in battle.

E napon kezdek az ég alatt lakó népekben félelmet és rettegést támasztani, hogy akik híredet hallják, megrendüljenek és reszkessenek miattad.

E napon kezdem rábocsátani a népekre, hogy féljenek és rettegjenek tőled az egész ég alatt, és a kik híredet hallják, rendüljenek meg és reszkessenek te előtted.

This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.

De azi încolo voi băga groaza şi frica de tine în toate popoarele de sub cer; şi, la auzul faimei tale, vor tremura şi se vor îngrozi de tine.”

This day I will begin to put the dread and fear of you on the peoples who are under the whole heaven, who shall hear the report of you and shall tremble and be in anguish because of you.’

Akkor követeket küldtem a Kedémótpusztából Szíhónhoz, Hesbón királyához ezzel a békességes üzenettel:

És követeket küldék a Kedemót pusztából Szihonhoz, Hesbon királyához békességes beszéddel [ezt] izenvén:

And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,

Din pustiul Chedemot, am trimis soli la Sihon, împăratul Hesbonului, cu vorbe de pace. Am trimis să-i spună:

“So I sent messengers from the wilderness of Kedemoth to Sihon the king of Heshbon, with words of peace, saying,

Hadd menjek át a földeden! Mindig csak az országúton haladok, nem térek le se jobbra, se balra.

Hadd menjek át a te földeden! Útról-útra megyek, nem térek le [se] jobbra, se balra.

Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the left.

„Lasă-mă să trec prin ţara ta; voi ţine drumul mare, fără să mă abat nici la dreapta, nici la stânga.

‘Let me pass through your land. I will go only by the road; I will turn aside neither to the right nor to the left.

Eleséget pénzen adj nekem, hogy egyem, vizet is pénzen adj nekem, hogy igyam, csak hadd vonuljak át,

Eleséget pénzen adj nékem, hogy egyem; vizet is pénzen adj nékem, hogy igyam; csak gyalog hadd megyek át:

Thou shalt sell me meat for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only I will pass through on my feet;

Să-mi vinzi pe preţ de argint hrana pe care o voi mânca şi să-mi dai cu preţ de argint apa pe care o voi bea; nu voi face altceva decât să trec cu piciorul

You shall sell me food for money, that I may eat, and give me water for money, that I may drink. Only let me pass through on foot,

ahogy megengedték azt nekem Ézsau fiai, akik Széírben laknak, és a móábiak, akik Árban laknak, amíg átkelek a Jordánon arra a földre, amelyet az ÚR, a mi Istenünk ad nekünk!

A miképen cselekedtek én velem az Ézsaú fiai, a kik Szeirben laknak; és a Moábiták, a kik Arban laknak; míglen átmegyek a Jordánon arra a földre, a melyet az Úr, a mi Istenünk ád nékünk!

(As the children of Esau which dwell in Seir, and the Moabites which dwell in Ar, did unto me;) until I shall pass over Jordan into the land which the LORD our God giveth us.

lucru pe care mi l-au îngăduit copiii lui Esau care locuiesc în Seir şi moabiţii care locuiesc în Ar – îngăduie-mi şi tu lucrul acesta, până voi trece Iordanul ca să intru în ţara pe care ne-o dă Domnul Dumnezeul nostru.”

as the sons of Esau who live in Seir and the Moabites who live in Ar did for me, until I go over the Jordan into the land that the LORD our God is giving to us.’

De nem akarta Szíhón, Hesbón királya, hogy átmenjünk a földjén, mert megkeményítette az ÚR, a te Istened a lelkét, és engedetlenné tette szívét, hogy kezedbe adja őt, amint nyilvánvaló e mai napig.

De nem akarta Szihon, Hesbon királya, hogy átmenjünk ő rajta, mert megkeményítette volt az Úr, a te Istened az ő lelkét, és engedetlenné tette az Ő szívét, hogy a te kezedbe adja őt, a mint [nyilván van ]e mai napon.

But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as appeareth this day.

Dar Sihon, împăratul Hesbonului, n-a vrut să ne lase să trecem pe la el; căci Domnul Dumnezeul tău i-a făcut duhul neînduplecat şi i-a împietrit inima, ca să-l dea în mâinile tale, cum vezi azi.

But Sihon the king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him, for the LORD your God hardened his spirit and made his heart obstinate, that he might give him into your hand, as he is this day.

31

Az ÚR pedig azt mondta nekem: Íme, elkezdem átadni neked Szíhónt és földjét. Kezdj hozzá, foglald el, hogy a földje örökséged legyen.

Monda pedig az Úr nékem: Lásd: elkezdem átadni néked Szihont és az ő földét; kezdj hozzá, foglald el azt, hogy az ő földe örököd legyen.

And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.

Domnul mi-a zis: „Vezi, acum încep să-ţi dau pe Sihon şi ţara lui; începe şi tu dar să-i iei în stăpânire ţara ca s-o moşteneşti.”

And the LORD said to me, ‘Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land over to you. Begin to take possession, that you may occupy his land.’

Kijött elénk Szíhón Jahacba egész hadinépével, hogy megvívjon velünk.

És kijöve Szihon mi előnkbe minden népével, hogy megvívjon velünk Jahácznál.

Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz.

Sihon ne-a ieşit înainte, cu tot poporul lui, ca să lupte împotriva noastră, la Iahaţ.

Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Jahaz.

De az ÚR, a mi Istenünk kezünkbe adta, és levertük őt és fiait és egész népét.

De az Úr, a mi Istenünk kezünkbe adá őt, és levertük őt és az ő fiait és minden ő népét.

And the LORD our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people.

Domnul Dumnezeul nostru ni l-a dat în mâini şi l-am bătut, pe el şi pe fiii lui, şi pe tot poporul lui.

And the LORD our God gave him over to us, and we defeated him and his sons and all his people.

Elfoglaltuk minden városát abban az időben, és fegyverre hánytuk az egész várost: férfiakat, asszonyokat és gyermekeket. Nem hagytunk elmenekülni senkit.

És elfoglaltuk minden ő városát abban az időben, és fegyverre hánytuk az egész várost: férfiakat, asszonyokat, és kisdedeket; nem hagytunk menekülni senkit.

And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain:

I-am luat atunci toate cetăţile şi le-am nimicit cu desăvârşire: bărbaţi, femei şi prunci i-am nimicit cu desăvârşire şi n-am lăsat să scape niciunul măcar.

And we captured all his cities at that time and devoted to destruction every city, men, women, and children. We left no survivors.

Csak az állatokat tartottuk meg zsákmányként és az elfoglalt városokból való prédát.

De a barmokat prédára vetettük közöttünk, és a városokból való ragadományokat, a melyeket elfoglaltunk volt.

Only the cattle we took for a prey unto ourselves, and the spoil of the cities which we took.

Numai vitele le-am răpit pentru noi, precum şi prada din cetăţile pe care le luaserăm.

Only the livestock we took as spoil for ourselves, with the plunder of the cities that we captured.

Az Arnón-patak partján fekvő Aróértól és a völgyben levő várostól fogva Gileádig egy város sem volt, amellyel ne bírtunk volna. Valamennyit a kezünkbe adta az ÚR, a mi Istenünk.

Aróertől fogva, a mely van az Arnon patakának partján, [és] a völgyben lévő várostól fogva Gileádig, egy város sem volt, a melylyel ne bírtunk volna. Mind azokat az Úr, a mi Istenünk adta a mi kezünkbe.

From Aroer, which is by the brink of the river of Arnon, and from the city that is by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us: the LORD our God delivered all unto us:

De la Aroer, care este pe malurile pârâului Arnon, şi de la cetatea care este în vale, până la Galaad, n-a fost nicio cetate prea tare pentru noi: Domnul Dumnezeul nostru ni le-a dat pe toate în mână.

From Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and from the city that is in the valley, as far as Gilead, there was not a city too high for us. The LORD our God gave all into our hands.

De Ammón fiainak földjéhez nem közeledtél, sem a Jabbók-patak egész partjához, sem a hegyen levő városokhoz, sem semmi olyanhoz, amelyektől eltiltott téged az ÚR, a mi Istenünk.

De az Ammon fiainak földéhez nem közeledtél, [sem] a Jabbók patak egész oldalához, sem a hegyen lévő városokhoz, sem semmi olyanhoz, a melyektől eltiltott téged az Úr, a mi Istenünk.

Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor unto any place of the river Jabbok, nor unto the cities in the mountains, nor unto whatsoever the LORD our God forbad us.

Dar de ţara copiilor lui Amon nu te-ai apropiat, de toate malurile pârâului Iaboc, de cetăţile de la munte şi de toate locurile pe care te-a oprit Domnul Dumnezeul tău să le loveşti.

Only to the land of the sons of Ammon you did not draw near, that is, to all the banks of the river Jabbok and the cities of the hill country, whatever the LORD our God had forbidden us.
