Hogyha meggyilkolt embert találnak azon a földön, amelyet az ÚR, a te Istened ad neked birtokul, és az a mezőn fekszik, és nem tudható, ki ölte meg,

Hogyha agyonütöttet találnak azon a földön, a melyet az Úr, a te Istened ád néked birtokul, és az a mezőn fekszik, és nem tudható: ki ölte meg azt;

If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:

Dacă, în ţara pe care ţi-o dă în stăpânire Domnul Dumnezeul tău se găseşte întins în mijlocul unui câmp un om ucis, fără să se ştie cine l-a lovit,

“If in the land that the LORD your God is giving you to possess someone is found slain, lying in the open country, and it is not known who killed him,

akkor véneid és bíráid menjenek ki, és mérjék meg a távolságot a holttesttől a környező városokig.

Akkor a te véneid és a te bíráid menjenek ki, és mérjék meg [a földet] a városokig, a melyek az agyonütött körül vannak;

Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:

then your elders and your judges shall come out, and they shall measure the distance to the surrounding cities.

Amely város legközelebb esik a meggyilkolthoz, annak vénei vegyenek egy üszőt, amellyel még nem dolgoztattak, és amely még nem húzott jármot.

És a mely város legközelebb esik az agyonütötthöz, annak a városnak vénei vegyenek egy üszőtinót, a melylyel még nem dolgoztattak, és a mely nem vont még jármot;

And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;

Când se va hotărî cetatea cea mai apropiată de trupul mort, bătrânii din cetatea aceea să ia o viţea care să nu fi fost pusă la muncă şi care să nu fi tras la jug.

And the elders of the city that is nearest to the slain man shall take a heifer that has never been worked and that has not pulled in a yoke.

Vigyék az üszőt egy folyóvíz völgyébe, ahol nem szántanak, és nem vetnek, és szegjék nyakát az üszőnek ott, a völgyben.

És annak a városnak vénei vigyék az üszőt valamely folyóvíz völgyébe, a melyet nem szántanak és nem vetnek, és szegjék nyakát az üszőnek ott a völgyben.

And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer's neck there in the valley:

Să ducă viţeaua aceea într-o vale cu apă care nu seacă niciodată şi unde nu se ară, nici nu se seamănă; şi acolo, să taie capul viţelei în vale.

And the elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a valley with running water, which is neither plowed nor sown, and shall break the heifer’s neck there in the valley.

Azután járuljanak oda a papok, Lévi fiai, mert őket választotta az ÚR, a te Istened, hogy szolgáljanak neki, és hogy áldást osszanak az ÚR nevében, és az ő ítéletük szerint dőljön el minden per és minden sérelem.

And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:

Atunci să se apropie preoţii, fiii lui Levi; căci pe ei i-a ales Domnul Dumnezeul tău ca să-I slujească şi să binecuvânteze în Numele Domnului, şi ei trebuie să hotărască în orice ceartă şi în orice rănire.

Then the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come forward, for the LORD your God has chosen them to minister to him and to bless in the name of the LORD, and by their word every dispute and every assault shall be settled.

A meggyilkolthoz legközelebbi város vénei mossák meg a kezüket a nyakaszegett üsző fölött a völgyben,

És mindnyájan annak a városnak vénei, a kik legközelebb esnek az agyonütötthöz, mossák meg kezeiket a nyakaszegett üsző felett a völgyben;

And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:

Toţi bătrânii din cetatea aceea, cea mai apropiată de trupul mort, să-şi spele mâinile pe viţeaua căreia i-au tăiat capul în vale.

And all the elders of that city nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley,

és így szóljanak: Nem a mi kezünk ontotta ki ezt a vért, és szemünkkel sem láttuk.

És szóljanak és mondják: A mi kezeink nem ontották ki ezt a vért, sem a mi szemeink nem látták.

And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.

Şi, luând cuvântul, să zică: „Mâinile noastre n-au vărsat sângele acesta, şi ochii noştri nu l-au văzut vărsându-se.

and they shall testify, ‘Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it shed.

Bocsáss meg népednek, Izráelnek, amelyet megváltottál, URam, és ne tulajdonítsd az ártatlan vér kiontását népednek, Izráelnek! És bocsánatot nyernek a vérért.

Bocsáss meg a te népednek, Izráelnek, a melyet megváltottál, Uram, és ne engedd, hogy ártatlan vér ontása legyen Izráel között, a te néped között! És bocsánatot nyernek a vérért.

Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel's charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

Iartă, Doamne, pe poporul Tău, Israel, pe care l-ai răscumpărat; nu pune sângele nevinovat în socoteala poporului Tău, Israel.” Şi sângele acela nu-i va fi pus în socoteală.

Accept atonement, O LORD, for your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, and do not set the guilt of innocent blood in the midst of your people Israel, so that their blood guilt be atoned for.’

Te azért mentes leszel az ártatlan vér kiontásától, ha úgy cselekszel, amint az igaz az ÚR előtt.

Te azért tisztítsd ki közüled az ártatlan vérnek kiontását, mert így cselekszed azt, a mi igaz az Úr előtt.

So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

Astfel trebuie să cureţi din mijlocul tău sângele nevinovat, făcând ce este plăcut înaintea Domnului.

So you shall purge the guilt of innocent blood from your midst, when you do what is right in the sight of the LORD.

Mikor harcba mész ellenségeid ellen, és kezedbe adja őket az ÚR, a te Istened, és azok közül foglyokat ejtesz,

Mikor hadba mégy ellenségeid ellen, és kezedbe adja őket az Úr, a te Istened, és azok közül foglyokat ejtesz;

When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,

Când vei merge la război împotriva vrăjmaşilor tăi, dacă Domnul îi dă în mâinile tale, şi vei lua prinşi din ei,

“When you go out to war against your enemies, and the LORD your God gives them into your hand and you take them captive,

és meglátsz a foglyok között egy szép ábrázatú asszonyt, megszereted, és elvennéd feleségül,

And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;

and you see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you desire to take her to be your wife,

vidd be a házadba, hogy nyírja le a haját, és vágja le a körmeit,

Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;

Atunci s-o aduci înăuntrul casei tale. Ea să-şi radă capul şi să-şi taie unghiile,

and you bring her home to your house, she shall shave her head and pare her nails.

vesse le magáról a fogsága ruháját, és maradjon a házadban, hogy sirassa apját és anyját egy egész hónapig. Csak ezután menj be hozzá, és légy a férje, és legyen ő a feleséged.

És az ő fogoly ruháját vesse le magáról, és maradjon a te házadban, hogy sirassa az ő atyját és anyját egész hónapig; és csak azután menj be hozzá, és légy az ő férje, és legyen ő a te feleséged.

And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

să-şi lepede hainele pe care le purta când a fost prinsă, să locuiască în casa ta şi să plângă pe tatăl şi pe mama ei o lună de zile. După aceea, să te duci la ea, să-i fii bărbat, şi ea să-ţi fie nevastă.

And she shall take off the clothes in which she was captured and shall remain in your house and lament her father and her mother a full month. After that you may go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.

Ha pedig később nem tetszik neked, bocsásd el őt kívánsága szerint. De semmiképpen se add el őt pénzért. Ne hatalmaskodjál rajta, miután már magadévá tetted.

Hogyha pedig nem tetszik néked, bocsásd el őt az ő kivánsága szerint; de pénzért semmiképen el ne add őt; ne hatalmaskodjál rajta, miután megrontottad őt.

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

Dacă nu-ţi va mai plăcea, s-o laşi să plece unde va voi, dar nu vei putea s-o vinzi pe argint, nici să te porţi cu ea ca cu o roabă, pentru că ai înjosit-o.

But if you no longer delight in her, you shall let her go where she wants. But you shall not sell her for money, nor shall you treat her as a slave, since you have humiliated her.

Ha valakinek két felesége van, és az egyiket szereti, a másikat pedig gyűlöli, és mind a szeretett, mind a gyűlölt nő fiút szül neki, és a gyűlöltnek a fia lesz az elsőszülött,

Ha valakinek két felesége van, az egyik szeretett, a másik gyűlölt, és szülnek néki fiakat, mind a szeretett, mind a gyűlölt, és a gyűlöltnek fia lesz az elsőszülött:

If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:

Dacă un om, care are două neveste, iubeşte pe una şi nu iubeşte pe cealaltă, şi dacă are copii cu ele, din care întâiul născut este de la nevasta pe care n-o iubeşte,

“If a man has two wives, the one loved and the other unloved, and both the loved and the unloved have borne him children, and if the firstborn son belongs to the unloved,

akkor majd azon a napon, amikor fiait örökösökké teszi a maga tulajdonán, nem teheti elsőszülötté a szeretett feleség fiát a gyűlöltnek fiával szemben, ha az az elsőszülött.

Azon a napon, a melyen az ő fiait örökösökké teszi a maga jószágában, nem teheti elsőszülötté a szeretettnek fiát a gyűlöltnek fia felett, a ki elsőszülött;

Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

când îşi va împărţi averile între fiii lui, nu va putea face întâi născut pe fiul aceleia pe care o iubeşte, în locul fiului aceleia pe care n-o iubeşte, şi care este întâiul născut.

then on the day when he assigns his possessions as an inheritance to his sons, he may not treat the son of the loved as the firstborn in preference to the son of the unloved, who is the firstborn,

Hanem a gyűlöltnek a fiát kell elsőszülöttnek elismerni, és két részt kell adni neki mindenből, amije van, mert férfierejének első termése az, övé az elsőszülöttség joga.

Hanem az elsőszülöttet, a gyűlöltnek fiát ismerje el, két részt adván néki mindenből, a mije van; mert az az ő erejének zsengéje, övé az elsőszülöttség joga.

But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

Ci să recunoască de întâi născut pe fiul aceleia pe care n-o iubeşte şi să-i dea o parte îndoită din averea lui; căci fiul acesta este cel dintâi rod al puterii lui, şi lui i se cuvine dreptul de întâi născut.

but he shall acknowledge the firstborn, the son of the unloved, by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the firstfruits of his strength. The right of the firstborn is his.

Ha valakinek engedetlen és konok fia van, aki nem hallgat apja és anyja szavára, és akkor sem engedelmeskedik nekik, ha megfenyítik,

Ha valakinek pártütő és makacs fia van, a ki az ő atyja szavára és anyja szavára nem hallgat, és ha megfenyítik, sem engedelmeskedik nékik:

If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

Dacă un om are un fiu neascultător şi îndărătnic, care n-ascultă nici de glasul tatălui său, nici de glasul mamei lui, şi nu-i ascultă nici chiar după ce l-au pedepsit,

“If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and, though they discipline him, will not listen to them,

az ilyet fogja az apja és az anyja, vigye a város véneihez lakóhelye kapujába,

Az ilyet fogja meg az ő atyja és anyja, és vigyék azt az ő városának véneihez és az ő helységének kapujába,

Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city at the gate of the place where he lives,

And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

Să spună bătrânilor cetăţii lui: „Iată, fiul nostru este neascultător şi îndărătnic, n-ascultă de glasul nostru şi este lacom şi beţiv.”

and they shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This our son is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’

Akkor a város férfiai valamennyien kövezzék őt halálra. Így tisztítsd ki a gonoszt a magad köréből, hogy egész Izráel hallja meg ezt, és féljen!

Akkor az ő városának minden embere kövekkel kövezze meg azt, hogy meghaljon. Így tisztítsd ki közüled a gonoszt, és az egész Izráel hallja meg, és féljen!

And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

Şi toţi oamenii din cetatea lui să-l ucidă cu pietre şi să moară. Astfel să cureţi răul din mijlocul tău, pentru ca tot Israelul s-audă şi să se teamă.

Then all the men of the city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

Ha valaki halálos bűnt követ el, és úgy ölik meg, hogy fára akasztják,

Ha valakiben halálos ítéletre való bűn van, és megölik, és felakasztatod azt fára:

And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

Dacă se va omorî un om care a săvârşit o nelegiuire vrednică de pedeapsa cu moartea şi l-ai spânzurat de un lemn,

“And if a man has committed a crime punishable by death and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree,

holtteste ne maradjon éjjel a fán, hanem temesd el még aznap, mert átkozott Isten előtt, aki fán függ. Ne fertőztesd meg azt a földet, amelyet az ÚR, a te Istened ad neked örökségül.

Ne maradjon éjjel az ő holtteste a fán, hanem temesd el azt még azon a napon; mert átkozott Isten előtt a ki fán függ; és meg ne fertéztessed azt a földet, a melyet az Úr, a te Istened ád néked örökségül.

His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

trupul lui mort să nu stea noaptea pe lemn; ci să-l îngropi în aceeaşi zi, căci cel spânzurat este blestemat înaintea lui Dumnezeu, şi să nu spurci ţara pe care ţi-o dă de moştenire Domnul Dumnezeul tău.

his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall bury him the same day, for a hanged man is cursed by God. You shall not defile your land that the LORD your God is giving you for an inheritance.
