Ez pedig az áldás, amellyel Mózes, Isten embere halála előtt megáldotta Izráel fiait.

And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.

Ezt mondta: A Sínai-hegyről jött az ÚR, és Széírből támadt föl nekik. Párán hegyéről ragyogott elő, tízezer szent között jelent meg, jobbja felől tüzes törvény volt számukra.

And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.

El a zis: „Domnul a venit din Sinai şi a răsărit peste ei din Seir, a strălucit din muntele Paran şi a ieşit din mijlocul zecilor de mii de sfinţi, având în dreapta Lui focul Legii.

He said, “The LORD came from Sinai and dawned from Seir upon us; he shone forth from Mount Paran; he came from the ten thousands of holy ones, with flaming fire at his right hand.

Az ÚR lett Jesurún királya, mikor összegyűltek a nép fejei, és együtt voltak Izráel törzsei.

And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together.

Thus the LORD became king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people were gathered, all the tribes of Israel together.

Éljen Rúben, ne haljon meg, és száma ne kevesbedjen meg!

Let Reuben live, and not die; and let not his men be few.

Ez pedig a Júda áldása. Így szólt: Hallgasd meg, URam, Júda szavát, és vidd be őt népéhez. Keze legyen elégséges neki, de légy segítsége szorongatói ellen.

And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies.

And this he said of Judah: “Hear, O LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him in to his people. With your hands contend for him, and be a help against his adversaries.”

Léviről pedig ezt mondta: Tummímod és úrímod a közüled való kegyes férfi legyen, akit próbára tettél Masszában, akivel perbe szálltál Meríbá vizeinél.

And of Levi he said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;

And of Levi he said, “Give to Levi your Thummim, and your Urim to your godly one, whom you tested at Massah, with whom you quarreled at the waters of Meribah;

Aki azt mondta apjáról és anyjáról: „Nem láttam őt”, testvéreit nem ismerte, és fiaival sem gondolt. Mert megtartották beszédedet, és ragaszkodtak szövetségedhez.

Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.

who said of his father and mother, ‘I regard them not’; he disowned his brothers and ignored his children. For they observed your word and kept your covenant.

A te végzéseidre tanították Jákóbot, és a te törvényedre Izráelt. Tömjént tesznek színed elé és égőáldozatot oltárodra.

Tanítják a te végzéseidre Jákóbot, és a te törvényedre Izráelt; füstölőt tesznek a te orczád elé, és égőáldozatot a te oltárodra.

They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar.

ei învaţă pe Iacov poruncile Tale, şi pe Israel Legea Ta; ei pun tămâie sub nările Tale şi ardere de tot pe altarul Tău.

They shall teach Jacob your rules and Israel your law; they shall put incense before you and whole burnt offerings on your altar.

Áldd meg, URam az ő erejét, és keze munkája legyen kedves előtted! Roppantsd meg a reá támadók és az őt gyűlölők derekát, hogy föl ne kelhessenek!

Áldd meg Uram az ő erejét, és az ő kezének munkája legyen kedves előtted! Törd meg derekukat a reá támadóknak és az ő gyűlölőinek, hogy fel ne kelhessenek!

Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands; smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.

„Binecuvântă tăria lui, Doamne! Primeşte lucrarea mâinilor lui! Frânge şalele potrivnicilor lui, şi vrăjmaşii lui să nu se mai scoale!”

Bless, O LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands; crush the loins of his adversaries, of those who hate him, that they rise not again.”

Benjáminról ezt mondta: Az ÚR kedveltje! Biztonságban lakik nála, oltalmazza őt minden időben, és az ő vállai között lakik.

And of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; and the Lord shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.

Despre Beniamin a zis: „El este preaiubitul Domnului, el va locui la adăpost lângă Dânsul. Domnul îl va ocroti întotdeauna şi se va odihni între umerii Lui.”

Of Benjamin he said, “The beloved of the LORD dwells in safety. The High God surrounds him all day long, and dwells between his shoulders.”

And of Joseph he said, “Blessed by the LORD be his land, with the choicest gifts of heaven above, and of the deep that crouches beneath,

And for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.

cele mai bune roade ale pământului şi din tot ce cuprinde el. Bunăvoinţa Celui ce S-a arătat în rug să vină peste capul lui Iosif, pe creştetul capului domnului fraţilor lui!

with the best gifts of the earth and its fullness and the favor of him who dwells in the bush. May these rest on the head of Joseph, on the pate of him who is prince among his brothers.

Dicsősége olyan, mint az elsőként született bikaborjú: szarvai bölényszarvak, népeket öklel azokkal mindenfelé, a föld széléig. Ezek Efraim tízezrei és Manassé ezrei.

Tehenének első fajzása dicsőségére van; szarvai bivalyszarvak; népeket öklel azokkal mindenfelé a földnek széléig. És ezek Efraim tízezrei és Manassé ezrei.

His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.

And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.

They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.

Ei vor chema popoarele pe munte; acolo, vor aduce jertfe de dreptate, căci vor suge bogăţia mării, şi comorile ascunse în nisip.”

They shall call peoples to their mountain; there they offer right sacrifices; for they draw from the abundance of the seas and the hidden treasures of the sand.”

Gádról ezt mondta: Áldott, aki kiterjeszti Gádot! Úgy él ott, mint egy oroszlán, és szétszaggat kart és koponyát.

And of Gad he said, Blessed be he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.

And of Gad he said, “Blessed be he who enlarges Gad! Gad crouches like a lion; he tears off arm and scalp.

A legjavát nézte ki magának, mert ott volt elrejtve törvényes osztályrésze. A nép fejedelmeivel ment, az ÚR igazsága és végzése szerint járt el Izráellel együtt.

Az elejét nézte ki magának, mert ott volt elrejtve a törvényadó osztályrésze. De elméne a népnek fejedelmeivel, az Úrnak igazságát cselekedte, és az ő végzését Izráellel együtt.

And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel.

El a ales cea dintâi parte a ţării, căci acolo stă ascunsă moştenirea legiuitorului; el a mers cu fruntaşii poporului, a adus la îndeplinire dreptatea Domnului şi poruncile Lui faţă de Israel.”

He chose the best of the land for himself, for there a commander’s portion was reserved; and he came with the heads of the people, with Israel he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments for Israel.”

Dánról ezt mondta: Dán oroszlánkölyök, amely Básánból ugrik elő.

And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion's whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.

Naftáliról így szólt: Ó, Naftáli, aki az ÚR jóakaratában bővelkedsz, és áldásával vagy teljes! Legyen tied a tenger és a dél!

És Nafthaliról monda: Ó Nafthali, a ki az Úrnak jó kedvével bővölködöl és áldásával vagy teljes! Vedd birtokba a tengert és a délt.

And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south.

Despre Neftali a zis: „Neftali, sătul de bunăvoinţă şi copleşit cu binecuvântări de la Domnul, ia în stăpânire partea de apus şi miazăzi!”

And of Naphtali he said, “O Naphtali, sated with favor, and full of the blessing of the LORD, possess the lake and the south.”

Ásérról ezt mondta: Legyen nagyon áldott a fiak közt Ásér! Legyen kedves testvérei előtt, és fürössze lábát olajban.

And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.

Vas- és rézzáraid legyenek, és egész életedben tartson az erőd.

Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.

Zăvoarele tale să fie de fier şi de aramă, şi puterea ta să ţină cât zilele tale!

Your bars shall be iron and bronze, and as your days, so shall your strength be.

There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.

“There is none like God, O Jeshurun, who rides through the heavens to your help, through the skies in his majesty.

The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.

The eternal God is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms. And he thrust out the enemy before you and said, ‘Destroy.’

Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.

So Israel lived in safety, Jacob lived alone, in a land of grain and wine, whose heavens drop down dew.

Boldog vagy, Izráel! Kicsoda olyan, mint te? Nép, amelyet az ÚR oltalmaz; ő a te segítőd, pajzsod és dicsőségednek fegyvere! Hízelegnek majd neked ellenségeid, és te magaslataikat taposod.

Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.

Ferice de tine, Israele! Cine este ca tine, un popor mântuit de Domnul, Scutul care îţi dă ajutor şi sabia care te face slăvit? Vrăjmaşii tăi vor face pe prietenii înaintea ta, şi tu vei călca peste înălţimile lor.”

Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD, the shield of your help, and the sword of your triumph! Your enemies shall come fawning to you, and you shall tread upon their backs.”
