Ezek után Ahasvérós király nagy méltóságra emelte az agági Hámánt, Hammedátá fiát. Kitüntette őt, és följebb tetette a székét minden fejedelménél, aki körülötte volt.

Ezek után nagy méltóságra emelé Ahasvérus király Hámánt, a Hammedáta fiát, az Agágibelit, és felmagasztalá őt, és feljebb helyezteté székét minden fejedelménél, a kik vele valának.

After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him.

După aceste lucruri, împăratul Ahaşveroş a ridicat la putere pe Haman, fiul lui Hamedata, agaghitul. L-a ridicat în cinste şi a pus scaunul lui mai presus de scaunele tuturor căpeteniilor care erau lângă el.

After these things King Ahasuerus promoted Haman the Agagite, the son of Hammedatha, and advanced him and set his throne above all the officials who were with him.

A király minden szolgája, aki a királyi udvarban volt, térdet hajtott, és leborult Hámán előtt, mert így parancsolta a király. De Mordokaj nem hajtott térdet, és nem borult le.

És a király minden szolgái, a kik a király kapujában valának, térdet hajtottak és leborultak Hámán előtt; mert úgy parancsolta meg nékik a király; de Márdokeus nem hajtott térdet és nem borult le.

And all the king's servants, that were in the king's gate, bowed, and reverenced Haman: for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence.

Toţi slujitorii împăratului care stăteau la poarta împăratului plecau genunchiul şi se închinau înaintea lui Haman, căci aşa era porunca împăratului cu privire la el. Dar Mardoheu nu-şi pleca genunchiul şi nu se închina.

And all the king’s servants who were at the king’s gate bowed down and paid homage to Haman, for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai did not bow down or pay homage.

Akkor a király szolgái, akik a király kapujában voltak, ezt kérdezték Mordokajtól: Miért szeged meg a király parancsát?

Mondának azért a király szolgái, a kik a király kapujában valának, Márdokeusnak: Miért szeged meg a király parancsát?

Then the king's servants, which were in the king's gate, said unto Mordecai, Why transgressest thou the king's commandment?

Şi slujitorii împăratului care stăteau la poarta împăratului au zis lui Mardoheu: „Pentru ce calci porunca împăratului?”

Then the king’s servants who were at the king’s gate said to Mordecai, “Why do you transgress the king’s command?”

Nap nap után ezt mondogatták neki, de ő nem hallgatott rájuk. Ezért jelentették Hámánnak, hogy lássák, helytálló-e Mordokaj védekezése; mert arra hivatkozott előttük, hogy ő zsidó.

Lőn pedig, mikor így szólnának néki minden nap és nem hallgata rájok, feljelenték Hámánnak, hogy lássák, megállnak-é Márdokeus dolgai, mert azt jelenté nékik, hogy ő zsidó.

Now it came to pass, when they spake daily unto him, and he hearkened not unto them, that they told Haman, to see whether Mordecai's matters would stand: for he had told them that he was a Jew.

Fiindcă ei îi spuneau în fiecare zi lucrul acesta, şi el nu-i asculta, l-au spus lui Haman ca să vadă dacă Mardoheu are să se ţină de hotărârea lui; căci el spusese că este iudeu.

And when they spoke to him day after day and he would not listen to them, they told Haman, in order to see whether Mordecai’s words would stand, for he had told them that he was a Jew.

Amikor Hámán látta, hogy Mordokaj nem hajt térdet, és nem borul le előtte, Hámán megtelt haraggal.

És látván Hámán, hogy Márdokeus térdet nem hajt és nem borul le előtte, megtelék Hámán haraggal.

And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath.

Şi Haman a văzut că Mardoheu nu-şi pleca genunchiul şi nu se închina înaintea lui. S-a umplut de mânie;

And when Haman saw that Mordecai did not bow down or pay homage to him, Haman was filled with fury.

De kevesellte, hogy csak magára Mordokajra vesse rá a kezét, mert megmondták neki, hogy Mordokaj melyik népből származik. Ezért Hámán arra törekedett, hogy elveszítsen Ahasvérós egész országában minden zsidót, Mordokaj népét.

De kevés volt előtte, hogy csakis Márdokeusra magára vesse rá kezét, (mert megmondták néki Márdokeus nemzetségét) azért igyekezett Hámán elveszteni minden zsidót, a ki Ahasvérus egész országában vala, a Márdokeus nemzetét.

And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone; for they had shewed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even the people of Mordecai.

dar a crezut prea puţin pentru el să pună mâna numai pe Mardoheu, căci i se spusese din ce popor era Mardoheu, şi a voit să nimicească pe poporul lui Mardoheu, pe toţi iudeii care se aflau în toată împărăţia lui Ahaşveroş.

But he disdained to lay hands on Mordecai alone. So, as they had made known to him the people of Mordecai, Haman sought to destroy all the Jews, the people of Mordecai, throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus.

Ahasvérós királyságának tizenkettedik évében, az első hónapban, a Niszán hónapban púrt, azaz sorsot vetettek Hámán előtt napról napra és hónapról hónapra a tizenkettedik hónapig, ez pedig Adár hónapja.

Az első hónapban, ez Nisán hónapja, Ahasvérus királyságának tizenkettedik évében, Púrt, azaz sorsot vetének Hámán előtt napról-napra és hónapról-hónapra a tizenkettedikig, s ez Adár hónapja.

In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar.

În luna întâi, adică luna Nisan, în al doisprezecelea an al împăratului Ahaşveroş, au aruncat Pur, adică sorţul, înaintea lui Haman, pentru fiecare zi şi pentru fiecare lună, până în luna a douăsprezecea, adică luna Adar.

In the first month, which is the month of Nisan, in the twelfth year of King Ahasuerus, they cast Pur (that is, they cast lots) before Haman day after day; and they cast it month after month till the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar.

Akkor ezt mondta Hámán Ahasvérós királynak: Van egy nép, amely elszórtan és elkülönülve él a népek között, országod minden tartományában, és törvényei különböznek minden más nemzetétől. Nem teljesítik a király törvényeit sem. Bizony, nem illik ezt annyiban hagynia a királynak!

És monda Hámán Ahasvérus királynak: Van egy nép, elszórva és elkülönítve a népek között, országod minden tartományában, és az ő törvényei különböznek minden nemzetségtől, és a király törvényeit nem teljesíti; a királynak bizony nem illik úgy hagyni őket.

And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to suffer them.

Atunci Haman a zis împăratului Ahaşveroş: „În toate ţinuturile împărăţiei tale este risipit un popor deosebit între popoare, care are legi deosebite de ale tuturor popoarelor şi nu ţine legile împăratului. Nu este în folosul împăratului să-l lase liniştit.

Then Haman said to King Ahasuerus, “There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom. Their laws are different from those of every other people, and they do not keep the king’s laws, so that it is not to the king’s profit to tolerate them.

Ha a királynak úgy tetszik, adja írásba, hogy veszítsék el őket, és én tízezer talentum ezüstöt mérek ki a hivatalnokok kezébe, hogy vigyék a király kincstárába.

Ha a királynak tetszik, írja meg, hogy ők elvesztessenek, és én tízezer tálentom ezüstöt mérek a hivatalnokok kezeibe, hogy a király kincstárába vigyék.

If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king's treasuries.

Dacă împăratul găseşte cu cale, să se scrie o poruncă pentru ca ei să fie nimiciţi, şi eu voi cântări zece mii de talanţi de argint în mâinile slujbaşilor, ca să-i ducă în vistieria împăratului.”

If it please the king, let it be decreed that they be destroyed, and I will pay 10,000 talents of silver into the hands of those who have charge of the king’s business, that they may put it into the king’s treasuries.”

Akkor a király lehúzta ujjáról a gyűrűjét, és az agági Hámánnak, Hammedátá fiának, a zsidók ellenségének adta.

Akkor lehúzá a király az ő gyűrűjét a maga kezéről, és adá azt az Agágibeli Hámánnak, Hammedáta fiának, a zsidók ellenségének.

And the king took his ring from his hand, and gave it unto Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews' enemy.

Împăratul şi-a scos inelul din deget şi l-a dat lui Haman, fiul lui Hamedata, agaghitul, vrăjmaşul iudeilor.

So the king took his signet ring from his hand and gave it to Haman the Agagite, the son of Hammedatha, the enemy of the Jews.

Azt mondta Hámánnak a király: Az ezüst legyen a tiéd, a néppel pedig úgy cselekedj, amint neked tetszik.

És monda a király Hámánnak: Az ezüst tied legyen s a nép is, hogy azt cselekedjed vele, a mi néked tetszik.

And the king said unto Haman, The silver is given to thee, the people also, to do with them as it seemeth good to thee.

Şi împăratul a zis lui Haman: „Îţi dăruiesc şi argintul şi pe poporul acesta; fă cu el ce vei voi.”

And the king said to Haman, “The money is given to you, the people also, to do with them as it seems good to you.”

Az első hónap tizenharmadik napján előhívatták a király írnokait, és megírattak mindent a király fejedelmeinek és a kormányzóknak, akik az egyes tartományokban voltak, továbbá minden egyes nép vezetőinek úgy, ahogy Hámán parancsolta. Minden tartománynak a maga írásmódja szerint és minden egyes népnek a saját nyelvén írtak Ahasvérós király nevében, és az írásokat lepecsételték a király gyűrűjével.

Előhivatának azért a király irnokai az első hónap tizenharmadik napján, és megiraték minden úgy, a miként Hámán parancsolá, a király fejedelmeinek és a kormányzóknak, a kik az egyes tartományokban valának, és minden egyes nép fejeinek; minden tartománynak annak írása szerint, és minden egyes népnek az ő nyelve szerint, Ahasvérus király nevében iratott és megpecsételtetett a király gyűrűjével.

Then were the king's scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king's lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king's ring.

Logofeţii împăratului au fost chemaţi în a treisprezecea zi a lunii întâi şi au scris în totul cum a poruncit Haman mai marilor oştirii, dregătorilor fiecărui ţinut şi căpeteniilor fiecărui popor, fiecărui ţinut după scrierea lui şi fiecărui popor după limba lui. Au scris în numele împăratului Ahaşveroş şi au pecetluit scrisorile cu inelul împăratului.

Then the king’s scribes were summoned on the thirteenth day of the first month, and an edict, according to all that Haman commanded, was written to the king’s satraps and to the governors over all the provinces and to the officials of all the peoples, to every province in its own script and every people in its own language. It was written in the name of King Ahasuerus and sealed with the king’s signet ring.

Majd elküldték a leveleket futárokkal a király minden tartományába, hogy egyetlen napon, a tizenkettedik hónapnak, Adár hónapnak a tizenharmadik napján pusztítsanak ki, öljenek meg és semmisítsenek meg minden zsidót, ifjútól vénig, gyermekeket és asszonyokat, javaikat pedig zsákmányolják el.

És elküldettek a levelek futárok által a király minden tartományába, hogy kipusztítsák, megöljék és megsemmisítsék mind a zsidókat, ifjútól a vénig, gyermekeket és asszonyokat egy napon, tizenharmadik napján a tizenkettedik hónapnak, (ez Adár hónapja) és hogy javaikat elragadják.

And the letters were sent by posts into all the king's provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, even upon the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, and to take the spoil of them for a prey.

Scrisorile au fost trimise prin alergători în toate ţinuturile împăratului, ca să nimicească, să omoare şi să piardă pe toţi iudeii, tineri şi bătrâni, prunci şi femei, şi anume într-o singură zi, în ziua a treisprezecea a lunii a douăsprezecea, adică luna Adar, şi să li se prade averile.

Letters were sent by couriers to all the king’s provinces with instruction to destroy, to kill, and to annihilate all Jews, young and old, women and children, in one day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar, and to plunder their goods.

A rendelet szövegét törvényként hirdették ki minden egyes tartományban, és minden népnek tudomására hozták, hogy legyenek készen azon a napon.

Az írásnak mássa, hogy tétessék törvény minden egyes tartományban, meghirdettetett minden népnek, hogy legyenek készen azon a napon.

The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, that they should be ready against that day.

Aceste scrisori cuprindeau porunca împăratului, care trebuia vestită în fiecare ţinut, şi îndemnau pe toate popoarele să fie gata pentru ziua aceea.

A copy of the document was to be issued as a decree in every province by proclamation to all the peoples to be ready for that day.

A futárok gyorsan elmentek a király parancsával. A törvényt Súsán várában is kiadták. A király és Hámán leült inni, Súsán városa pedig föl volt háborodva.

A futárok kimenének gyorsan a király parancsával. És a törvény Susán várában is kiadatott; a király pedig és Hámán leültek, hogy igyanak; de Susán városa felháborodott.

The posts went out, being hastened by the king's commandment, and the decree was given in Shushan the palace. And the king and Haman sat down to drink; but the city Shushan was perplexed.

Alergătorii au plecat în grabă mare, după porunca împăratului. Porunca a fost vestită şi în capitala Susa. Şi pe când împăratul şi Haman stăteau şi beau, cetatea Susa era îngrozită.

The couriers went out hurriedly by order of the king, and the decree was issued in Susa the citadel. And the king and Haman sat down to drink, but the city of Susa was thrown into confusion.
