Bélsaccar király uralkodásának harmadik esztendejében látomás jelent meg nekem, Dánielnek, azt követően, amely először jelent meg nekem.

Belsazár király uralkodásának harmadik esztendejében látomás jelenék meg nékem, Dánielnek, annak utánna, a mely először jelent meg nékem.

In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared unto me, even unto me Daniel, after that which appeared unto me at the first.

„În anul al treilea al domniei împăratului Belşaţar, eu, Daniel, am avut o vedenie, afară de cea pe care o avusesem mai înainte.

In the third year of the reign of King Belshazzar a vision appeared to me, Daniel, after that which appeared to me at the first.

Azt láttam a látomásban, hogy Súsán várában vagyok, Élám tartományban, és láttam látomásban, hogy íme, az Úlaj folyam mellett vagyok.

És láték látomásban; és mikor láték, Susán várában voltam, a mely Elám tartományában van; és láték látomásban, és ímé az Ulai folyam mellett valék.

And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.

Când am avut vedenia aceasta mi s-a părut că eram la capitala Susa, în ţinutul Elam; şi în timpul vedeniei mele mă aflam lângă râul Ulai.

And I saw in the vision; and when I saw, I was in Susa the citadel, which is in the province of Elam. And I saw in the vision, and I was at the Ulai canal.

Fölemeltem a szememet, és láttam, hogy íme, egy kos áll a folyam előtt, amelynek két szarva volt. A két szarv magas volt, de az egyik magasabb, mint a másik, és a magasabb később nőtt ki.

És felemelém szemeimet és látám, és ímé egy kos álla a folyam előtt, és két szarva vala; és az a két szarv magas vala, de egyik a másiknál magasabb, és a magasabb később növekedék.

Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.

Am ridicat ochii, m-am uitat şi iată că într-un râu stătea un berbec şi avea două coarne; coarnele acestea erau înalte, dar unul era mai înalt decât celălalt, şi cel mai înalt a crescut cel din urmă.

I raised my eyes and saw, and behold, a ram standing on the bank of the canal. It had two horns, and both horns were high, but one was higher than the other, and the higher one came up last.

Láttam, hogy az a kos szarvaival nyugat, észak és dél felé öklelt, és semmiféle állat nem állhatott meg előtte, és senki sem volt, aki megszabadíthatott volna a kezéből. Tetszése szerint cselekedett, és naggyá lett.

Látám azt a kost [szarvaival] öklelkezni napnyugot, észak és dél felé; és semmi állat sem állhata meg előtte, és senki sem szabadíthata meg kezéből, és tetszése szerint cselekedék, és nagygyá lőn.

I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.

Am văzut cum berbecul împungea cu coarnele spre apus, spre miazănoapte şi spre miazăzi; nicio fiară nu putea să-i stea împotrivă şi nimeni nu putea să scape pe cine-i cădea în mână; ci el făcea ce voia, şi a ajuns puternic.

I saw the ram charging westward and northward and southward. No beast could stand before him, and there was no one who could rescue from his power. He did as he pleased and became great.

Amíg ezen tűnődtem, íme, egy kecskebak jött napnyugat felől az egész föld fölött, és nem is érintette a földet. Ennek a baknak tekintélyes szarva volt a szemei között.

És míg én szemlélém, ímé, egy kecskebak jöve napnyugot felől az egész föld színére, és nem is illeté a földet; és ennek a baknak tekintélyes szarva vala az ő szemei között.

And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.

Pe când mă uitam cu băgare de seamă, iată că a venit un ţap de la apus şi a cutreierat toată faţa pământului, fără să se atingă de el; ţapul acesta însă avea un corn mare între ochi.

As I was considering, behold, a male goat came from the west across the face of the whole earth, without touching the ground. And the goat had a conspicuous horn between his eyes.

A kétszarvú koshoz ment, amelyet a folyam előtt láttam állni, és nekirontott teljes erejéből.

És méne a kétszarvú koshoz, a melyet láték állani a folyam előtt; és feléje futa erejének indulatában.

And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power.

A venit până la berbecul care avea coarne şi pe care-l văzusem stând în râu şi s-a repezit asupra lui cu toată puterea lui.

He came to the ram with the two horns, which I had seen standing on the bank of the canal, and he ran at him in his powerful wrath.

Láttam, amint a koshoz ér, és nekidühödve ledöntötte őt, és letörte a két szarvát. A kosnak pedig nem volt ereje, hogy megálljon vele szemben. A földre döntötte, megtaposta, és nem volt senki, aki a kost megszabadíthatta volna annak kezéből.

És látám a koshoz érni; és néki dühödött és leüté a kost, és letöré két szarvát, és nem vala erő a kosban megállani előtte, és leüté a földre és megtapodá, és nem vala a kosnak senkije, a ki őt megmentse annak kezéből.

And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.

L-am văzut cum s-a apropiat de berbec, s-a aruncat încruntat asupra lui, a izbit pe berbec şi i-a frânt amândouă coarnele, fără ca berbecul să i se fi putut împotrivi; l-a trântit la pământ şi l-a călcat în picioare, şi nimeni n-a scăpat pe berbec din mâna lui.

I saw him come close to the ram, and he was enraged against him and struck the ram and broke his two horns. And the ram had no power to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground and trampled on him. And there was no one who could rescue the ram from his power.

A kecskebak pedig igen naggyá lett. De amikor hatalmassá lett, letört a nagy szarv, és a helyébe négy tekintélyes szarv nőtt az ég négy szele felé.

A kecskebak pedig igen nagygyá lőn; de mikor elhatalmasodék, eltörék a nagy szarv, és helyébe négy tekintélyes [szarv] növe az égnek négy szele felé.

Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.

Ţapul însă a ajuns foarte puternic; dar când a fost puternic de tot, i s-a frânt cornul cel mare. În locul lui au crescut patru coarne mari, în cele patru vânturi ale cerurilor.

Then the goat became exceedingly great, but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.

Közülük az egyikből egy kis szarv nőtt ki, és nagyon megnőtt dél felé, kelet felé és a kívánatos ország felé.

És azok közül egyből egy kis szarv támada, és nagyon megnöve délre, napkeletre és a kívánatos [föld] felé.

And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.

Dintr-unul din ele a crescut un corn mic, care s-a mărit nespus de mult spre miazăzi, spre răsărit şi spre ţara cea minunată.

Out of one of them came a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the glorious land.

Fölnőtt egészen az ég seregéig, és a földre vetett némelyeket abból a seregből és a csillagokból, és megtaposta őket.

És megnöve mind az ég seregéig; és a földre vete [némelyeket] ama seregből és a csillagokból, és azokat megtapodá.

And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.

S-a înălţat până la oştirea cerurilor, a doborât la pământ o parte din oştirea aceasta şi din stele şi le-a călcat în picioare.

It grew great, even to the host of heaven. And some of the host and some of the stars it threw down to the ground and trampled on them.

És a sereg fejedelméig növekedett, és elvette tőle a mindennapi áldozatot, és földúlta a szent helyet.

És a seregnek fejedelméig növekedék, és elvette tőle a mindennapi áldozatot, és elhányattaték az ő szentségének helye.

Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down.

S-a înălţat până la căpetenia oştirii, i-a smuls jertfa necurmată şi i-a surpat locul Locaşului său celui Sfânt.

It became great, even as great as the Prince of the host. And the regular burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown.

A sereg és a mindennapi áldozat bűnös módon a kezébe került, és a földre tiporta az igazságot, és amit tett, sikerült neki.

És sereg rendeltetett a mindennapi áldozat ellen, a vétek miatt; és földre veti az igazságot, és cselekszik, és jó szerencséje van.

And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

Oastea a fost pedepsită din pricina păcatului săvârşit împotriva jertfei necurmate; cornul a aruncat adevărul la pământ şi a izbutit în ce a început.

And a host will be given over to it together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression, and it will throw truth to the ground, and it will act and prosper.

Akkor hallottam, hogy egy szent megszólal. És azt mondta az egyik szent annak, aki beszélt: Meddig tart ez a látomás, amelyet a mindennapi áldozatról és a pusztító gonoszságról láttál, s a szent helyet és a sereget meddig tapossák?

És hallék egy szentet szólni; és monda egyik szent annak, a ki szól vala: Meddig tart e látomás a mindennapi áldozat és a pusztító vétek [felől?] s a szent hely és a sereg [meddig] tapostatik?

Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

Am auzit pe un sfânt vorbind; şi un alt sfânt a întrebat pe cel ce vorbea: „În câtă vreme se va împlini vedenia despre desfiinţarea jertfei necurmate şi despre urâciunea pustiirii? Până când va fi călcat în picioare Sfântul Locaş şi oştirea?”

Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one who spoke, “For how long is the vision concerning the regular burnt offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled underfoot?”

És ő azt mondta nekem: Kétezer-háromszáz estéig és reggelig, azután visszakapja a szent hely az igazságát.

És monda nékem: Kétezer és háromszáz estvéig [és] reggelig, azután kiderül a szenthely igazsága.

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Şi el mi-a zis: „Până vor trece două mii trei sute de seri şi dimineţi; apoi Sfântul Locaş va fi curăţat!”

And he said to me, “For 2,300 evenings and mornings. Then the sanctuary shall be restored to its rightful state.”

Amikor én, Dániel, láttam ezt a látomást, és kerestem az értelmét, íme, elém állt egy férfihoz hasonló alak.

És lőn, hogy mikor én, Dániel, látám e látomást és keresém az értelmét: ímé előmbe álla egy férfiúhoz hasonló alak.

And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man.

Pe când eu, Daniel, aveam vedenia aceasta şi căutam s-o pricep, iată că înaintea mea stătea cineva care avea înfăţişarea unui om.

When I, Daniel, had seen the vision, I sought to understand it. And behold, there stood before me one having the appearance of a man.

És emberi hangot hallottam az Úlaj felől, amely így kiáltott: Gábriel, magyarázd meg neki a látomást!

És emberi szót hallék az Ulai közén; kiálta pedig és monda: Gábriel, értesd meg azzal a látást!

And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

Şi am auzit un glas de om în mijlocul râului Ulai, care a strigat şi a zis: „Gabriele, tâlcuieşte-i vedenia aceasta.”

And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of the Ulai, and it called, “Gabriel, make this man understand the vision.”

Ő odajött, ahol álltam, én pedig megrettentem, ahogy jött, és arcra borultam. Azt mondta nekem: Értsd meg, embernek fia, hogy az utolsó időről szól ez a látomás!

És oda jöve, a hol én állék, és a mint jöve, megrettenék és orczámra esém, és monda nékem: Értsd meg, embernek fia! mert az utolsó időre szól ez a látomás.

So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.

El a venit atunci lângă locul unde eram; şi la apropierea lui, m-am înspăimântat şi am căzut cu faţa la pământ. El mi-a zis: „Fii cu luare aminte, fiul omului, căci vedenia priveşte vremea sfârşitului!”

So he came near where I stood. And when he came, I was frightened and fell on my face. But he said to me, “Understand, O son of man, that the vision is for the time of the end.”

Amikor beszélt velem, ájultan arcra estem a földre, de ő megérintett engem és talpra állított.

És mikor szóla velem, ájultan esém orczámmal a földre; de megillete engem és helyemre állíta;

Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.

Pe când îmi vorbea el, am căzut cu faţa la pământ leşinat. El m-a atins şi m-a aşezat iarăşi în picioare în locul în care mă aflam.

And when he had spoken to me, I fell into a deep sleep with my face to the ground. But he touched me and made me stand up.

Azt mondta: Íme, megmondom neked, mi lesz a harag végén, mert az a kijelölt végső időre szól.

És monda: Ímé, én megmondom néked, mi lesz a haragnak végén? Mert a végső időre [szól.

And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.

Apoi mi-a zis: „Iată, îţi arăt ce se va întâmpla la vremea de apoi a mâniei, căci vedenia aceasta priveşte vremea sfârşitului.

He said, “Behold, I will make known to you what shall be at the latter end of the indignation, for it refers to the appointed time of the end.

Az a kétszarvú kos, amelyet láttál, Média és Perzsia királya.

Az a kétszarvú kos, melyet láttál, Médiának és Persiának királya.

The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.

Berbecul pe care l-ai văzut, cu cele două coarne, sunt împăraţii mezilor şi perşilor.

As for the ram that you saw with the two horns, these are the kings of Media and Persia.

A szőrös kecskebak Görögország királya, a nagy szarv pedig, amely szemei között van, az az első király.

A szőrös kecskebak Görögország királya, a nagy szarv pedig, a mely szemei között vala, az az első király.

And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.

Ţapul însă este împărăţia Greciei, şi cornul cel mare dintre ochii lui este cel dintâi împărat.

And the goat is the king of Greece. And the great horn between his eyes is the first king.

Hogy az letört, és négy állt a helyére, ez azt jelenti, hogy népéből négy királyság keletkezik, de nem lesznek olyan erősek.

Hogy pedig az letöretteték, és négy álla helyébe: négy ország támad abból a nemzetből, de nem annak erejével.

Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.

Cele patru coarne care au crescut în locul acestui corn frânt sunt patru împărăţii care se vor ridica din neamul acesta, dar care nu vor avea atâta putere.

As for the horn that was broken, in place of which four others arose, four kingdoms shall arise from his nation, but not with his power.

Uralkodásuk után, amikor tetőzik a gonoszság, egy ádáz tekintetű, ravaszságokhoz értő király támad.

És ezek országai után, mikor elfogynak a gonoszok, támad egy kemény orczájú, ravaszságokhoz értő király.

And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

La sfârşitul stăpânirii lor, când păcătoşii vor fi umplut măsura nelegiuirilor, se va ridica un împărat fără ruşine şi viclean.

And at the latter end of their kingdom, when the transgressors have reached their limit, a king of bold face, one who understands riddles, shall arise.

Nagy ereje lesz, noha nem a saját erejéből. Rendkívül pusztító lesz, és sikeres cselekedeteiben. Elpusztítja az erőseket és a szentek népét.

És annak nagy ereje lesz, noha nem a maga ereje által, és csudálatosképen pusztít és jó szerencsével halad és cselekszik, és elpusztítja az erőseket és a szenteknek népét.

And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

El va fi tare, dar nu prin puterea lui însuşi; el va face pustiiri de necrezut, va izbuti în tot ce va începe, va nimici pe cei puternici şi chiar pe poporul sfinţilor.

His power shall be great—but not by his own power; and he shall cause fearful destruction and shall succeed in what he does, and destroy mighty men and the people who are the saints.

Ravaszságával sikeres lesz kezének álnok tevékenysége; szívében fölfuvalkodik, és könnyen elveszít sokakat. De amikor a fejedelmek fejedelme ellen is fölkel, kéz nélkül törik össze.

És a maga eszén [jár,] és szerencsés lesz az álnokság az ő kezében, és szívében felfuvalkodik és hirtelen elveszt sokakat; sőt a fejedelmek fejedelme ellen is feltámad, de kéz nélkül rontatik meg.

And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

Din pricina propăşirii lui şi izbândirii vicleniilor lui, inima i se va îngâmfa, va pierde pe mulţi oameni care trăiau liniştiţi şi se va ridica împotriva Domnului domnilor, dar va fi zdrobit fără ajutorul vreunei mâini omeneşti.

By his cunning he shall make deceit prosper under his hand, and in his own mind he shall become great. Without warning he shall destroy many. And he shall even rise up against the Prince of princes, and he shall be broken—but by no human hand.

Az estéről és reggelről szóló látomás, amely elhangzott, igaz. Te azért pecsételd le ezt a látomást, mert távoli napokra vonatkozik.

És az estvéről és reggelről való látomás, a mely megmondatott, igazság; te azonban pecsételd be a látomást, mert sok napra való.

And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

Iar vedenia cu serile şi dimineţile, de care a fost vorba, este adevărată. Tu, pecetluieşte vedenia aceasta, căci este cu privire la nişte vremuri îndepărtate.”

The vision of the evenings and the mornings that has been told is true, but seal up the vision, for it refers to many days from now.”

Akkor én, Dániel, elájultam, és napokig beteg voltam. De azután fölkeltem, és tovább intéztem a király ügyeit. Álmélkodtam ezen a látomáson, és nem tudtam megérteni.

És én, Dániel, elájulék és beteg valék néhány napig, de felkelék és a király dolgát végezém; és álmélkodám ezen a látáson, és senki sem értette.

And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.

Eu, Daniel, am stat leşinat şi bolnav mai multe zile; apoi m-am sculat şi mi-am văzut de treburile împăratului. Eram uimit de vedenia aceasta, şi nimeni nu ştia.”

And I, Daniel, was overcome and lay sick for some days. Then I rose and went about the king’s business, but I was appalled by the vision and did not understand it.
