Halljátok meg az ÚR beszédét, Izráel fiai, mert pere van az ÚRnak a föld lakóival, mert nincs igazság, nincs szeretet és nincs istenismeret a földön.

Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.

„Ascultaţi cuvântul Domnului, copiii lui Israel! Căci Domnul are o judecată cu locuitorii ţării, pentru că nu este adevăr, nu este îndurare, nu este cunoştinţă de Dumnezeu în ţară.

Hear the word of the LORD, O children of Israel, for the LORD has a controversy with the inhabitants of the land. There is no faithfulness or steadfast love, and no knowledge of God in the land;

Hamisan esküsznek és hazudnak, gyilkolnak, lopnak és paráználkodnak, betörnek, és egyik vérontás a másikat éri.

By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.

Fiecare jură strâmb şi minte, ucide, fură şi preacurveşte; năpăstuieşte şi face omoruri după omoruri.

there is swearing, lying, murder, stealing, and committing adultery; they break all bounds, and bloodshed follows bloodshed.

Ezért gyászol a föld, és elerőtlenedik minden lakója; a mező vadja, az ég madarai és még a tenger halai is elvesznek.

Azért búsul a föld és elerőtlenül minden, a mi azon lakik, a mező vada és az ég madara egyaránt, bizony a tenger halai is elveszíttetnek.

Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.

De aceea, ţara se va jeli, toţi cei ce o locuiesc vor tânji împreună cu fiarele câmpului şi păsările cerului; chiar şi peştii mării vor pieri.

Therefore the land mourns, and all who dwell in it languish, and also the beasts of the field and the birds of the heavens, and even the fish of the sea are taken away.

Mindazonáltal senki se perlekedjék, és senki se vádaskodjék! Hiszen a te néped olyan, mint akik a papokkal civódnak.

Mindazáltal senki se perlekedjék, és senki se feddőzzék! hiszen a te néped olyan, mint azok, a kik a pappal czivódnak.

Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest.

Dar nimeni să nu certe pe altul, nimeni să nu mustre pe altul, căci poporul tău este ca cei ce se ceartă cu preoţii.

Yet let no one contend, and let none accuse, for with you is my contention, O priest.

De elesel nappal, és elesik veled a próféta is éjjel; anyádat is elveszítem.

Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother.

Te vei poticni ziua, prorocul se va poticni şi el împreună cu tine noaptea, şi pe mama ta o voi nimici.

You shall stumble by day; the prophet also shall stumble with you by night; and I will destroy your mother.

Elvész a népem, mert ismeret nélkül való. Mivel megvetetted az ismeretet, én is megvetlek téged: nem leszel a papom. Mivel elfeledkeztél Istened törvényéről, én is elfeledkezem fiaidról.

Elvész az én népem, mivelhogy tudomány nélkül való. Mivelhogy te megvetetted a tudományt, én is megvetlek téged, hogy papom ne légy. És mivelhogy elfeledkeztél Istened törvényéről, elfeledkezem én is a te fiaidról.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Poporul Meu piere din lipsă de cunoştinţă. Fiindcă ai lepădat cunoştinţa, şi Eu te voi lepăda şi nu-Mi vei mai fi preot. Fiindcă ai uitat Legea Dumnezeului tău, voi uita şi Eu pe copiii tăi!

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

Minél többen lettek, annál inkább vétkeztek ellenem, ezért gyalázatra fordítom dicsőségüket!

Mennél számosabbak lettek, annál inkább vétkeztek ellenem; [de ]gyalázatra fordítom dicsőségöket!

As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.

Cu cât s-au înmulţit, cu atât au păcătuit împotriva Mea. De aceea, le voi preface slava în ocară.

The more they increased, the more they sinned against me; I will change their glory into shame.

Népem vétekáldozatából részesednek, és bűneik után áhítozik lelkük.

They eat up the sin of my people, and they set their heart on their iniquity.

Ei se hrănesc din jertfele pentru păcatele poporului Meu şi sunt lacomi de nelegiuirile lui.

They feed on the sin of my people; they are greedy for their iniquity.

De úgy jár a pap is, mint a nép: megbüntetem őket útjaikért, és megfizetek nekik cselekedeteikért.

And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings.

Dar şi preotului i se va întâmpla ca şi poporului; îl voi pedepsi după umbletele lui şi-i voi răsplăti după faptele lui.

And it shall be like people, like priest; I will punish them for their ways and repay them for their deeds.

Esznek majd, de nem elégednek meg, paráználkodnak, de nem szaporodnak, mert nem figyelnek az ÚRra.

Esznek majd, de meg nem elégesznek; fajtalankodnak, de nem szaporodnak, mert megszüntek az Úrra vigyázni.

For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to the LORD.

Vor mânca, şi tot nu se vor sătura, vor curvi, şi tot nu se vor înmulţi, pentru că au părăsit pe Domnul şi poruncile Lui.

They shall eat, but not be satisfied; they shall play the whore, but not multiply, because they have forsaken the LORD to cherish

Népem az ő fáját kérdezi, és pálcája ad neki kijelentést. Mert a paráznaság lelke megtéveszt, és ők Istenüktől elfordulnak és paráználkodnak.

Népem az ő bálványát kérdezi, és az ő pálczája mond néki jövendőt; mert a fajtalanság lelke megtéveszt, és paráználkodnak az ő Istenök megett.

My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God.

Poporul Meu îşi întreabă lemnul lui, şi toiagul lui îi proroceşte; căci duhul curviei îi duce în rătăcire şi sunt necredincioşi Dumnezeului lor.

My people inquire of a piece of wood, and their walking staff gives them oracles. For a spirit of whoredom has led them astray, and they have left their God to play the whore.

A hegyek tetején áldoznak, és a halmokon tömjéneznek: cserfa, nyárfa és tölgyfa alatt, mert kellemes az árnyékuk. Ezért paráznák leányaitok, és házasságtörők menyeitek.

A hegyek tetején áldoznak és a halmokon füstölnek: a cserfa, a nyárfa és a tölgyfa alatt, mert kedves annak az árnyéka. Ezért paráználkodnak a ti leányaitok, és házasságtörők a ti menyeitek.

They sacrifice upon the tops of the mountains, and burn incense upon the hills, under oaks and poplars and elms, because the shadow thereof is good: therefore your daughters shall commit whoredom, and your spouses shall commit adultery.

Aduc jertfe pe vârful munţilor, ard tămâie pe dealuri, sub stejari, plopi şi terebinţi a căror umbră este plăcută. De aceea, fetele voastre curvesc, şi nurorile voastre sunt preacurve.

They sacrifice on the tops of the mountains and burn offerings on the hills, under oak, poplar, and terebinth, because their shade is good. Therefore your daughters play the whore, and your brides commit adultery.

Nem büntetem meg leányaitokat amiatt, hogy paráználkodnak, menyeiteket sem, hogy házasságtörők, mert a férfiak is félremennek a paráznákkal, és áldoznak a kéjnőkkel. De az esztelen nép elbukik.

I will not punish your daughters when they commit whoredom, nor your spouses when they commit adultery: for themselves are separated with whores, and they sacrifice with harlots: therefore the people that doth not understand shall fall.

Nu pot pedepsi pe fetele voastre pentru că sunt curve, nici pe nurorile voastre pentru că sunt preacurve, căci ei înşişi se duc la o parte cu nişte curve şi jertfesc împreună cu desfrânatele din temple. Poporul fără minte aleargă spre pieire.

I will not punish your daughters when they play the whore, nor your brides when they commit adultery; for the men themselves go aside with prostitutes and sacrifice with cult prostitutes, and a people without understanding shall come to ruin.

Ha te paráználkodsz is, Izráel, Júda ne vétkezzék! Ne járjatok Gilgálba, ne menjetek fel Bét-Ávenbe! Ne esküdjetek így: Él az ÚR!

Ha te paráználkodol is Izráel, csak a Júda ne vétkezzék! És ne járjatok Gilgálba, és ne menjetek fel Beth-Avenbe! és ne esküdjetek így: Él az Úr!

Though thou, Israel, play the harlot, yet let not Judah offend; and come not ye unto Gilgal, neither go ye up to Bethaven, nor swear, The LORD liveth.

Dacă tu curveşti, Israele, măcar Iuda să nu se facă vinovat. Nu vă duceţi măcar la Ghilgal, nu vă suiţi la Bet-Aven şi nu juraţi zicând: „Viu este Domnul!”

Though you play the whore, O Israel, let not Judah become guilty. Enter not into Gilgal, nor go up to Beth-aven, and swear not, “As the LORD lives.”

Ha olyan szilaj Izráel, mint egy szilaj üsző, legeltetheti-e őket az ÚR most tágas földön, mint a bárányokat?

Mert szilajkodik Izráel mint a szilaj üsző; most tágas földön legelteti őket az Úr, mint a bárányt.

For Israel slideth back as a backsliding heifer: now the LORD will feed them as a lamb in a large place.

Pentru că Israel dă din picioare ca o mânzată neîmblânzită; şi să-l mai pască Domnul acum ca pe un miel în imaşuri întinse!

Like a stubborn heifer, Israel is stubborn; can the LORD now feed them like a lamb in a broad pasture?

Bálványokkal szövetkezett Efraim, hagyd hát magára!

Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.

Dőzsölésük elfajult, egyre csak paráználkodnak, inkább szeretik a gyalázatot, mint oltalmazójukat.

Ivásuk elfajult, untalan paráználkodnak; igen szeretik pajzsaik a gyalázatot.

Their drink is sour: they have committed whoredom continually: her rulers with shame do love, Give ye.

Abia au încetat să bea şi se dedau la curvie; cârmuitorii lor sunt lacomi, da, sunt lacomi după ruşine!

When their drink is gone, they give themselves to whoring; their rulers dearly love shame.

Szárnyára kapja őket a szélvész, és megszégyenülnek áldozataik miatt.

The wind hath bound her up in her wings, and they shall be ashamed because of their sacrifices.

Vântul îi va strânge cu aripile lui şi vor fi daţi de ruşine cu altarele lor!

A wind has wrapped them in its wings, and they shall be ashamed because of their sacrifices.
