When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.

Minél jobban hívtam őket, annál inkább távolodtak tőlem. A Baaloknak áldoztak, és a bálványoknak tömjéneztek.

A mint hívták őket, úgy mentek el előlök: a Baáloknak áldoztak és a bálványoknak füstöltek.

As they called them, so they went from them: they sacrificed unto Baalim, and burned incense to graven images.

Dar cu cât prorocii îi chemau, cu atât ei se depărtau: au adus jertfe Baalilor şi tămâie chipurilor idoleşti.

The more they were called, the more they went away; they kept sacrificing to the Baals and burning offerings to idols.

I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.

Şi totuşi Eu am învăţat pe Efraim să meargă şi l-am ridicat în braţe; dar n-au văzut că Eu îi vindecam.

Yet it was I who taught Ephraim to walk; I took them up by their arms, but they did not know that I healed them.

Emberi kötelékkel vontam őket, a szeretet kötelékével, és olyan voltam hozzájuk, mint aki leemeli nyakukról az igát, és kedvesen ételt adtam eléjük.

Emberi kötelékekkel vontam őket, szeretetnek köteleivel, és olyan voltam hozzájok, mint a kik leemelik szájukról az igát, és ételt adtam nyájasan eleikbe.

I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them.

I-am tras cu legături omeneşti, cu funii de dragoste, am fost pentru ei ca cel ce le ridică jugul de lângă gură. M-am aplecat spre ei şi le-am dat de mâncare.

I led them with cords of kindness, with the bands of love, and I became to them as one who eases the yoke on their jaws, and I bent down to them and fed them.

Nem tér vissza Egyiptom földjére, hanem Asszíria lesz a királya, mert nem akarnak megtérni.

Nem tér vissza Égyiptom földére; hanem Assiria lesz az ő királya, mert nem akarnak megtérni.

He shall not return into the land of Egypt, and the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return.

Nu se vor mai întoarce în ţara Egiptului; dar asirianul va fi împăratul lor, pentru că n-au voit să se întoarcă la Mine.

They shall not return to the land of Egypt, but Assyria shall be their king, because they have refused to return to me.

Fegyver száll a városaira, és elpusztítja zárait, és megemészti őket szándékaik miatt.

És fegyver száll az ő városaira, és elpusztítja az ő zárait, és felemészti őket az ő szándékaik miatt.

And the sword shall abide on his cities, and shall consume his branches, and devour them, because of their own counsels.

Sabia va năvăli peste cetăţile lor, va nimici, va mânca pe sprijinitorii lor, din pricina planurilor pe care le-au făcut.

The sword shall rage against their cities, consume the bars of their gates, and devour them because of their own counsels.

Mert népem megátalkodottan elfordul tőlem. Ha hívogatják is őt a magasságos Istenhez, senki sem indul meg ezen.

Mert az én népem átalkodottan hajlandó elfordulni tőlem. Ha hivogatják is őt a magasságos [Isten]hez, senki nem indul meg rajta.

And my people are bent to backsliding from me: though they called them to the most High, none at all would exalt him.

Poporul Meu este pornit să se depărteze de Mine; şi dacă sunt chemaţi înapoi la Cel Preaînalt, niciunul din ei nu caută să se ridice.

My people are bent on turning away from me, and though they call out to the Most High, he shall not raise them up at all.

Hogyan adnálak oda, Efraim, hogyan szolgáltatnálak ki, Izráel? Hogyan adnálak oda, mint Admát, miért tennélek olyanná, mint Cebóím? Megesett rajtad a szívem, föllángolt minden szánalmam!

Miképen adnálak oda Efraim, szolgáltatnálak ki Izráel!? Miként adnálak oda, mint Admát, tennélek olyanná, a milyen Seboim?! Megesett bennem az én szívem; fellángolt minden szánalmam!

How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together.

Cum să te dau, Efraime? Cum să te predau, Israele? Cum să-ţi fac ca Admei? Cum să te fac ca Ţeboimul? Mi se zbate inima în Mine şi tot lăuntrul Mi se mişcă de milă!

How can I give you up, O Ephraim? How can I hand you over, O Israel? How can I make you like Admah? How can I treat you like Zeboiim? My heart recoils within me; my compassion grows warm and tender.

Nem haragom hevében cselekszem vele, és nem török ismét Efraim vesztére. Mert Isten vagyok én, nem pedig ember, a Szent közöttetek, és én nem haraggal jövök.

Nem végzem el haragomnak hevét; nem fordulok vissza Efraim vesztére; mert Isten vagyok én és nem ember, a Szent te közötted, és nem haraggal jövök én.

I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter into the city.

Nu voi lucra după mânia Mea aprinsă, nu voi mai nimici pe Efraim; căci Eu sunt Dumnezeu, nu un om. Eu sunt Sfântul în mijlocul tău şi nu voi veni să prăpădesc.

I will not execute my burning anger; I will not again destroy Ephraim; for I am God and not a man, the Holy One in your midst, and I will not come in wrath.

Az URat fogják követni, mert majd úgy ordít, mint az oroszlán, és ha ő ordít, remegve gyűlnek össze fiai nyugat felől.

They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.

Ei vor urma pe Domnul, ca pe un leu care va răcni; căci El însuşi va răcni, şi copiii vor alerga tremurând de la apus.

They shall go after the LORD; he will roar like a lion; when he roars, his children shall come trembling from the west;

Remegve jönnek elő Egyiptomból, mint a madár, és Asszíria földjéről, mint a galamb. Akkor betelepítem őket házaikba, azt mondja az ÚR!

Rettegve jőnek elő, mint a madár, Égyiptomból, és mint a galamb, Assiriának földéből; és letelepítem őket házaikba, ezt mondja az Úr!

They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assyria: and I will place them in their houses, saith the LORD.

Vor alerga tremurând din Egipt, ca o pasăre, şi din ţara Asiriei, ca o porumbiţă. Şi-i voi face să locuiască în casele lor, zice Domnul.

they shall come trembling like birds from Egypt, and like doves from the land of Assyria, and I will return them to their homes, declares the LORD.

Hazugsággal vett körül engem Efraim, Izráel háza pedig csalárdsággal. De Júda még Istennel jár, és hűséges a szentekhez.

Körülvett engem Efraim hazugsággal, az Izráel háza pedig csalárdsággal; de Júda uralkodik még az Istennel és a hűséges Szenttel.

Ephraim compasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Judah yet ruleth with God, and is faithful with the saints.

Efraim Mă înconjoară cu minciuni, şi casa lui Israel, cu înşelătorii. Iuda este tot hoinar faţă de Dumnezeu, faţă de Cel sfânt şi credincios.

Ephraim has surrounded me with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit, but Judah still walks with God and is faithful to the Holy One.
