Open thy doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars.

Deschide-ţi porţile, Libanule, ca să-ţi mănânce focul cedrii!

Open your doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour your cedars!

Jajgass, te ciprus, mert ledől a cédrus, elpusztult, ami a legjava! Jajgassatok, ti Básán tölgyei, mert ledőlt a rengeteg erdő!

Jajgass te cziprus, mert esik a czédrus, leomlott, a mi legjava! Jajgassatok ti Básán tölgyei, mert pusztul a rengeteg erdő.

Howl, fir tree; for the cedar is fallen; because the mighty are spoiled: howl, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the vintage is come down.

Vaită-te, chiparosule, căci cedrul a căzut, şi cei falnici sunt nimiciţi! Văitaţi-vă, stejari din Basan, căci pădurea cea nepătrunsă a fost dată jos!

Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen, for the glorious trees are ruined! Wail, oaks of Bashan, for the thick forest has been felled!

Pásztorok jajkiáltása hangzik, mert elpusztult büszkeségük! Oroszlánkölyök ordítása hangzik, mert elpusztult a Jordán sűrűje!

Hangzik a pásztorok jajja, mert elpusztult az ő büszkeségök! Hangzik az oroszlán ordítása, mert elpusztult a Jordán kevélysége!

There is a voice of the howling of the shepherds; for their glory is spoiled: a voice of the roaring of young lions; for the pride of Jordan is spoiled.

Păstorii scot strigăte de jale, pentru că li s-a nimicit fala; puii de lei mugesc, căci desişul Iordanului este nimicit.

The sound of the wail of the shepherds, for their glory is ruined! The sound of the roar of the lions, for the thicket of the Jordan is ruined!

Azt mondja az ÚR, az én Istenem: Legeltesd a levágásra szánt juhokat,

Ezt mondja az Úr, az én Istenem: Legeltesd a leölésre szánt juhokat,

Thus saith the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter;

Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Dumnezeul meu: „Paşte oile de tăiat!

Thus said the LORD my God: “Become shepherd of the flock doomed to slaughter.

amelyeket vásárlóik büntetlen leölnek, eladóik pedig azt mondják: „Áldott az ÚR, mert meggazdagodtam!” Pásztoraik sem kímélik őket.

A melyeket leölnek az ő tulajdonosaik, a nélkül, hogy bűnnek tartanák, eladóik pedig ezt mondják: Áldott az Úr, mert meggazdagodtam! és pásztoraik sem kimélik őket.

Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not.

Căci cei ce le cumpără le taie şi nu se simt vinovaţi. Şi cel ce le vinde zice: „Binecuvântat să fie Domnul, căci mă îmbogăţesc!” Şi păstorii lor nu le cruţă.

Those who buy them slaughter them and go unpunished, and those who sell them say, ‘Blessed be the LORD, I have become rich,’ and their own shepherds have no pity on them.

Bizony, én sem kímélem többé e föld lakosait – ezt mondja az ÚR –, sőt minden embert a felebarátja kezébe és a királya kezébe adok, és szétszaggatják ezt az országot, de én nem szabadítom meg őket a kezükből!

Bizony nem kimélem többé e föld lakosait, ezt mondja az Úr; sőt ímé odaadok minden embert a felebarátja kezébe és az ő királya kezébe, és megrontják e földet, és nem szabadítom ki kezökből!

For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbour's hand, and into the hand of his king: and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.

Căci nu mai am milă de locuitorii ţării – zice Domnul – ci, iată, dau pe oameni, pe unii în mâinile altora şi în mâinile împăratului lor; ei vor pustii ţara, şi n-o voi izbăvi din mâinile lor.”

For I will no longer have pity on the inhabitants of this land, declares the LORD. Behold, I will cause each of them to fall into the hand of his neighbor, and each into the hand of his king, and they shall crush the land, and I will deliver none from their hand.”

Legeltettem hát a levágásra szánt juhokat, a nyomorgatott juhokat, és választottam magamnak két botot. Az egyiket jóakaratnak neveztem, a másikat egyetértésnek, így legeltettem a juhokat.

Legeltetém hát a leölésre szánt juhokat, azaz a megnyomorgatott juhokat, és választék magamnak két pálczát, az egyiket nevezém szépségnek, a másikat nevezém egyességnek; így legeltetém a juhokat.

And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.

Atunci m-am apucat să pasc oile de tăiat, în adevăr cele mai ticăloase din turmă. Am luat două toiege: pe unul l-am numit „Îndurare”, iar pe celălalt l-am numit „Legământ”. Şi am păscut oile.

So I became the shepherd of the flock doomed to be slaughtered by the sheep traders. And I took two staffs, one I named Favor, the other I named Union. And I tended the sheep.

Három pásztort küldtem el egy hónap alatt, mert elkeseredett a lelkem miattuk, és az ő lelkük is megutált engem.

És három pásztort vertem el egy hónap alatt, mert elkeseredék a lelkem miattok, és az ő lelkök is megútála engem.

Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul lothed them, and their soul also abhorred me.

Am nimicit cu desăvârşire pe cei trei păstori într-o lună: sufletul meu nu-i mai răbda şi se scârbise şi sufletul lor de mine.

In one month I destroyed the three shepherds. But I became impatient with them, and they also detested me.

Azt mondtam: Nem legeltetlek benneteket, haljon meg a halálra való, és pusztuljon a levágnivaló, a megmaradtak pedig egyék egymás húsát.

És mondám: Nem őrizlek én titeket, haljon meg a halálra való és vágattassék ki a kivágni való, a megmaradottak pedig egyék meg egymásnak húsát.

Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.

Şi am zis: „Nu vă mai pot paşte! Cea care are să moară să moară, cea care are să piară să piară, şi cele ce mai rămân să se mănânce unele pe altele!

So I said, “I will not be your shepherd. What is to die, let it die. What is to be destroyed, let it be destroyed. And let those who are left devour the flesh of one another.”

Akkor fogtam az egyik botomat, a jóakaratot, és eltörtem, hogy fölbontsam szövetségemet, amelyet az összes néppel kötöttem.

És vevém [egyik] pálczámat, a szépséget, és eltörém azt, hogy felbontsam az én szövetségemet, a melyet az összes népekkel kötöttem.

And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.

Mi-am luat toiagul „Îndurare” şi l-am rupt, ca să rup legământul meu pe care-l încheiasem cu toate popoarele.

And I took my staff Favor, and I broke it, annulling the covenant that I had made with all the peoples.

Föl is bomlott az azon a napon, és így tudták meg a sanyargatott juhok, akik ragaszkodtak hozzám, hogy az ÚR dolga ez.

És felbomla [az] azon a napon, és így tudták meg az elsanyargatott juhok, a kik ragaszkodnak vala hozzám, hogy az Úr dolga [ez].

And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the LORD.

Şi când s-a rupt, în ziua aceea, nenorocitele acelea de oi care au luat seama la mine au cunoscut astfel că acesta era cuvântul Domnului.

So it was annulled on that day, and the sheep traders, who were watching me, knew that it was the word of the LORD.

Azt mondtam nekik: Ha jónak látjátok, adjátok meg béremet, ha pedig nem, tartsátok vissza! És harminc ezüstpénzt fizettek béremül.

És mondám nékik: Ha jónak tetszik néktek, adjátok meg az én béremet; ha pedig nem: hagyjátok abba! És harmincz ezüst pénzt fizettek béremül.

And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.

Eu le-am zis: „Dacă găsiţi cu cale, daţi-mi plata; dacă nu, nu mi-o daţi!” Şi mi-au cântărit ca plată, treizeci de arginţi.

Then I said to them, “If it seems good to you, give me my wages; but if not, keep them.” And they weighed out as my wages thirty pieces of silver.

Akkor azt mondta nekem az ÚR: Dobd a fazekas elé! Nagy jutalom ez, amelyre engem becsültek. Elvettem azért a harminc ezüstpénzt, és az ÚR házába, a fazekas elé dobtam.

És monda az Úr nékem: Vesd a fazekas elé! Nagy jutalom, a melyre becsültek engem. Vevém azért a harmincz ezüst pénzt, és vetém azt az Úrnak házába, a fazekas elé.

And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.

Dar Domnul mi-a zis: „Aruncă olarului preţul acesta scump cu care m-au preţuit!” Şi am luat cei treizeci de arginţi şi i-am aruncat în Casa Domnului pentru olar.

Then the LORD said to me, “Throw it to the potter”—the lordly price at which I was priced by them. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the LORD, to the potter.

Majd eltörtem a másik botomat is, az egyetértést, hogy fölbontsam a testvériséget Júda és Izráel között.

Majd eltörém a másik pálczámat [is,] az egyességet, hogy felbontsam a testvérséget Júda között és Izráel között.

Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

Apoi mi-am rupt al doilea toiag „Legământ”, ca să rup frăţia dintre Iuda şi Israel.

Then I broke my second staff Union, annulling the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

Azután azt mondta nekem az ÚR: Most még szerezz magadnak bolond pásztorhoz való dolgokat.

És mondá az Úr nékem: Most már szerezz magadnak bolond pásztornak való szerszámot.

And the LORD said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.

Domnul mi-a zis: „Ia şi uneltele unui păstor nebun!

Then the LORD said to me, “Take once more the equipment of a foolish shepherd.

Mert íme, olyan pásztort támasztok ebben az országban, aki nem törődik az elveszettekkel, nem keresi a kóborgót, nem gyógyítja meg a megtépettet, nem táplálja a jó karban levőt, de a kövéreknek megeszi a húsát, és körmeiket letördeli.

Mert ímé, én pásztort állítok e földre, a ki az elveszetteket meg nem keresi, a gyöngével nem törődik, a megtépettet meg nem gyógyítja, a jó karban levőt nem táplálja, a kövérinek húsát megeszi, és körmeiket széttördeli.

For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

Căci iată că voi ridica în ţară un păstor căruia nu-i va păsa de oile care pier; nu se va duce să caute pe cele mai tinere, nu va vindeca pe cele rănite, nu va îngriji de cele sănătoase; ci va mânca din carnea celor mai grase şi nu le va mai lăsa decât copitele!

For behold, I am raising up in the land a shepherd who does not care for those being destroyed, or seek the young or heal the maimed or nourish the healthy, but devours the flesh of the fat ones, tearing off even their hoofs.

Jaj a mihaszna pásztornak, aki elhagyja a nyájat! Fegyver érje utol a karját és a jobb szemét! Száradjon le a karja, és teljesen vakuljon meg a jobb szeme!

Jaj a mihaszna pásztornak, a ki elhagyja a juhokat! Fegyver a karjára és jobb szemére. Karja szárazra száradjon és jobb szeme sötétre sötétedjék.

Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

Vai de păstorul de nimic care îşi părăseşte oile! Să cadă sabia pe braţul lui şi pe ochiul lui cel drept! Să i se usuce braţul de tot şi să i se stingă ochiul drept!”

“Woe to my worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! Let his arm be wholly withered, his right eye utterly blinded!”
