Kérjetek esőt az ÚRtól a tavaszi eső idején! Az ÚR szerez villámlást, ő ad záporesőt és mezei növényt mindenkinek.

Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

Cereţi de la Domnul ploaie, ploaie de primăvară! Domnul scoate fulgerele şi vă trimite o ploaie îmbelşugată pentru toată verdeaţa de pe câmp.

Ask rain from the LORD in the season of the spring rain, from the LORD who makes the storm clouds, and he will give them showers of rain, to everyone the vegetation in the field.

Mert a bálványok hazugságot szólnak, a varázslók pedig hamisságot látnak, és üres álmokat mondanak, és hiábavalósággal vigasztalnak. Ezért szélednek el, mint a juhnyáj, és nyomorognak, mert nincs pásztoruk.

For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.

Căci terafimii vorbesc nimicuri, ghicitorii prorocesc minciuni, visele mint şi mângâie cu deşertăciuni. De aceea, ei rătăcesc ca o turmă, sunt nenorociţi, pentru că n-au păstor.

For the household gods utter nonsense, and the diviners see lies; they tell false dreams and give empty consolation. Therefore the people wander like sheep; they are afflicted for lack of a shepherd.

Haragra gerjedtem a pásztorok ellen, és megfenyítem a bakokat. Bizony, gondja van a Seregek URának az ő nyájára, Júda házára, és olyanokká teszi őket, amilyen a harcra fölékesített ló.

Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.

„Mânia Mea s-a aprins împotriva păstorilor şi voi pedepsi pe ţapi. Căci Domnul oştirilor Îşi cercetează turma, casa lui Iuda, şi o va face ca pe calul Său de slavă în luptă.

“My anger is hot against the shepherds, and I will punish the leaders; for the LORD of hosts cares for his flock, the house of Judah, and will make them like his majestic steed in battle.

Közülük kerül ki a szegletkő, közülük a cövek, közülük való a harci íj, közülük kerül ki minden elöljáró is.

Közülök támad a szegletkő, közülök a szeg, közülök a harczi ív, közülök egyszersmind minden sarczoló.

Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.

Din el va ieşi Piatra din capul unghiului, din el va ieşi ţăruşul, din el va ieşi arcul de război; din el vor ieşi toate căpeteniile laolaltă.

From him shall come the cornerstone, from him the tent peg, from him the battle bow, from him every ruler—all of them together.

Olyanok lesznek, mint a hősök, akik az utcák sarát tapossák a harcban. Harcolnak, mert velük van az ÚR, és megszégyenítik a lovasokat.

És olyanok lesznek, mint a hősök, a kik az utczák sarát tapodják a harczban, és harczolnak, mert velök van az Úr, és megszégyenítik a lovon ülőket.

And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.

Ei vor fi ca nişte viteji care calcă în picioare noroiul de pe uliţe; în luptă, se vor lupta, pentru că Domnul va fi cu ei; iar călăreţii vor fi acoperiţi de ruşine.

They shall be like mighty men in battle, trampling the foe in the mud of the streets; they shall fight because the LORD is with them, and they shall put to shame the riders on horses.

Megerősítem Júda házát, és József házát megsegítem. Visszahozom őket, mert megszánom őket, és olyanná lesznek, mintha el se vetettem volna őket, mert én vagyok az ÚR, az ő Istenük, és én meghallgatom őket.

És megerősítem a Júda házát, és a József házát megsegítem, és visszahozom őket, mert szánom őket, és olyanokká lesznek, mintha el sem vetettem volna őket; mert én vagyok az Úr, az ő Istenök, és meghallgatom őket.

And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them.

Voi întări casa lui Iuda şi voi izbăvi casa lui Iosif; îi voi aduce înapoi, căci Mi-este milă de ei, şi vor fi ca şi când niciodată nu i-aş fi lepădat; căci Eu sunt Domnul Dumnezeul lor, şi-i voi asculta.

“I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back because I have compassion on them, and they shall be as though I had not rejected them, for I am the LORD their God and I will answer them.

Efraim is olyan lesz, mint egy hős, és örvendezik majd, mint aki bort ivott. Látják ezt a fiai, és örvendeznek, örül a szívük az ÚRban.

Efraim is olyan lesz, mint egy hős, és örvendeznek majd mintegy bortól [ittasodva,] és látják fiaik és örvendeznek; örvend az ő szívök az Úrban.

And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD.

Efraim va fi ca un viteaz; inima lor se va bucura ca de vin; fiii lor vor vedea lucrul acesta şi se vor înveseli, inima lor se va bucura în Domnul.

Then Ephraim shall become like a mighty warrior, and their hearts shall be glad as with wine. Their children shall see it and be glad; their hearts shall rejoice in the LORD.

Füttyentek nekik, és összegyűjtöm őket, mert megszabadítom őket, és megsokasodnak, mint régen.

Süvöltök nékik és egybegyűjtöm őket, mert megszabadítom őket, és megsokasulnak, a mint megsokasultak vala.

I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased.

Le voi fluiera şi-i voi aduna, căci i-am răscumpărat, şi se vor înmulţi cum se înmulţeau odinioară.

“I will whistle for them and gather them in, for I have redeemed them, and they shall be as many as they were before.

Bár szétszórtam őket a népek közé, messze földön is emlegetnek engem, életben maradnak, és visszatérnek fiaikkal együtt.

És széthintem őket a népek között, hogy a messze földeken [is ]emlegessenek engem, és fiakat neveljenek és visszatérjenek.

And I will sow them among the people: and they shall remember me in far countries; and they shall live with their children, and turn again.

Îi voi risipi printre popoare, şi îşi vor aduce aminte de Mine în ţări depărtate; vor trăi împreună cu copiii lor şi se vor întoarce.

Though I scattered them among the nations, yet in far countries they shall remember me, and with their children they shall live and return.

Mert visszatérítem őket Egyiptom földjéről, Asszíriából is összegyűjtöm őket. Behozom őket Gileád és Libánon földjére, de még ez sem lesz elég nekik.

I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them.

Îi voi aduce înapoi din ţara Egiptului şi-i voi aduna din Asiria; îi voi aduce în ţara Galaadului şi în Liban, şi nu le va ajunge locul.

I will bring them home from the land of Egypt, and gather them from Assyria, and I will bring them to the land of Gilead and to Lebanon, till there is no room for them.

Szorongattatva vonulnak át a tengeren, de az ÚR ráüt a tenger hullámaira, és kiszáradnak a Nílus mélységei. Vége lesz Asszíria kevélységének, és elvész Egyiptom királyi pálcája.

És átvonulnak a nyomor tengerén, és megveri a tenger hullámait, és kiszáradnak a folyam örvényei, letöretik Assiriának kevélysége, és Égyiptom királyi pálczája elvész.

And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

Israel va trece prin strâmtorile mării, va lovi valurile mării, şi toate adâncimile râului Nil se vor usca; mândria Asiriei va fi frântă, şi toiagul de cârmuire al Egiptului va pieri.

He shall pass through the sea of troubles and strike down the waves of the sea, and all the depths of the Nile shall be dried up. The pride of Assyria shall be laid low, and the scepter of Egypt shall depart.

És megerősítem őket az ÚRban, és az ő nevében járnak – így szól az ÚR.

És megerősítem őket az Úrban, és az ő nevében járnak, így szól az Úr.

And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD.

Îi voi întări în Domnul, şi vor umbla în Numele Lui, zice Domnul!”

I will make them strong in the LORD, and they shall walk in his name,” declares the LORD.
