Titeket is megelevenített, akik halottak voltatok vétkeitek és bűneitek miatt,

Titeket is [megelevenített,] a kik holtak valátok a ti vétkeitek és bűneitek miatt,

And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

Voi eraţi morţi în greşelile şi în păcatele voastre

And you were dead in the trespasses and sins

melyekben jártatok egykor e világnak megfelelően a levegőbeli hatalmasság fejedelme szerint, ama lélek szerint, amely most az engedetlenség fiaiban munkálkodik.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

în care trăiaţi odinioară, după mersul lumii acesteia, după domnul puterii văzduhului, a duhului care lucrează acum în fiii neascultării.

in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—

Egykor mi mindnyájan ezek között forgolódtunk, követve testünk kívánságait, cselekedve a test és a gondolatok akaratát, és természet szerint a harag fiai voltunk, mint mások is.

A kik között forgolódtunk egykor mi is mindnyájan a mi testünk kívánságaiban, cselekedvén a testnek és a gondolatoknak akaratját, és természet szerint haragnak fiai valánk, mint egyebek is:

Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Între ei eram şi noi toţi odinioară, când trăiam în poftele firii noastre pământeşti, când făceam voile firii pământeşti şi ale gândurilor noastre şi eram din fire copii ai mâniei, ca şi ceilalţi.

among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.

De az irgalomban gazdag Isten az ő nagy szeretete által, amellyel minket szeretett,

De az Isten gazdag lévén irgalmasságban, az Ő nagy szerelméből, melylyel minket szeretett,

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Dar Dumnezeu, care este bogat în îndurare, pentru dragostea cea mare cu care ne-a iubit,

But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,

minket, akik halottak voltunk vétkeinkben, Krisztussal együtt megelevenített – kegyelemből van üdvösségetek –,

Minket, kik meg voltunk halva a vétkek miatt, megelevenített együtt a Krisztussal, (kegyelemből tartattatok meg!)

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

măcar că eram morţi în greşelile noastre, ne-a adus la viaţă împreună cu Hristos (prin har sunteţi mântuiţi).

even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—

és vele együtt feltámasztott, és vele együtt ültetett a mennyekbe Krisztus Jézusban,

És együtt feltámasztott és együtt ültetett a mennyekben, Krisztus Jézusban:

And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

El ne-a înviat împreună şi ne-a pus să şedem împreună în locurile cereşti, în Hristos Isus,

and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

hogy megmutassa az eljövendő időkben az ő kegyelmének felséges gazdagságát irántunk való jóságából a Krisztus Jézusban.

Hogy megmutassa a következendő időkben az Ő kegyelmének felséges gazdagságát hozzánk való jóságából a Krisztus Jézusban.

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

ca să arate în veacurile viitoare nemărginita bogăţie a harului Său, în bunătatea Lui faţă de noi în Hristos Isus.

so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Mert kegyelemből nyertetek üdvösséget, hit által, és ez nem tőletek van, Isten ajándéka ez,

Mert kegyelemből tartattatok meg, hit által; és ez nem tőletek van: Isten ajándéka ez;

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Căci prin har aţi fost mântuiţi, prin credinţă. Şi aceasta nu vine de la voi; ci este darul lui Dumnezeu.

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,

nem cselekedetekből, hogy senki se dicsekedjék.

Nem cselekedetekből, hogy senki ne kérkedjék.

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Nu prin fapte, ca să nu se laude nimeni.

not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Mert az ő alkotása vagyunk Krisztus Jézusban jó cselekedetekre teremtetve, amelyeket előre elkészített az Isten, hogy azokban járjunk.

Mert az Ő alkotása vagyunk, teremtetvén [Általa] a Krisztus Jézusban jó cselekedetekre, a melyeket előre elkészített az Isten, hogy azokban járjunk.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Căci noi suntem lucrarea Lui şi am fost zidiţi în Hristos Isus pentru faptele bune pe care le-a pregătit Dumnezeu mai dinainte, ca să umblăm în ele.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Azért emlékezzetek meg arról, hogy ti test szerint egykor pogányok voltatok, akiket körülmetéletleneknek neveznek azok, akiket kézzel metéltek körül,

Annakokáért emlékezzetek meg arról, hogy egykor ti a testben pogányok, kiket körülmetéletlenségnek nevez vala amaz úgynevezett [s] a testen kézzel megcsinált körülmetélkedés,

Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

De aceea, voi, care altădată eraţi Neamuri din naştere, numiţi netăiaţi împrejur de către aceia care se cheamă tăiaţi împrejur, şi care sunt tăiaţi împrejur în trup de mâna omului:

Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands—

hogy ti abban az időben Krisztus nélkül valók voltatok, Izráel közösségéből kirekesztve, és az ígéret szövetségétől idegenek, s reménységetek sem volt, mert Isten nélkül valók voltatok ezen a világon.

Hogy ti, [mondom], abban az időben Krisztus nélkül valók voltatok, Izráel társaságától idegenek, és az ígéret szövetségeitől távolvalók, reménységetek nem vala, és Isten nélkül valók voltatok e világon;

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

aduceţi-vă aminte că în vremea aceea eraţi fără Hristos, fără drept de cetăţenie în Israel, străini de legămintele făgăduinţei, fără nădejde şi fără Dumnezeu în lume.

remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.

Most pedig a Krisztus Jézusban ti, akik egykor távol voltatok, közeliekké lettetek a Krisztus vére által.

Most pedig a Krisztus Jézusban ti, kik egykor távol valátok, közelvalókká lettetek a Krisztus vére által.

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

Dar acum, în Hristos Isus, voi, care odinioară eraţi depărtaţi, aţi fost apropiaţi prin sângele lui Hristos.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

Mert ő a mi békességünk, aki a kettőt eggyé tette, és ledöntötte a válaszfalat, az ellenségeskedést az ő testében.

Mert Ő a mi békességünk, ki egygyé tette mind a két [nemzetséget,] és lerontotta a közbevetett választófalat,

For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Căci El este pacea noastră care din doi a făcut unul şi a surpat zidul de la mijloc care-i despărţea,

For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility

A tételes parancsolatokból álló törvényt eltörölte, hogy békességet szerezve a kettőt egy új emberré teremtse önmagában.

Az ellenségeskedést az Ő testében, a parancsolatoknak tételekben való törvényét eltörölvén; hogy ama kettőt egy új emberré teremtse Ő magában, békességet szerezvén;

Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

şi, în trupul Lui, a înlăturat vrăjmăşia dintre ei, Legea poruncilor, în orânduirile ei, ca să facă pe cei doi să fie în El însuşi un singur om nou, făcând astfel pace;

by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace,

Megbékéltette Istennel mind a kettőt egy testben a kereszt által, megölve azon az ellenségeskedést;

És hogy megbékéltesse az Istennel mind a kettőt, egy testben a keresztfa által, megölvén ezen az ellenségeskedést.

And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

şi a împăcat pe cei doi cu Dumnezeu într-un singur trup, prin cruce, prin care a nimicit vrăjmăşia.

and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility.

eljött, és békességet hirdetett nektek, távolvalóknak és békességet a közelvalóknak.

És eljövén, békességet hirdetett néktek, a távol valóknak és a közel valóknak.

And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

El a venit astfel să aducă vestea bună a păcii vouă, celor ce eraţi departe, şi pace celor ce erau aproape.

And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near.

For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

Căci, prin El, şi unii şi alţii avem intrare la Tatăl, într-un Duh.

For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.

Ezért tehát nem vagytok már idegenek és jövevények, hanem a szentek polgártársai és az Isten házanépe,

Azért immár nem vagytok jövevények és zsellérek, hanem polgártársai a szenteknek és cselédei az Istennek,

Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

Aşadar, voi nu mai sunteţi nici străini, nici oaspeţi ai casei, ci sunteţi împreună cetăţeni cu sfinţii, oameni din casa lui Dumnezeu,

So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,

akik az apostolok és próféták alapkövére épültetek, ahol a szegletkő maga Jézus Krisztus.

Kik fölépíttettetek az apostoloknak és prófétáknak alapkövén, lévén a szegletkő maga Jézus Krisztus,

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

fiind zidiţi pe temelia apostolilor şi prorocilor, piatra din capul unghiului fiind Isus Hristos.

built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone,

Benne van az egész épület összeillesztve, és benne növekszik szent templommá az Úrban,

A kiben az egész épület szép renddel rakattatván, nevekedik szent templommá az Úrban;

In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

În El toată clădirea, bine închegată, creşte ca să fie un Templu sfânt în Domnul.

in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord.

In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Şi prin El şi voi sunteţi zidiţi împreună, ca să fiţi un locaş al lui Dumnezeu, prin Duhul.

In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.
