Mert íme, eljön az a nap, és izzik, mint a sütőkemence. Olyan lesz minden kevély és minden gonosztevő, mint a polyva, és elégeti őket az eljövendő nap – ezt mondja a Seregek URa –, és nem hagy rajtuk sem gyökeret, sem ágat.

Mert ímé, eljön a nap, lángoló, mint a sütő-kemencze, és [olyanná] lesz minden kevély és minden gonosztevő, [mint] a pozdorja, és megégeti őket az eljövendő nap, azt mondja a Seregeknek Ura, a mely nem hagy rajtok gyökeret, sem ágat.

For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

Căci iată, vine ziua care va arde ca un cuptor! Toţi cei trufaşi şi toţi cei răi vor fi ca miriştea; ziua care vine îi va arde, zice Domnul oştirilor, şi nu le va lăsa nici rădăcină, nici ramură.

“For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, when all the arrogant and all evildoers will be stubble. The day that is coming shall set them ablaze, says the LORD of hosts, so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.

És nektek, akik félitek nevemet, föltámad az igazság napja. Szárnyai alatt gyógyulás lesz, és kimentek, és úgy ugrándoztok, mint a hizlalóból kikerült borjak.

És feltámad néktek, a kik félitek az én nevemet, az igazságnak napja, és gyógyulás lesz az ő szárnyai alatt, és kimentek és ugrándoztok, mint a hízlalt tulkok.

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Dar pentru voi, care vă temeţi de Numele Meu, va răsări Soarele neprihănirii, şi tămăduirea va fi sub aripile Lui; veţi ieşi şi veţi sări ca viţeii din grajd.

But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.

Széttapossátok a gonoszokat, és porrá lesznek talpatok alatt azon a napon, amelyet szerzek – ezt mondja a Seregek URa.

És széttapodjátok a gonoszokat, és porrá lesznek lábaitok nyomása alatt azon a napon, a melyet én szerzek, azt mondja a Seregeknek Ura.

And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.

Şi veţi călca în picioare pe cei răi, căci ei vor fi ca cenuşa sub talpa picioarelor voastre, în ziua pe care o pregătesc Eu, zice Domnul oştirilor.

And you shall tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet, on the day when I act, says the LORD of hosts.

Emlékezzetek meg szolgámnak, Mózesnek a tanításáról, a rendelkezésekről és parancsokról, amelyeket általa rendeltem a Hóreben egész Izráel számára!

Emlékezzetek meg Mózesnek, az én szolgámnak törvényéről, a melyet rendeltem ő általa a Hóreben, az egész Izráelnek rendelésekül és ítéletekül.

Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

Aduceţi-vă aminte de Legea lui Moise, robul Meu, căruia i-am dat în Horeb rânduieli şi porunci pentru tot Israelul!

“Remember the law of my servant Moses, the statutes and rules that I commanded him at Horeb for all Israel.

Íme, elküldöm nektek Illést, a prófétát, mielőtt eljön az ÚR nagy és félelmetes napja.

Ímé, én elküldöm néktek Illyést, a prófétát, mielőtt eljön az Úrnak nagy és félelmetes napja.

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

Iată, vă voi trimite pe prorocul Ilie înainte de a veni ziua Domnului, ziua aceea mare şi înfricoşată.

“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes.

És az atyák szívét a fiakhoz fordítja, a fiak szívét pedig az atyákhoz, hogy amikor eljövök, átokkal ne sújtsam a földet.

És az atyák szívét a fiakhoz fordítja, a fiak szívét pedig az atyákhoz, hogy el ne jőjjek és meg ne verjem e földet átokkal.

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

El va întoarce inima părinţilor spre copii şi inima copiilor spre părinţii lor, ca nu cumva, la venirea Mea, să lovesc ţara cu blestem!”

And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction.”
