Haggeus próféta és Zakariás próféta, Iddó fia pedig prófétáltak a Júdában és Jeruzsálemben levő zsidóknak, és Izráel Istenének nevében szóltak hozzájuk, aki fölöttük van.

És prófétálának a próféták, Aggeus, a próféta és Zakariás az Iddó fia a zsidóknak, a kik valának Júdában és Jeruzsálemben, [szólván] nékik az Izráel Istenének nevében.

Then the prophets, Haggai the prophet, and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied unto the Jews that were in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel, even unto them.

Prorocii: Hagai, prorocul, şi Zaharia, fiul lui Ido, au prorocit iudeilor care erau în Iuda şi la Ierusalim în Numele Dumnezeului lui Israel.

Now the prophets, Haggai and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied to the Jews who were in Judah and Jerusalem, in the name of the God of Israel who was over them.

Akkor nekilátott Zerubbábel, Sealtiél fia és Jésúa, Jócádák fia, és elkezdték Isten házának az építését, amely Jeruzsálemben van. Velük voltak Isten prófétái is, és támogatták őket.

Akkor fölkelének Zorobábel, Sealtiél fia és Jésua, a Jósádák fia, és hozzá kezdének Isten háza építéséhez, mely Jeruzsálemben van, s velök valának Isten prófétái, támogatván őket.

Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them.

Atunci Zorobabel, fiul lui Şealtiel, şi Iosua, fiul lui Ioţadac, s-au sculat şi au început zidirea Casei lui Dumnezeu la Ierusalim. Şi împreună cu ei erau şi prorocii lui Dumnezeu, care-i ajutau.

Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua the son of Jozadak arose and began to rebuild the house of God that is in Jerusalem, and the prophets of God were with them, supporting them.

Abban az időben elmentek hozzájuk Tattenaj, a folyamon túli helytartó és Setar-Bóznaj meg a társai, és azt mondták nekik: Ki adott nektek engedélyt arra, hogy fölépítsétek e házat, és ácsoljátok a gerendázatát?

Abban az időben jöve hozzájok Tattenai folyóvizen túli helytartó, és Sethar-bóznai és társaik, és így szólának nékik: Ki adott néktek szabadságot, hogy e házat építsétek s e kőfalat készítsétek?

At the same time came to them Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shetharboznai and their companions, and said thus unto them, Who hath commanded you to build this house, and to make up this wall?

În aceeaşi vreme, Tatnai, dregătorul de dincoace de Râu, Şetar-Boznai şi tovarăşii lor de slujbă au venit la ei şi le-au vorbit aşa: „Cine v-a dat învoire să zidiţi Casa aceasta şi să ridicaţi zidurile acestea?”

At the same time Tattenai the governor of the province Beyond the River and Shethar-bozenai and their associates came to them and spoke to them thus: “Who gave you a decree to build this house and to finish this structure?”

Ekkor megkérdezték, hogy kik azok a férfiak név szerint, akik ezt az épületet építik.

Ekkor megmondánk nékik ily módon, hogy kik ama férfiak névszerint, kik ez épületet építik.

Then said we unto them after this manner, What are the names of the men that make this building?

Ei le-au mai zis: „Care sunt numele oamenilor care zidesc clădirea aceasta?”

They also asked them this: “What are the names of the men who are building this building?”

De a zsidók vénein rajta volt Istenük szeme, így nem akadályozták meg őket az építésben, míg az ügy Dárius elé nem jutott, és amíg levélben nem válaszoltak rá.

És az ő Istenök szeme vala a zsidók vénein, hogy nem akadályozzák meg őket az építésben, míg az ügy Dárius elébe jutand, a mikor is levélben fognak felelni e dologra nézve.

But the eye of their God was upon the elders of the Jews, that they could not cause them to cease, till the matter came to Darius: and then they returned answer by letter concerning this matter.

Dar ochiul lui Dumnezeu veghea asupra bătrânilor iudeilor. Şi au lăsat să meargă înainte lucrările până la trimiterea unei înştiinţări către Darius şi până la primirea unei scrisori de la el în această privinţă.

But the eye of their God was on the elders of the Jews, and they did not stop them until the report should reach Darius and then an answer be returned by letter concerning it.

Ez a levél másolata, amelyet Tattenaj, a folyamon túli helytartó, Setar-Bóznaj és társai, a hivatalnokok, a folyamon túl lakó tisztviselők küldtek Dárius királyhoz.

Mássa a levélnek, melyet küldött Tattenai folyóvizen túli helytartó, és Sethar-bóznai és az ő társai, az Afarsakeusok, a kik a folyóvizen túl lakának, Dárius királyhoz.

The copy of the letter that Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shetharboznai and his companions the Apharsachites, which were on this side the river, sent unto Darius the king:

Iată cuprinsul scrisorii trimise împăratului Darius de Tatnai, dregătorul de dincoace de Râu, de Şetar-Boznai şi tovarăşii lor din Afarsac care locuiau dincoace de Râu.

This is a copy of the letter that Tattenai the governor of the province Beyond the River and Shethar-bozenai and his associates, the governors who were in the province Beyond the River, sent to Darius the king.

Tudósítást küldtek ugyanis hozzá, amely így szólt: „Dárius királynak teljes békesség!

Tudósítást küldének ugyanis hozzá, ekként levén az írva: "Dárius királynak minden békesség!

They sent a letter unto him, wherein was written thus; Unto Darius the king, all peace.

I-au trimis o scrisoare cu următorul cuprins: „Către împăratul Darius, sănătate!

They sent him a report, in which was written as follows: “To Darius the king, all peace.

Tudtára adjuk a királynak, hogy elmentünk Júda tartományába, a nagy Isten házához, amelyet nagy kövekből építenek, és gerendákkal fedik a falait. Szorgalmasan folyik, és eredményes lesz kezük munkája.

Tudtára legyen a királynak, hogy elmentünk Júda tartományába, a nagy Istennek házához, és az építtetik nagy kövekből, és fa rakatik a falakra, és e munka szorgalmatosan folyik, és jó szerencsés lészen az ő kezök által.

Be it known unto the king, that we went into the province of Judea, to the house of the great God, which is builded with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work goeth fast on, and prospereth in their hands.

Să ştie împăratul că ne-am dus în ţinuturile lui Iuda, la Casa Dumnezeului celui mare. Ea se zideşte din pietre cioplite, şi în pereţi se pune lemn; lucrul merge repede şi izbuteşte în mâinile lor.

Be it known to the king that we went to the province of Judah, to the house of the great God. It is being built with huge stones, and timber is laid in the walls. This work goes on diligently and prospers in their hands.

Ekkor megkérdeztük véneiket, és így szóltunk hozzájuk: Ki adott nektek engedélyt e ház építésére, hogy a gerendázatát helyreállítsátok?

Ekkor megkérdénk azokat a véneket, ily módon szólván hozzájok: Ki adott néktek szabadságot, hogy e házat építsétek, s hogy e kőfalat készítsétek?

Then asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to make up these walls?

Am întrebat pe bătrâni şi le-am vorbit aşa: „Cine v-a dat învoire să zidiţi Casa aceasta şi să ridicaţi zidurile acestea?”

Then we asked those elders and spoke to them thus: ‘Who gave you a decree to build this house and to finish this structure?’

Sőt még a nevüket is megkérdeztük tőlük, hogy tudassuk veled, és így megírhassuk neked vezetőik neveit.

Sőt még neveiket is megkérdeztük tőlük, hogy tudassuk veled, hogy megírhassuk azon férfiak nevét, kik fejeik.

We asked their names also, to certify thee, that we might write the names of the men that were the chief of them.

Le-am cerut şi numele lor ca să ţi le facem cunoscut şi am pus în scris numele oamenilor care sunt în fruntea lor.

We also asked them their names, for your information, that we might write down the names of their leaders.

Azok ezt felelték nekünk: Mi a menny és a föld Istenének szolgái vagyunk, és újjáépítjük ezt a templomot, amely ezelőtt sok éven keresztül állt, és Izráelnek egy nagy királya kezdte építeni és fejezte be azt.

És ekképen felelének nékünk, mondván: Mi az Ő, a menny és föld Istenének szolgái vagyunk, és építjük e házat, mely ennekelőtte sok esztendőkön át meg vala építve, és Izráelnek egy nagy királya építé és végezé be azt.

And thus they returned us answer, saying, We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and build the house that was builded these many years ago, which a great king of Israel builded and set up.

Iată răspunsul pe care ni l-au dat: „Noi suntem slujitorii Dumnezeului cerurilor şi al pământului şi zidim din nou Casa care fusese zidită acum mulţi ani. Un mare împărat al lui Israel o zidise şi o isprăvise.

And this was their reply to us: ‘We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and we are rebuilding the house that was built many years ago, which a great king of Israel built and finished.

De miután atyáink haragra ingerelték a menny Istenét, ő a babilóniai káldeus királynak, Nebukadneccarnak a kezébe adta őket, aki lerombolta ezt a templomot, a népet pedig fogságba vitte Babilóniába.

De minekutána haragra ingerelték volt atyáink a mennynek Istenét, adá őket a Babilóniabeli Káldeus királynak, Nabukodonozornak kezébe, a ki e házat lerontotta, és a népet Babilóniába rabságra vitte.

But after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house, and carried the people away into Babylon.

Dar, după ce părinţii noştri au mâniat pe Dumnezeul cerurilor, El i-a dat în mâinile lui Nebucadneţar, împăratul Babilonului, haldeianul, care a nimicit Casa aceasta şi a luat pe popor rob la Babilon.

But because our fathers had angered the God of heaven, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house and carried away the people to Babylonia.

Azonban Círusnak, Babilónia királyának első esztendejében rendeletet adott ki Círus király, hogy építsék föl Istennek ezt a templomát.

Azonban Czírusnak, Babilónia királyának első esztendejében Czírus király szabadságot adott, hogy Istennek ezt a házát megépítenék.

But in the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon the same king Cyrus made a decree to build this house of God.

Totuşi în cel dintâi an al lui Cirus, împăratul Babilonului, împăratul Cirus a dat poruncă să se zidească din nou această Casă a lui Dumnezeu.

However, in the first year of Cyrus king of Babylon, Cyrus the king made a decree that this house of God should be rebuilt.

Sőt az Isten házához tartozó arany- és ezüstedényeket is, amelyeket Nebukadneccar elhozott a jeruzsálemi templomból, és bevitte azokat a babilóni templomba, Círus király kihozatta a babilóni templomból, és egy Sésbaccar nevű embernek adta át, akit helytartóul rendelt oda.

Sőt az Isten házához való arany és ezüst edényeket is, a melyeket Nabukodonozor hozott vala el a jeruzsálemi templomból s bevitte volt azokat a babilóniai templomba, kihozatá Czírus király a babilóniai templomból s adatá azokat annak a Sesbassár nevűnek, a kit helytartóul rendelt;

And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;

Şi chiar împăratul Cirus a scos din templul din Babilon uneltele de aur şi de argint ale Casei lui Dumnezeu, pe care le luase Nebucadneţar din Templul de la Ierusalim şi le dusese în templul din Babilon, le-a dat în mâna aşa-zisului Şeşbaţar, pe care l-a pus dregător,

And the gold and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple that was in Jerusalem and brought into the temple of Babylon, these Cyrus the king took out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered to one whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;

Ezt mondta neki: Vedd ezeket az edényeket, menj, és helyezd el a jeruzsálemi templomban, és építsétek föl Isten házát a régi helyén.

És monda néki: Vedd ez edényeket, menj és helyezd el azokat a jeruzsálemi templomba, és az Isten háza építtessék meg [előbbi] helyén.

And said unto him, Take these vessels, go, carry them into the temple that is in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be builded in his place.

şi i-a zis: „Ia uneltele acestea, du-te de le pune în Templul din Ierusalim şi să se zidească din nou Casa lui Dumnezeu pe locul unde era.”

and he said to him, “Take these vessels, go and put them in the temple that is in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be rebuilt on its site.”

Ekkor ez a Sésbaccar eljött, letette Isten házának alapkövét, amely Jeruzsálemben van, és attól fogva mindeddig épül, de még nem készült el.

Ekkor ez a Sesbassár eljött, letevé az Isten házának alapkövét, mely Jeruzsálemben van, és attól fogva mindeddig építtetik, és még sem végződött be.

Then came the same Sheshbazzar, and laid the foundation of the house of God which is in Jerusalem: and since that time even until now hath it been in building, and yet it is not finished.

Acest Şeşbaţar a venit, dar, şi a pus temeliile Casei lui Dumnezeu la Ierusalim. De atunci până acum se zideşte ea, şi nu s-a isprăvit.

Then this Sheshbazzar came and laid the foundations of the house of God that is in Jerusalem, and from that time until now it has been in building, and it is not yet finished.’

Most azért, ha tetszik a királynak, nézessen utána a király a kincstárban, ott Babilóniában, hogy valóban adott-e Círus király engedélyt Isten házának a fölépítésére, amely Jeruzsálemben van, és a király küldje meg nekünk döntését erre nézve.”

Mostan azért, ha tetszik a királynak, nézzen utána valaki a király kincstartó házában, ott Babilóniában, ha úgy van-é, hogy Czírus király szabadságot adott az Isten házának megépítésére, mely Jeruzsálemben van, s a király akaratját erre nézve küldje hozzánk."

Now therefore, if it seem good to the king, let there be search made in the king's treasure house, which is there at Babylon, whether it be so, that a decree was made of Cyrus the king to build this house of God at Jerusalem, and let the king send his pleasure to us concerning this matter.

Acum, dacă împăratul găseşte cu cale, să se facă cercetări în casa vistieriilor împăratului la Babilon, ca să vadă dacă s-a dat din partea împăratului Cirus o poruncă pentru zidirea Casei acesteia a lui Dumnezeu la Ierusalim. Apoi, să ne trimită împăratul voinţa lui asupra acestui lucru.”

Therefore, if it seems good to the king, let search be made in the royal archives there in Babylon, to see whether a decree was issued by Cyrus the king for the rebuilding of this house of God in Jerusalem. And let the king send us his pleasure in this matter.”
