Mert szeretném, ha tudnátok, hogy milyen nagy küzdelmem van értetek és azokért, akik Laodiceában vannak, és mindazokért, akik nem láttak engem személy szerint testben,

Mert akarom, hogy tudtotokra legyen, hogy milyen nagy tusakodásom van ti érettetek, és azokért, kik Laodiczeában vannak, és mindazokért, a kik nem láttak engem személy szerint e testben;

For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

Vreau, în adevăr, să ştiţi cât de mare luptă duc pentru voi, pentru cei din Laodiceea şi pentru toţi cei ce nu mi-au văzut faţa în trup;

For I want you to know how great a struggle I have for you and for those at Laodicea and for all who have not seen me face to face,

hogy szívük felbátorodjék, és szeretetben összeforrjon, hogy eljussanak az értelem meggyőződésének teljes gazdagságára, az Isten titkának, Krisztusnak a megismerésére.

Hogy vígasztalást vegyen az ő szívök, egybeköttetvén a szeretetben, és [hogy eljussanak] az értelem meggyőződésének teljes gazdagságára, az Isten és az Atya és a Krisztus ama titkának megismerésére,

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

pentru ca să li se îmbărbăteze inimile, să fie uniţi în dragoste şi să capete toate bogăţiile plinătăţii de pricepere, ca să cunoască taina lui Dumnezeu Tatăl, adică pe Hristos,

that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ,

Benne van elrejtve a bölcsesség és ismeret minden kincse.

A melyben van a bölcsességnek és ismeretnek minden kincse elrejtve.

In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

în care sunt ascunse toate comorile înţelepciunii şi ale ştiinţei.

Ezt pedig azért mondom, nehogy valaki titeket rászedjen hitető beszéddel.

And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

Spun lucrul acesta pentru ca nimeni să nu vă înşele prin vorbiri amăgitoare.

I say this in order that no one may delude you with plausible arguments.

Mert ha testben ugyan távol vagyok is tőletek, de lélekben veletek vagyok, és örömmel látom a szép rendet köztetek és Krisztusba vetett hitetek rendíthetetlenségét.

Mert jóllehet testben távol vagyok tőletek, mindazáltal lélekben veletek vagyok, örülvén és látván ti köztetek a jó rendet és Krisztusba vetett hiteteknek erősségét.

For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

Căci, măcar că sunt departe cu trupul, totuşi cu duhul sunt cu voi şi privesc cu bucurie la buna rânduială care domneşte între voi şi la tăria credinţei voastre în Hristos.

For though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the firmness of your faith in Christ.

Azért amint elfogadtátok a Krisztus Jézust, az Urat, úgy járjatok is őbenne,

Azért, a miképen vettétek a Krisztus Jézust, az Urat, [akképen ]járjatok Ő benne,

As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

Astfel, dar, după cum aţi primit pe Hristos Isus, Domnul, aşa să şi umblaţi în El,

Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him,

meggyökerezve és benne felépülve, megerősödve a hitben, bővölködve a hálaadásban, ahogyan arra tanítottak titeket.

Meggyökerezvén és tovább épülvén Ő benne, és megerősödvén a hitben, a miképen [arra] taníttattatok, bővölködvén abban hálaadással.

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

fiind înrădăcinaţi şi zidiţi în El, întăriţi prin credinţă, după învăţăturile care v-au fost date, şi sporind în ea cu mulţumiri către Dumnezeu.

rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

Vigyázzatok, hogy rabul ne ejtsen titeket valaki bölcselkedéssel és üres megtévesztéssel, amely emberi hagyományokon és a világ elemi tanításain alapul, és nem Krisztus szerinti.

Meglássátok, hogy senki ne legyen, a ki bennetek zsákmányt vet a bölcselkedés és üres csalás által, mely emberek rendelése szerint, a világ elemi tanításai szerint, és nem a Krisztus szerint való:

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Luaţi seama ca nimeni să nu vă fure cu filozofia şi cu o amăgire deşartă, după datina oamenilor, după învăţăturile începătoare ale lumii, şi nu după Hristos.

See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.

Mert benne lakozik az istenség egész teljessége testileg,

Mert Ő benne lakozik az istenségnek egész teljessége testileg,

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Căci în El locuieşte trupeşte toată plinătatea Dumnezeirii.

For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,

és ti benne vagytok beteljesedve, aki feje minden fejedelemségnek és hatalmasságnak.

És [ti] Ő benne vagytok bételjesedve, a ki feje minden fejedelemségnek és hatalmasságnak;

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Voi aveţi totul deplin în El, care este Capul oricărei domnii şi stăpâniri.

and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.

Benne vagytok körülmetélve is, kéz nélküli körülmetéléssel, levetve a bűn testét Krisztus körülmetélésében.

A kiben körül is metéltettetek kéz nélkül való körülmetéléssel, levetkezvén az érzéki bűnök testét a Krisztus körülmetélésében;

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

În El aţi fost tăiaţi împrejur, nu cu o tăiere împrejur făcută de mână, ci cu tăierea împrejur a lui Hristos, în dezbrăcarea de trupul poftelor firii noastre pământeşti,

In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,

Vele együtt vagytok eltemetve a keresztségben, és vele együtt fel is támadtatok az Isten erejébe vetett hit által, aki feltámasztotta őt a halottak közül.

Eltemettetvén Ő vele együtt a keresztségben, a kiben egyetemben fel is támasztattatok az Isten erejébe vetett hit által, a ki feltámasztá Őt a halálból.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

fiind îngropaţi împreună cu El, prin botez, şi înviaţi în El şi împreună cu El, prin credinţa în puterea lui Dumnezeu care L-a înviat din morţi.

having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead.

És titeket, akik halottak voltatok a bűnökben és testetek körülmetéletlenségében, vele együtt megelevenített, és megbocsátotta minden bűnünket.

És titeket, kik holtak valátok a bűnökben és a ti testeteknek körülmetéletlenségében, megelevenített együtt Ő vele, megbocsátván minden bűnötöket,

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Pe voi, care eraţi morţi în greşelile voastre şi în firea voastră pământească netăiată împrejur, Dumnezeu v-a adus la viaţă împreună cu El, după ce ne-a iertat toate greşelile.

And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

Eltörölte az ellenünk szóló rendelkezéseivel minket terhelő adóslevelet, félretette az útból, és odaszegezte a keresztfára.

Az által, hogy eltörölte a parancsolatokban ellenünk szóló kézírást, a mely ellenünkre volt nekünk, és azt eltette az útból, odaszegezvén azt a keresztfára;

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

A şters zapisul cu poruncile lui, care stătea împotriva noastră şi ne era potrivnic, şi l-a nimicit, pironindu-l pe cruce.

by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.

Lefegyverezte a fejedelemségeket és a hatalmasságokat, nyilvánosan pellengérre állította őket, diadalmaskodva rajtuk a kereszten.

Lefegyverezvén a fejedelemségeket és a hatalmasságokat, őket bátran mutogatta, diadalt vévén rajtok abban.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

A dezbrăcat domniile şi stăpânirile şi le-a făcut de ocară înaintea lumii, după ce a ieşit biruitor asupra lor prin cruce.

He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

Senki titeket el ne ítéljen evésért, ivásért vagy ünnep vagy újhold vagy szombat miatt,

Senki azért titeket meg ne ítéljen evésért, vagy ivásért, avagy ünnep, vagy újhold, vagy szombat dolgában:

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Nimeni, dar, să nu vă judece cu privire la mâncare sau băutură, sau cu privire la o zi de sărbătoare, cu privire la o lună nouă sau cu privire la o zi de Sabat,

Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath.

amelyek csak árnyékai az eljövendőknek, de a valóság Krisztusé.

Melyek [csak] árnyékai a következendő dolgoknak, de a valóság a Krisztusé.

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

care sunt umbra lucrurilor viitoare, dar trupul este al lui Hristos.

These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ.

Senki tőletek a győzelmi pálmát el ne vegye, aki alázatoskodásban és az angyalok tiszteletében tetszeleg, látomásaival eltelve, és test szerinti gondolkozással ok nélkül felfuvalkodik,

Senki tőletek a pálmát el ne vegye, kedvét találván alázatoskodásban és az angyalok tisztelésében, a melyeket nem látott, olyakat tudakozván, ok nélkül felfuvalkodván az ő testének értelmével.

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Nimeni să nu vă răpească premiul alergării, făcându-şi voia lui însuşi, printr-o smerenie şi închinare la îngeri, amestecându-se în lucruri pe care nu le-a văzut, umflat de o mândrie deşartă, prin gândurile firii lui pământeşti,

Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind,

és nem ragaszkodik a Főhöz, akiből az egész test kapcsok és kötelékek által támogatva és összetartva növekedik Isten szerint való növekedéssel.

És nem ragaszkodván a Főhöz, a Kiből az egész test, a kapcsok és kötelek által segedelmet vévén és egybeszerkesztetvén, nevekedik az Isten szerint való nevekedéssel.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

şi nu se ţine strâns de Capul din care tot trupul, hrănit şi bine închegat, cu ajutorul încheieturilor şi legăturilor, îşi primeşte creşterea pe care i-o dă Dumnezeu.

and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

Ha tehát Krisztussal meghaltatok a világ elemei számára, miért terhelitek magatokat rendelkezéseikkel, mintha a világban élnétek –

Ha meghalván a Krisztussal, [megszabadultatok] e világ elemi tanításaitól, miért terheltetitek magatokat, mintha e világban élők volnátok, efféle rendelésekkel:

Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

Dacă aţi murit împreună cu Hristos faţă de învăţăturile începătoare ale lumii, de ce, ca şi cum aţi trăi încă în lume, vă supuneţi la porunci ca acestea:

If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations—

ne fogd meg, meg se kóstold, még csak meg se érintsd –,

Ne fogd meg, meg se kóstold, még csak ne is illesd.

(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

„Nu lua, nu gusta, nu atinge cutare lucru!”?

“Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch”

amelyek mind arra valók, hogy elfogyasztva megsemmisüljenek; az emberek parancsolatai és tanításai szerint,

(A mik mind a velök való élés által elfogyasztásra vannak rendelve), az emberek parancsolatai és tanításai szerint?

Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

Toate aceste lucruri, care pier odată cu întrebuinţarea lor şi sunt întemeiate pe porunci şi învăţături omeneşti,

(referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings?

amelyek ugyan bölcsességnek látszanak a maga választotta vallásoskodásban, az alázatoskodásban és a test sanyargatásában, de nincs bennük semmi becses, csak a test kielégítésére vannak.

A melyek bölcsességnek látszanak ugyan a magaválasztotta istentiszteletben és alázatoskodásban és a test gyötrésében; de nincs bennök semmi becsülni való, [mivelhogy] a test hízlalására valók.

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

au, în adevăr, o înfăţişare de înţelepciune, într-o închinare voită, o smerenie şi asprime faţă de trup, dar nu sunt de niciun preţ împotriva gâdilării firii pământeşti.

These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.
