Lássátok, milyen nagy szeretetet adott nekünk az Atya: Isten gyermekeinek neveznek, és azok is vagyunk! A világ azért nem ismer minket, mert nem ismerte meg őt.

Lássátok milyen nagy szeretetet adott nékünk az Atya, hogy Isten fiainak neveztetünk! A világ azért nem ismer minket, mert nem ismerte meg Őt.

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

Vedeţi ce dragoste ne-a arătat Tatăl, să ne numim copii ai lui Dumnezeu! Şi suntem. Lumea nu ne cunoaşte, pentru că nu L-a cunoscut nici pe El.

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

Szeretteim, most Isten gyermekei vagyunk, és még nem lett nyilvánvalóvá, hogy mivé leszünk. De tudjuk, hogy ha nyilvánvalóvá lesz, hasonlókká leszünk őhozzá, és meg fogjuk őt látni, amint van.

Szeretteim, most Isten gyermekei vagyunk, és még nem lett nyilvánvalóvá, hogy mivé leszünk. De tudjuk, hogy ha nyilvánvalóvá lesz, hasonlókká leszünk Ő hozzá; mert meg fogjuk őt látni, a mint van.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Preaiubiţilor, acum suntem copii ai lui Dumnezeu. Şi ce vom fi nu s-a arătat încă. Dar ştim că, atunci când Se va arăta El, vom fi ca El; pentru că Îl vom vedea aşa cum este.

Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.

És akiben megvan ez a reménység iránta, az mind megtisztítja magát, ahogyan ő is tiszta.

And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Oricine are nădejdea aceasta în El se curăţă, după cum El este curat.

And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.

Mindaz, aki bűnt követ el, a törvényt is megszegi, mert a bűn törvényszegés.

Valaki a bűnt cselekszi, az a törvénytelenséget is cselekszi; a bűn pedig a törvénytelenség.

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Oricine face păcat face şi fărădelege; şi păcatul este fărădelege.

Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.

Tudjátok, hogy ő azért jelent meg, hogy a mi bűneinket elvegye, és őbenne nincsen bűn.

És tudjátok, hogy ő azért jelent meg, hogy a mi bűneinket elvegye; és ő benne nincsen bűn.

And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

Şi ştiţi că El S-a arătat ca să ia păcatele; şi în El nu este păcat.

You know that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in him there is no sin.

Aki őbenne marad, egy sem vétkezik; aki vétkezik, nem látta őt, és nem is ismerte meg őt.

A ki ő benne marad, egy sem esik bűnbe; a ki bűnbe esik, egy sem látta őt, sem meg nem ismerte őt.

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

Oricine rămâne în El nu păcătuieşte; oricine păcătuieşte nu L-a văzut, nici nu L-a cunoscut.

No one who abides in him keeps on sinning; no one who keeps on sinning has either seen him or known him.

Gyermekeim, senki se tévesszen meg titeket: aki az igazságot cselekszi, az igaz, mint ahogyan ő is igaz;

Fiacskáim! senki el ne hitessen benneteket: a ki az igazságot cselekszi, igaz az, a miként Ő is igaz:

Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

Copilaşilor, nimeni să nu vă înşele! Cine trăieşte în neprihănire este neprihănit, cum El însuşi este neprihănit.

Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous.

aki a bűnt cselekszi, az ördögtől van, mert az ördög kezdettől fogva vétkezik. Azért jelent meg az Isten Fia, hogy az ördög munkáit lerontsa.

A ki a bűnt cselekszi az ördögből van; mert az ördög kezdettől fogva bűnben leledzik. Azért jelent meg az Istennek Fia, hogy az ördög munkáit lerontsa.

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Cine păcătuieşte este de la diavolul, căci diavolul păcătuieşte de la început. Fiul lui Dumnezeu S-a arătat ca să nimicească lucrările diavolului.

Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.

Senki sem cselekszik bűnt, aki Istentől született, mert benne marad annak magva, és nem vétkezhet, mert Istentől született.

Senki sem cselekszik bűnt, a ki az Istentől született, mert benne marad annak magva; és nem cselekedhetik bűnt, mivelhogy Istentől született.

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Oricine este născut din Dumnezeu nu păcătuieşte, pentru că sămânţa Lui rămâne în el; şi nu poate păcătui, fiindcă este născut din Dumnezeu.

No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God’s seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God.

Erről ismerhetők meg az Isten gyermekei és az ördög gyermekei: aki nem cselekszi az igazságot, az nincs Istentől, és az sem, aki nem szereti a testvérét.

Erről ismerhetők meg az Isten gyermekei és az ördög gyermekei: a ki igazságot nem cselekszik, az egy sem az Istentől való, és az [sem], a ki nem szereti az ő atyjafiát.

In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

Prin aceasta se cunosc copiii lui Dumnezeu şi copiii diavolului. Oricine nu trăieşte în neprihănire nu este de la Dumnezeu; nici cine nu iubeşte pe fratele său.

By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.

For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

Căci vestirea pe care aţi auzit-o de la început este aceasta: să ne iubim unii pe alţii;

For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

Nem úgy, mint Kain, aki a gonosztól volt, és meggyilkolta a testvérét. És miért gyilkolta meg? Mivel az ő cselekedetei gonoszok voltak, a testvére cselekedetei pedig igazak.

Nem úgy, mint Kain, [aki] a gonosztól vala, és meggyilkolá az ő testvérét. És miért gyilkolta meg azt? Mivel az ő cselekedetei gonoszok valának, a testvéreié pedig igazak.

Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.

nu cum a fost Cain, care era de la cel rău şi a ucis pe fratele său. Şi pentru ce l-a ucis? Pentru că faptele lui erau rele, iar ale fratelui său erau neprihănite.

We should not be like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own deeds were evil and his brother’s righteous.

Ne csodálkozzatok, testvéreim, ha gyűlöl titeket a világ.

Ne csodálkozzatok atyámfiai, ha gyűlöl titeket a világ!

Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

Nu vă miraţi, fraţilor, dacă vă urăşte lumea.

Do not be surprised, brothers, that the world hates you.

Mi tudjuk, hogy átmentünk a halálból az életbe, mert szeretjük a testvéreinket. Aki nem szeret, a halálban marad.

Mi tudjuk, hogy általmentünk a halálból az életbe, mert szeretjük a mi atyánkfiait. A ki nem szereti az ő atyjafiát, a halálban marad.

We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

Noi ştim că am trecut din moarte la viaţă, pentru că iubim pe fraţi. Cine nu iubeşte pe fratele său rămâne în moarte.

We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love abides in death.

Aki gyűlöli a testvérét, az embergyilkos, és tudjátok, hogy egy embergyilkosnak sincs örök élete őbenne.

A ki gyűlöli az ő atyjafiát, mind embergyilkos az: és tudjátok, hogy egy embergyilkosnak sincs örök élete, a mi megmaradhatna ő benne.

Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

Oricine urăşte pe fratele său este un ucigaş; şi ştiţi că niciun ucigaş n-are viaţa veşnică rămânând în el.

Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

Arról ismertük meg a szeretetet, hogy ő az életét adta értünk: ezért mi is kötelesek vagyunk odaadni életünket a testvéreinkért.

Arról ismertük meg a szeretetet, hogy Ő az ő életét adta érettünk: mi is kötelesek vagyunk odaadni életünket a mi atyánkfiaiért.

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Noi am cunoscut dragostea Lui prin aceea că El Şi-a dat viaţa pentru noi; şi noi deci trebuie să ne dăm viaţa pentru fraţi.

By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.

Akinek megvan a megélhetése a világban, de elnézi, hogy a testvére szükséget szenved, és bezárja előtte a szívét, hogyan maradhat meg abban Isten szeretete?

A kinek pedig van miből élnie e világon, és elnézi, hogy az ő atyjafia szükségben van, és elzárja attól az ő szívét, miképen marad meg abban az Isten szeretete?

But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

Dar cine are bogăţiile lumii acesteia, şi vede pe fratele său în nevoie, şi îşi închide inima faţă de el, cum rămâne în el dragostea de Dumnezeu?

But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him?

Gyermekeim, ne szóval szeressünk, ne is nyelvvel, hanem cselekedettel és valósággal.

Fiacskáim, ne szóval szeressünk, se nyelvvel; hanem cselekedettel és valósággal.

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

Copilaşilor, să nu iubim cu vorba, nici cu limba, ci cu fapta şi cu adevărul.

Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

Erről ismerjük meg, hogy az igazságból valók vagyunk, és ebben nyugszik meg szívünk előtte,

És erről ismerjük meg, hogy mi az igazságból vagyunk, és így tesszük bátorságosakká ő előtte a mi szíveinket.

And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.

Prin aceasta vom cunoaşte că suntem din adevăr şi ne vom linişti inimile înaintea Lui,

By this we shall know that we are of the truth and reassure our heart before him;

valahányszor vádol minket a szív, mert Isten nagyobb a mi szívünknél, és mindent tud.

Hogy ha vádol minket a szív, mivelhogy nagyobb az Isten a mi szívünknél, és mindent tud.

For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

în orice ne osândeşte inima noastră; căci Dumnezeu este mai mare decât inima noastră şi cunoaşte toate lucrurile.

for whenever our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows everything.

Szeretteim, ha szívünk nem vádol minket, bizodalmunk van Istenhez,

Szeretteim, ha szívünk nem vádol minket, bizodalmunk van az Istenhez;

Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.

Preaiubiţilor, dacă nu ne osândeşte inima noastră, avem îndrăzneală la Dumnezeu.

Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God;

és akármit kérjünk, megkapjuk tőle, mert megtartjuk a parancsolatait, és azokat tesszük, amik kedvesek előtte.

És akármit kérjünk, megnyerjük tőle, mert megtartjuk az ő parancsolatait, és azokat cselekeszszük, a mik kedvesek előtte.

And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

Şi orice vom cere vom căpăta de la El, fiindcă păzim poruncile Lui şi facem ce este plăcut înaintea Lui.

and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him.

Ez pedig az ő parancsolata, hogy higgyünk az ő Fiának, Jézus Krisztusnak nevében, és szeressük egymást, amint megparancsolta nekünk.

Ez pedig az ő parancsolata, hogy higyjünk az ő Fiának, a Jézus Krisztusnak nevében, és szeressük egymást, a mint megparancsolta nékünk.

And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

Şi porunca Lui este să credem în Numele Fiului Său, Isus Hristos, şi să ne iubim unii pe alţii, cum ne-a poruncit El.

And this is his commandment, that we believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as he has commanded us.

És aki az ő parancsolatait megtartja, az őbenne marad és ő is abban. Azt, hogy ő bennünk marad, a Lélektől tudjuk meg, akit nekünk adott.

És a ki az ő parancsolatait megtartja, az Ő benne marad és Ő is abban; és abból ismerjük meg, hogy bennünk marad, abból a Lélekből, a melyet nékünk adott.

And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

Cine păzeşte poruncile Lui rămâne în El, şi El în el. Şi cunoaştem că El rămâne în noi prin Duhul pe care ni L-a dat.

Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit whom he has given us.
