Gyermekeim, ezt azért írom nektek, hogy ne vétkezzetek. És ha vétkezik valaki, van szószólónk az Atyánál, az igaz Jézus Krisztus,

Én fiacskáim, ezeket azért írom néktek, hogy ne vétkezzetek. És ha valaki vétkezik, van Szószólónk az Atyánál, az igaz Jézus Krisztus.

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

Copilaşilor, vă scriu aceste lucruri ca să nu păcătuiţi. Dar, dacă cineva a păcătuit, avem la Tatăl un Mijlocitor, pe Isus Hristos, Cel Neprihănit.

My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

mert ő engesztelő áldozat a mi vétkeinkért, de nemcsak a mienkért, hanem az egész világéért is.

És ő engesztelő áldozat a mi vétkeinkért; de nemcsak a mienkért, hanem az egész világért is.

And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

El este jertfa de ispăşire pentru păcatele noastre; şi nu numai pentru ale noastre, ci pentru ale întregii lumi.

He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.

És abból tudjuk meg, hogy megismertük őt, hogy megtartjuk a parancsolatait.

És arról tudjuk meg, hogy megismertük őt, ha az ő parancsolatait megtartjuk.

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

Şi prin aceasta ştim că Îl cunoaştem, dacă păzim poruncile Lui.

And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments.

Aki ezt mondja: „Ismerem őt”, de nem tartja meg a parancsolatait, az hazug, és nincs meg abban az igazság.

A ki ezt mondja: Ismerem őt, és az ő parancsolatait nem tartja meg, hazug az, és nincs meg abban az igazság.

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Cine zice: „Îl cunosc”, şi nu păzeşte poruncile Lui, este un mincinos, şi adevărul nu este în el.

Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him,

Aki pedig megtartja az ő beszédét, abban valósággal teljessé lett Isten szeretete. Ebből tudjuk meg, hogy őbenne vagyunk:

A ki pedig megtartja az ő beszédét, abban valósággal teljessé lett az Isten szeretete. Erről tudjuk meg, hogy ő benne vagyunk;

But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

Dar cine păzeşte Cuvântul Lui, în el dragostea lui Dumnezeu a ajuns desăvârşită; prin aceasta ştim că suntem în El.

but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him:

He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

Cine zice că rămâne în El trebuie să trăiască şi el cum a trăit Isus.

whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

Szeretteim, nem új parancsolatot írok nektek, hanem régi parancsolatot, amely megvolt bennetek kezdettől fogva; a régi parancsolat az ige, amelyet hallottatok kezdettől fogva.

Atyámfiai, nem új parancsolatot írok néktek, hanem régi parancsolatot, a mely előttetek volt kezdettől fogva; a régi parancsolat az íge, a melyet hallottatok kezdettől fogva.

Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.

Preaiubiţilor, nu vă scriu o poruncă nouă, ci o poruncă veche pe care aţi avut-o de la început. Porunca aceasta veche este Cuvântul pe care l-aţi auzit.

Beloved, I am writing you no new commandment, but an old commandment that you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word that you have heard.

Viszont új parancsolatot írok nektek, amely igaz őbenne és tibennetek, mert a sötétség szűnni kezd, és az igazi világosság már fénylik.

Viszont új parancsolatot írok néktek, a mi igaz ő benne és ti bennetek; mert a sötétség szűnni kezd, és az igaz világosság már fénylik.

Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.

Totuşi vă scriu o poruncă nouă, lucru care este adevărat atât cu privire la El, cât şi cu privire la voi; căci întunericul se împrăştie, şi lumina adevărată şi răsare chiar.

At the same time, it is a new commandment that I am writing to you, which is true in him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining.

Aki azt mondja, hogy a világosságban van, és gyűlöli a testvérét, az még mindig a sötétségben van.

A ki azt mondja, hogy a világosságban van, és gyűlöli az ő atyjafiát az még mindig a sötétségben van.

He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.

Cine zice că este în lumină, şi urăşte pe fratele său, este încă în întuneric până acum.

Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness.

Aki szereti a testvérét, az a világosságban marad, és nincs benne megbotránkoztató,

A ki szereti az ő atyjafiát a világosságban marad, és nincs benne botránkozásra való.

He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

Cine iubeşte pe fratele său rămâne în lumină, şi în el nu este niciun prilej de poticnire.

Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in him there is no cause for stumbling.

But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

Írok nektek, apák, mert megismertétek azt, aki kezdettől fogva van. Írok nektek, ifjak, mert legyőztétek a gonoszt.

Írok néktek atyák, mert megismertétek azt, a ki kezdettől fogva van. Írok néktek ifjak, mert meggyőztétek a gonoszt. Írok néktek fiacskák, mert megismertétek az Atyát.

I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.

Vă scriu, părinţilor, fiindcă aţi cunoscut pe Cel ce este de la început. Vă scriu, tinerilor, fiindcă aţi biruit pe cel rău. V-am scris, copilaşilor, fiindcă aţi cunoscut pe Tatăl.

I am writing to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I am writing to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, children, because you know the Father.

Írtam nektek, gyermekek, mert megismertétek az Atyát. Írtam nektek, apák, mert megismertétek azt, aki kezdettől fogva van. Írtam nektek, ifjak, mert erősek vagytok, Isten igéje megmarad bennetek, és legyőztétek a gonoszt.

Írtam néktek atyák, mert megismertétek azt, a ki kezdettől fogva van. Írtam néktek ifjak, mert erősek vagytok, és az Isten ígéje megmarad bennetek, és meggyőztétek a gonoszt.

I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

V-am scris, părinţilor, fiindcă aţi cunoscut pe Cel ce este de la început. V-am scris, tinerilor, fiindcă sunteţi tari, şi Cuvântul lui Dumnezeu rămâne în voi, şi aţi biruit pe cel rău.

I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

Ne szeressétek a világot, se azokat, amik a világban vannak. Ha valaki a világot szereti, abban nincs meg az Atya szeretete.

Ne szeressétek a világot, se azokat, a mik a világban vannak. Ha valaki a világot szereti, nincs meg abban az Atya szeretete.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Nu iubiţi lumea, nici lucrurile din lume. Dacă iubeşte cineva lumea, dragostea Tatălui nu este în el.

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Mert mindaz, ami a világban van – a test kívánsága és a szemek kívánsága és az élet kérkedése –, nem az Atyától van, hanem a világból.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Căci tot ce este în lume: pofta firii pământeşti, pofta ochilor şi lăudăroşia vieţii, nu este de la Tatăl, ci din lume.

For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world.

A világ elmúlik és annak kívánsága is, de aki Isten akaratát cselekszi, megmarad örökké.

És a világ elmúlik, és annak kívánsága is; de a ki az Isten akaratát cselekszi, megmarad örökké.

And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Şi lumea şi pofta ei trec; dar cine face voia lui Dumnezeu rămâne în veac.

And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.

Gyermekeim, itt az utolsó óra, és amint hallottátok, az antikrisztus eljön, most pedig sok antikrisztus támadt, amiből tudjuk, hogy itt az utolsó óra.

Fiacskáim, itt az utolsó óra; és a mint hallottátok, hogy az antikrisztus eljő, így most sok antikrisztus támadt; a honnan tudjuk, hogy itt az utolsó óra.

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Copilaşilor, este ceasul cel de pe urmă. Şi, după cum aţi auzit că are să vină Antihrist, să ştiţi că acum s-au ridicat mulţi antihrişti: prin aceasta cunoaştem că este ceasul de pe urmă.

Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour.

Közülünk váltak ki, de nem voltak közülünk valók, mert ha közülünk valók lettek volna, velünk maradtak volna. De nyilvánvalóvá kellett lennie, hogy nem mind közülünk valók.

Közülünk váltak ki, de nem voltak közülünk valók; mert ha közülünk valók lettek volna, velünk maradtak volna; de hogy nyilvánvalóvá legyen felőlük, hogy nem mindnyájan közülünk valók.

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

Ei au ieşit din mijlocul nostru, dar nu erau dintre ai noştri. Căci, dacă ar fi fost dintre ai noştri, ar fi rămas cu noi; ci au ieşit, ca să se arate că nu toţi sunt dintre ai noştri.

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us.

Nektek pedig kenetetek van a Szenttől, és ezt tudjátok mindnyájan.

És néktek kenetetek van a Szenttől, és mindent tudtok.

But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

Dar voi aţi primit ungerea din partea Celui Sfânt şi ştiţi orice lucru.

But you have been anointed by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge.

Nem azért írtam nektek, mivel nem ismeritek az igazságot, hanem mivel ismeritek azt, és mivel semmiféle hazugság nincs az igazságból.

Nem azért írtam néktek, mivel nem ismeritek az igazságot, hanem mivel ismeritek azt, és mivel semmi sincsen az igazságból, a mi hazugság.

I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

V-am scris nu că n-aţi cunoaşte adevărul, ci pentru că îl cunoaşteţi şi ştiţi că nicio minciună nu vine din adevăr.

I write to you, not because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie is of the truth.

Ki a hazug, ha nem az, aki tagadja, hogy Jézus a Krisztus? Ez az antikrisztus, aki tagadja az Atyát és a Fiút.

Ki a hazug, ha nem az, a ki tagadja hogy a Jézus a Krisztus? Ez az antikrisztus, a ki tagadja az Atyát és a Fiút.

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

Cine este mincinosul, dacă nu cel ce tăgăduieşte că Isus este Hristosul? Acela este Antihristul, care tăgăduieşte pe Tatăl şi pe Fiul.

Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son.

Aki tagadja a Fiút, azé nem lehet az Atya sem, aki vallást tesz a Fiúról, azé az Atya is.

Senkiben nincs meg az Atya, a ki tagadja a Fiút. A ki vallást tesz a Fiúról, abban az Atya is megvan.

Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

Oricine tăgăduieşte pe Fiul n-are pe Tatăl. Oricine mărturiseşte pe Fiul are şi pe Tatăl.

No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also.

Amit azért kezdettől hallottatok, az maradjon meg bennetek. Ha bennetek marad az, amit kezdettől fogva hallottatok, ti is megmaradtok a Fiúban és az Atyában.

A mit azért ti kezdettől hallottatok, az maradjon meg bennetek. Ha bennetek marad az, a mit kezdettől fogva hallottatok, ti is az Atyában és a Fiúban maradtok.

Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

Ce aţi auzit de la început, aceea să rămână în voi. Dacă rămâne în voi ce aţi auzit de la început, şi voi veţi rămâne în Fiul şi în Tatăl.

Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father.

Az az ígéret pedig, amelyet ő maga ígért nekünk, az örök élet.

És az az ígéret, a melyet ő ígért nékünk: az örök élet.

And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

Şi făgăduinţa pe care ne-a făcut-o El este aceasta: viaţa veşnică.

And this is the promise that he made to us—eternal life.

Ezeket írtam nektek azokról, akik félrevezetnek titeket,

Ezeket írtam néktek azok felől, a kik elhitetnek titeket.

These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

V-am scris aceste lucruri în vederea celor ce caută să vă rătăcească.

I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you.

de az a kenet, amelyet tőle kaptatok, bennetek marad, ezért nincs szükségetek arra, hogy bárki tanítson titeket, hanem az ő kenete megtanít titeket mindenre, és az igaz, nem pedig hazugság. Ahogyan megtanított titeket, úgy maradjatok meg őbenne.

És az a kenet, a melyet ti kaptatok tőle, bennetek marad, és [így] nincs szükségetek arra, hogy valaki tanítson titeket; hanem a mint az a kenet megtanít titeket mindenre, úgy igaz [is] az és nem hazugság, és a miként megtanított titeket, úgy maradjatok ő benne.

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Cât despre voi, ungerea pe care aţi primit-o de la El rămâne în voi şi n-aveţi trebuinţă să vă înveţe cineva; ci, după cum ungerea Lui vă învaţă despre toate lucrurile şi este adevărată, şi nu este o minciună, rămâneţi în El, după cum v-a învăţat ea.

But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.

És most, gyermekeim, maradjatok őbenne, hogy amikor megjelenik, bizalmunk legyen, és ne szégyenüljünk meg előtte az ő eljövetelekor.

És most, fiacskáim, maradjatok ő benne; hogy mikor megjelenik, bizodalmunk legyen, és meg ne szégyenüljünk előtte az ő eljövetelekor.

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Şi acum, copilaşilor, rămâneţi în El, pentru ca, atunci când Se va arăta El, să avem îndrăzneală şi, la venirea Lui, să nu rămânem de ruşine şi depărtaţi de El.

And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming.

Ha tudjátok, hogy ő igaz, tudjátok, hogy aki az igazságot cselekszi, az tőle született.

Ha tudjátok, hogy ő igaz, tudjátok, hogy a ki az igazságot cselekszi, az mind tőle született.

If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.

Dacă ştiţi că El este neprihănit, să ştiţi şi că oricine trăieşte în neprihănire este născut din El.

If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.
