Ez az ÚR szava, amelyet Zofóniásnak, Kúsi fiának mondott, aki Gedaljá fia, aki Amarjá fia, aki Hizkijjá fia volt, Jósiásnak, Ámón fiának, Júda királyának az idejében.

Az Úr igéje, a melyet szólt Sofóniásnak, a Kusi fiának, a ki Gedáliás fia, a ki Amariás fia, a ki Ezékiás fia, Jósiásnak az Amon fiának idejében.

The word of the LORD which came unto Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hizkiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.

Cuvântul Domnului care a fost spus lui Ţefania, fiul lui Cuşi, fiul lui Ghedalia, fiul lui Amaria, fiul lui Ezechia, pe vremea lui Iosia, fiul lui Amon, împăratul lui Iuda:

The word of the LORD that came to Zephaniah the son of Cushi, son of Gedaliah, son of Amariah, son of Hezekiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.

Elveszítek, mindent elveszítek e föld színéről – ezt mondja az ÚR.

Elvesztek, mindent elvesztek e föld színéről, azt mondja az Úr.

I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the LORD.

„Voi nimici totul de pe faţa pământului, zice Domnul.

“I will utterly sweep away everything from the face of the earth,” declares the LORD.

Elveszítek embert és állatot. Elveszítem az ég madarait, a tenger halait és a botránkoztatás eszközeit a gonoszokkal együtt. Az embert is kiirtom a föld színéről – ezt mondja az ÚR.

Elvesztek embert és barmot; elvesztem az ég madarait, és a tenger halait és a botránkoztatás eszközeit a hitetlenekkel együtt; az embert is kiirtom a föld színéről, azt mondja az Úr.

I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked: and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD.

Voi nimici oamenii şi vitele, păsările cerului şi peştii mării, pietrele de poticnire şi pe cei răi împreună cu ele; voi nimici cu desăvârşire pe oameni de pe faţa pământului, zice Domnul.

“I will sweep away man and beast; I will sweep away the birds of the heavens and the fish of the sea, and the rubble with the wicked. I will cut off mankind from the face of the earth,” declares the LORD.

Kinyújtom kezemet Júda ellen és Jeruzsálem minden lakója ellen, és kiirtom e helyről a Baal maradékát, a bálványpapok nevét a papokkal együtt,

I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;

Îmi voi întinde mâna împotriva lui Iuda şi împotriva tuturor locuitorilor Ierusalimului; voi nimici cu desăvârşire din locul acesta rămăşiţele lui Baal, numele slujitorilor săi şi preoţii împreună cu ei,

“I will stretch out my hand against Judah and against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off from this place the remnant of Baal and the name of the idolatrous priests along with the priests,

azokat, akik az ég serege előtt hajlonganak a háztetőkön, és azokat is, akik leborulnak, s az ÚRra esküsznek, de esküsznek a Molokjukra is.

Azokat is, a kik a háztetőkön az ég seregének hajlonganak; és azokat, a kik hajlonganak, esküdvén az Úrra, de esküsznek az ő Molokjokra is;

And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;

pe cei ce se închină pe acoperişuri înaintea oştirii cerurilor, pe cei ce se închină jurând pe Domnul, dar care jură şi pe împăratul lor, Malcam,

those who bow down on the roofs to the host of the heavens, those who bow down and swear to the LORD and yet swear by Milcom,

Kiirtom azokat is, akik elfordultak az ÚR követésétől, és nem keresik az URat, és nem tudakozódnak felőle.

Azokat is, a kik elfordultak az Úr követésétől, és a kik nem keresik az Urat és nem tudakoznak felőle.

And them that are turned back from the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him.

pe cei ce s-au abătut de la Domnul şi pe cei ce nu caută pe Domnul, nici nu întreabă de El.”

those who have turned back from following the LORD, who do not seek the LORD or inquire of him.”

Hallgass az ÚR, az én Istenem arca előtt, mert közel van az ÚR napja, amikor áldozatot készíttet az ÚR, és megszenteli meghívottait.

Hallgass az Úr Isten orczája előtt, mert közel van az Úrnak napja, mert áldozatot készíttetett az Úr, megszentelte az ő hivatalosait.

Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests.

Tăcere înaintea Domnului Dumnezeu! Căci ziua Domnului este aproape, căci Domnul a pregătit jertfa, Şi-a sfinţit oaspeţii.

Be silent before the Lord GOD! For the day of the LORD is near; the LORD has prepared a sacrifice and consecrated his guests.

Az ÚR áldozatának napján megbüntetem a fejedelmeket és a királyok fiait és mindazokat, akik idegen öltözetbe öltöznek.

És lészen az Úr áldozatának napján: megfenyítem majd a fejedelmeket és a királyok fiait és mindazokat, a kik idegen öltözetbe öltöztek.

And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD's sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king's children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.

„În ziua jertfei Domnului voi pedepsi pe voievozii şi fiii împăratului, şi pe toţi cei ce poartă haine străine.

And on the day of the LORD’s sacrifice— “I will punish the officials and the king’s sons and all who array themselves in foreign attire.

Azon a napon megbüntetem mindazokat, akik átugrálnak a küszöbön, s akik erőszakkal és csalárdsággal töltik meg uruk palotáját.

És megfenyítem mindazt, a ki a küszöbön ugrál ama napon, a kik erőszakkal és csalárdsággal töltik meg az ő uroknak házát.

In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters' houses with violence and deceit.

În ziua aceea voi pedepsi şi pe toţi cei ce sar peste prag, pe cei ce umplu de silnicie şi de înşelăciune casa stăpânului lor.

On that day I will punish everyone who leaps over the threshold, and those who fill their master’s house with violence and fraud.

Azon a napon – ezt mondja az ÚR – kiáltás hangzik a Hal-kapu felől, jajgatás az Újvárosból és nagy pusztulás robaja a halmok felől.

És lészen azon a napon, azt mondja az Úr, kiáltó szózat a hal-kaputól fogva, és jajgatás az alsó városból, és nagy recsegés a halmok felől.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and an howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills.

În ziua aceea, zice Domnul, se vor auzi strigăte de jale la poarta peştilor, urlete în cealaltă mahala a cetăţii şi un mare prăpăd pe dealuri.

“On that day,” declares the LORD, “a cry will be heard from the Fish Gate, a wail from the Second Quarter, a loud crash from the hills.

Jajgassatok, ti, akik a völgyben laktok, mert elpusztul az egész kereskedő nép, kiirtják mindazokat, aki ezüstöt mérnek!

Jajgassatok, ti, a kik a völgyben laktok, mert elpusztul az egész kalmár nép, kivágattatik minden, a ki ezüstöt mér.

Howl, ye inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the merchant people are cut down; all they that bear silver are cut off.

Văitaţi-vă, locuitori din Macteş. Căci toţi cei ce fac negoţ sunt nimiciţi, toţi cei încărcaţi cu argint sunt nimiciţi cu desăvârşire.

Wail, O inhabitants of the Mortar! For all the traders are no more; all who weigh out silver are cut off.

Abban az időben lámpással kutatom át Jeruzsálemet, és megbüntetem azokat, akik olyanok, mint a bor sepreje, s akik azt mondják szívükben: Nem cselekszik az ÚR sem jót, sem rosszat.

És lészen az időben, megmotozom majd Jeruzsálemet szövétnekkel, és megfenyítem azokat, a kik saját seprejökön hevernek, a kik ezt mondják szívökben: sem jót, sem rosszat nem cselekszik az Úr.

And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.

În vremea aceea voi scormoni Ierusalimul cu felinare şi voi pedepsi pe toţi oamenii care se bizuie pe drojdiile lor şi zic în inima lor: „Domnul nu va face nici bine, nici rău!”

At that time I will search Jerusalem with lamps, and I will punish the men who are complacent, those who say in their hearts, ‘The LORD will not do good, nor will he do ill.’

Gazdagságuk prédává lesz, házaik pedig pusztává. Ha házakat építenek is, nem laknak bennük, s ha szőlőt ültetnek is, nem isszák annak borát.

És gazdagságuk prédává lesz, házaik pedig pusztává. Építnek házakat, de nem lakják, és plántálnak szőlőket, de nem iszszák azoknak borát.

Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation: they shall also build houses, but not inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.

Averile lor vor fi de jaf, şi casele lor vor fi pustiite; vor zidi case, şi nu le vor locui, vor sădi vii, şi nu vor bea vin din ele.”

Their goods shall be plundered, and their houses laid waste. Though they build houses, they shall not inhabit them; though they plant vineyards, they shall not drink wine from them.”

Közel van az ÚR nagy napja, közel van, és igen hamar itt lesz. Keserves hang szól az ÚR napján, kiáltozik akkor a hős is.

Közel van az Úrnak nagy napja, közel van és igen siet; az Úr napjának szava keserves, kiáltoz azon a hős [is.]

The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.

Ziua cea mare a Domnului este aproape, este aproape şi vine în graba mare! Da, este aproape ziua cea amarnică a Domnului, şi viteazul ţipă cu amar.

The great day of the LORD is near, near and hastening fast; the sound of the day of the LORD is bitter; the mighty man cries aloud there.

Harag napja az a nap, szorongattatás és nyomorúság napja, pusztítás és pusztulás napja, sötétség és homály napja, felhő és ború napja.

That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

A day of wrath is that day, a day of distress and anguish, a day of ruin and devastation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.

o zi în care va răsuna trâmbiţa şi strigătele de război împotriva cetăţilor întărite şi turnurilor înalte.

a day of trumpet blast and battle cry against the fortified cities and against the lofty battlements.

Ínséget hozott az emberekre, és úgy járnak, mint a vakok, mert vétkeztek az ÚR ellen. Kiömlik a vérük, mint a por, és belső részük olyan lesz, mint a szemét.

És megszorongatom az embereket és járnak, mint a vakok, mert vétkeztek az Úr ellen, és kiontatik vérök, mint a por, és testök, mint szemét.

And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.

„Atunci voi pune pe oameni la strâmtorare, şi vor bâjbâi ca nişte orbi, pentru că au păcătuit împotriva Domnului; de aceea le voi vărsa sângele ca praful, şi carnea, ca gunoiul!”

I will bring distress on mankind, so that they shall walk like the blind, because they have sinned against the LORD; their blood shall be poured out like dust, and their flesh like dung.

Sem ezüstjük, sem aranyuk nem szabadíthatja meg őket az ÚR haragjának napján, amikor az ő féltő szeretetének tüze megemészti az egész földet. Mert végez, bizony hamarjában végez a föld minden lakójával.

Sem ezüstjök, sem aranyuk nem szabadíthatja meg őket az Úr haragjának napján, és az ő féltő szeretetének tüze megemészti az egész földet; mert véget vet, bizony hirtelen vet véget e föld minden lakosának.

Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

Nici argintul, nici aurul lor nu vor putea să-i izbăvească, în ziua mâniei Domnului; ci toată ţara va fi mistuită de focul geloziei Lui, căci va nimici deodată pe toţi locuitorii ţării.

Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them on the day of the wrath of the LORD. In the fire of his jealousy, all the earth shall be consumed; for a full and sudden end he will make of all the inhabitants of the earth.
