Az efezusi gyülekezet angyalának írd meg: Ezt mondja az, aki a jobb kezében tartja a hét csillagot, aki a hét arany gyertyatartó között jár:

Az Efézusbeli gyülekezet angyalának írd meg: Ezeket mondja az, a ki az ő jobbkezében tartja a hét csillagot, a ki jár a hét arany gyertyatartó között:

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

Îngerului Bisericii din Efes scrie-i: „Iată ce zice Cel ce ţine cele şapte stele în mâna dreaptă şi Cel ce umblă prin mijlocul celor şapte sfeşnice de aur:

“To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: ‘The words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks among the seven golden lampstands.

tudom a te dolgaidat, fáradozásodat, kitartásodat, és hogy a gonoszokat nem szenvedheted, és próbára tetted azokat, akik apostoloknak mondják magukat, holott nem azok, és hazugnak találtad őket.

Tudom a te dolgaidat, és a te fáradságodat és tűrésedet, és hogy a gonoszokat nem szenvedheted, és megkísértetted azokat, a kik apostoloknak mondják magokat, holott nem azok, és hazugoknak találtad őket;

I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

„Ştiu faptele tale, osteneala ta şi răbdarea ta, şi că nu poţi suferi pe cei răi; că ai pus la încercare pe cei ce zic că sunt apostoli, şi nu sunt, şi i-ai găsit mincinoşi.

“‘I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false.

Kitartó vagy, terhet viseltél az én nevemért, és nem fáradtál el.

És [terhet] viseltél, és béketűrő vagy, és az én nevemért fáradoztál és nem fáradtál el.

And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

Ştiu că ai răbdare, că ai suferit din pricina Numelui Meu şi că n-ai obosit.

I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary.

De az a panaszom ellened, hogy az első szeretetet elhagytad.

De az a [mondás]om ellened, hogy az első szeretetedet elhagytad.

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

Dar ce am împotriva ta este că ţi-ai părăsit dragostea dintâi.

But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.

Emlékezz vissza azért, honnan estél ki, és térj meg, és az előbbi cselekedeteket cselekedd, különben hamar eljövök ellened, és ha nem térsz meg, kimozdítom gyertyatartódat a helyéből.

Emlékezzél meg azért honnét estél ki, és térj meg, és az előbbi cselekedeteket cselekedd; ha pedig nem, hamar eljövök ellened, és a te gyertyatartódat kimozdítom helyéből, ha meg nem térsz.

Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Adu-ţi, dar, aminte de unde ai căzut; pocăieşte-te şi întoarce-te la faptele tale dintâi. Altfel, voi veni la tine şi-ţi voi lua sfeşnicul din locul lui, dacă nu te pocăieşti.

Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.

But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.

Ai însă lucrul acesta bun: că urăşti faptele nicolaiţilor, pe care şi Eu le urăsc.

Yet this you have: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Akinek van füle, hallja meg, mit mond a Lélek a gyülekezeteknek! Aki győz, annak enni adok az élet fájáról, amely az Isten paradicsomában van.

A kinek van füle, hallja, mit mond a Lélek a gyülekezeteknek. A győzedelmesnek enni adok az élet fájáról, a mely az Isten paradicsomának közepette van.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Cine are urechi să asculte ce zice bisericilor Duhul: „Celui ce va birui îi voi da să mănânce din pomul vieţii, care este în raiul lui Dumnezeu.”

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’

A Smirnabeli gyülekezet angyalának pedig írd meg: Ezt mondja az Első és Utolsó, a ki halott vala és él:

And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of the first and the last, who died and came to life.

tudok nyomorúságodról és szegénységedről, pedig gazdag vagy, és azok káromkodásáról, akik zsidóknak mondják magukat, pedig nem azok, hanem a Sátán zsinagógája.

Tudom a te dolgaidat és nyomorúságodat és szegénységedet (de gazdag vagy), és azoknak káromkodását, a kik azt mondják, hogy ők zsidók, és nem azok, hanem a Sátán zsinagógája.

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

„Ştiu necazul tău şi sărăcia ta (dar eşti bogat) şi batjocurile din partea celor ce zic că sunt iudei, şi nu sunt, ci sunt o sinagogă a Satanei.

“‘I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich) and the slander of those who say that they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

Semmit ne félj a rád váró szenvedésektől. Íme, az ördög börtönbe fog vetni néhányat közületek, hogy próbára tegyen, és tíz napig tartó nyomorúságotok lesz. Légy hű mindhalálig, és neked adom az élet koronáját.

Semmit ne félj azoktól, a miket szenvedned kell: Ímé a Sátán egynéhányat ti közületek a tömlöczbe fog vetni, hogy megpróbáltassatok; és lesz tíz napig való nyomorúságtok. Légy hív mind halálig, és néked adom az életnek koronáját.

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Nu te teme nicidecum de ce ai să suferi. Iată că diavolul are să arunce în temniţă pe unii din voi, ca să vă încerce. Şi veţi avea un necaz de zece zile. Fii credincios până la moarte, şi-ţi voi da cununa vieţii.”

Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.

Akinek van füle, hallja meg, mit mond a Lélek a gyülekezeteknek! Aki győz, annak nem árt a második halál.

A kinek van füle, hallja, mit mond a Lélek a gyülekezeteknek. A ki győz, annak nem árt a második halál.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Cine are urechi să asculte ce zice bisericilor Duhul: „Cel ce va birui nicidecum nu va fi vătămat de a doua moarte.”

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who conquers will not be hurt by the second death.’

A Pergámumbeli gyülekezet angyalának írd meg: Ezt mondja az, a kinél a kétélű éles kard van:

And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

Îngerului Bisericii din Pergam scrie-i: „Iată ce zice Cel ce are sabia ascuţită cu două tăişuri:

“And to the angel of the church in Pergamum write: ‘The words of him who has the sharp two-edged sword.

tudom, hogy hol laksz, ahol a Sátán trónja van, de nevemet megtartod, és nem tagadtad meg hitemet azokban a napokban sem, amikor megölték hű tanúmat, Antipászt nálatok, ahol a Sátán lakik.

Tudom a te dolgaidat, és hogy hol lakol, a hol a Sátán királyiszéke van; és az én nevemet megtartod, és az én hitemet nem tagadtad meg Antipásnak, az én hű bizonyságomnak napjaiban sem, a ki megöleték nálatok, a hol a Sátán lakik.

I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

„Ştiu unde locuieşti: acolo unde este scaunul de domnie al Satanei. Tu ţii Numele Meu şi n-ai lepădat credinţa Mea nici chiar în zilele acelea când Antipa, martorul Meu credincios, a fost ucis la voi, acolo unde locuieşte Satana.

“‘I know where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. Yet you hold fast my name, and you did not deny my faith even in the days of Antipas my faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

De van valami kevés panaszom ellened, mert vannak nálad olyanok, akik a Bálám tanítását tartják, aki arra tanította Bálákot, hogy tőrbe csalja Izráel fiait, hogy egyenek a bálványáldozatokból, és paráználkodjanak.

But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

Dar am ceva împotriva ta. Tu ai acolo nişte oameni care ţin de învăţătura lui Balaam, care a învăţat pe Balac să pună o piatră de poticnire înaintea copiilor lui Israel, ca să mănânce din lucrurile jertfite idolilor şi să se dedea la curvie.

But I have a few things against you: you have some there who hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, so that they might eat food sacrificed to idols and practice sexual immorality.

Így nálad is vannak olyanok, akik szintén a nikolaiták tanítását tartják.

Így vannak nálad is, a kik a Nikolaiták tanítását tartják, a mit gyűlölök.

So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.

Tot aşa, şi tu ai câţiva care, de asemenea, ţin învăţătura nicolaiţilor, pe care Eu o urăsc.

So also you have some who hold the teaching of the Nicolaitans.

Térj meg hát, különben ellened megyek hamar, és megvívok azokkal számnak kardjával.

Térj meg: ha pedig nem, ellened megyek hamar, és vívok azok ellen számnak kardjával.

Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Pocăieşte-te, dar. Altfel, voi veni la tine curând şi Mă voi război cu ei cu sabia gurii Mele.”

Therefore repent. If not, I will come to you soon and war against them with the sword of my mouth.

Akinek van füle, hallja meg, mit mond a Lélek a gyülekezeteknek! Aki győz, annak adok az elrejtett mannából, és adok annak fehér kövecskét, és a kövecskére írva új nevet, amelyet senki sem ismer, csak az, aki kapja.

A kinek van füle hallja, mit mond a Lélek a gyülekezeteknek. A győzedelmesnek enni adok az elrejtett mannából, és adok annak fehér kövecskét, és a kövecskén új írott nevet, a melyet senki nem tud, csak az, a ki kapja.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Cine are urechi să asculte ce zice bisericilor Duhul: „Celui ce va birui îi voi da să mănânce din mana ascunsă şi-i voi da o piatră albă; şi pe piatra aceasta este scris un nume nou pe care nu-l ştie nimeni decât acela care-l primeşte.”

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.’

A thiatirai gyülekezet angyalának pedig írd meg: Ezt mondja az Isten Fia, akinek a szeme olyan, mint a tűzláng, és akinek lába hasonló a fénylő érchez:

A Thiatirabeli gyülekezet angyalának pedig írd meg: Ezt mondja az Isten Fia, a kinek szemei olyanok, mint a tűzláng, és a kinek lábai hasonlók az ízzó fényű érczhez:

And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

“And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: ‘The words of the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and whose feet are like burnished bronze.

tudom a te dolgaidat, szeretetedet, hitedet, szolgálatodat, kitartásodat, és hogy az utóbbi cselekedeteid többek az elsőknél.

Tudom a te dolgaidat, és szeretetedet, szolgálatodat, és hitedet és tűrésedet, és hogy a te utolsó cselekedeteid többek az elsőknél.

I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

„Ştiu faptele tale, dragostea ta, credinţa ta, slujba ta, răbdarea ta şi faptele tale de pe urmă, că sunt mai multe decât cele dintâi.

“‘I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first.

Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

Dar iată ce am împotriva ta: tu laşi ca Izabela, femeia aceea care se zice prorociţă, să înveţe şi să amăgească pe robii Mei să se dedea la curvie şi să mănânce din lucrurile jertfite idolilor.

But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols.

And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality.

Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

Iată că am s-o arunc bolnavă în pat; şi celor ce preacurvesc cu ea am să le trimit un necaz mare, dacă nu se vor pocăi de faptele lor.

Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works,

gyermekeit pedig halállal sújtom, és megtudja valamennyi gyülekezet, hogy én vagyok a vesék és szívek vizsgálója, és mindnyájatoknak megfizetek cselekedeteitek szerint.

És az ő fiait megölöm halállal; és megtudják a gyülekezetek mind, hogy én vagyok a vesék és szívek vizsgálója; és mindeniteknek megfizetek a ti cselekedeteitek szerint.

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

Voi lovi cu moartea pe copiii ei. Şi toate bisericile vor cunoaşte că „Eu sunt Cel ce cercetez rinichii şi inima”; şi voi răsplăti fiecăruia din voi după faptele lui.

and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am he who searches mind and heart, and I will give to each of you according to your works.

Nektek pedig, a többi thiatirainak, akiknél nincs ez a tanítás, és akik – amint mondják – nem ismertétek meg a Sátán mélységeit, ezt mondom: Nem vetek rátok más terhet,

Néktek pedig azt mondom és mind a többi Thiatirabelieknek is, a kiknél nincsen e tudomány, és a kik nem ismerik a Sátán mélységeit, a mint ők nevezik: nem vetek reátok más terhet,

But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

Vouă însă tuturor celorlalţi din Tiatira, care nu aveţi învăţătura aceasta şi n-aţi cunoscut „adâncimile Satanei”, cum le numesc ei, vă zic: „Nu pun peste voi altă greutate.

But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not learned what some call the deep things of Satan, to you I say, I do not lay on you any other burden.

de amitek van, azt tartsátok meg addig, amíg eljövök!

Hanem a mi nálatok van, azt tartsátok meg addig, míg eljövök.

But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

Numai ţineţi cu tărie ce aveţi, până voi veni!

Only hold fast what you have until I come.

És aki győz, és aki mindvégig megtartja az én cselekedeteimet, annak hatalmat adok a pogányokon,

És a ki győz, és a ki mindvégig megőrzi az én cselekedeteimet, annak hatalmat adok a pogányokon;

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Celui ce va birui şi celui ce va păzi până la sfârşit lucrările Mele îi voi da stăpânire peste neamuri.

The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations,

hogy legeltesse őket vasvesszővel, és mint cserépedényeket, úgy fogja összetörni, amint én is hatalmat kaptam az én Atyámtól,

And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.

And I will give him the morning star.
