And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was made bright with his glory.

Hatalmas hangon így kiáltott: Leomlott, leomlott a nagy Babilon, és ördögök lakhelyévé lett, minden tisztátalan lélek börtönévé, és minden tisztátalan és utálatos madár börtönévé.

És kiálta [teljes] erejéből, nagy szóval mondván: Leomlott, leomlott a nagy Babilon, és lett ördögöknek lakhelyévé, minden tisztátalan léleknek tömlöczévé, és minden tisztátalan és gyűlölséges madárnak tömlöczévé.

And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

And he called out with a mighty voice, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast.

For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

For all nations have drunk the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich from the power of her luxurious living.”

És hallottam egy másik hangot a mennyből, amely ezt mondta: Menjetek ki belőle, én népem, hogy ne legyetek részesek bűneiben, és csapásai ne érjenek titeket!

És hallék más szózatot a mennyből, a mely ezt mondja vala: Fussatok ki belőle én népem, hogy ne legyetek részesek az ő bűneiben, és ne kapjatok az ő csapásaiból:

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Apoi am auzit din cer un alt glas, care zicea: „Ieşiţi din mijlocul ei, poporul Meu, ca să nu fiţi părtaşi la păcatele ei şi să nu fiţi loviţi cu urgiile ei!

Then I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues;

Mert bűnei az égig hatottak, és Isten megemlékezett gonoszságairól.

Mert az ő bűnei az égig hatottak, és megemlékezett az Isten az ő gonoszságairól.

For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

Pentru că păcatele ei s-au îngrămădit şi au ajuns până în cer; şi Dumnezeu Şi-a adus aminte de nelegiuirile ei.

for her sins are heaped high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.

Úgy fizessetek neki, ahogyan ő fizetett; kétszeresét adjátok vissza cselekedetei szerint, és amely pohárba öntött, ugyanabba töltsetek neki kétszeresen,

Fizessetek úgy néki, a mint ő fizetett néktek, és kétszerrel kettőztessétek meg néki az ő cselekedetei szerint; a mely pohárból itatott, ugyanabból két annyit töltsetek néki.

Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

Răsplătiţi-i cum v-a răsplătit ea şi întoarceţi-i de două ori cât faptele ei. Turnaţi-i îndoit în potirul în care a amestecat ea!

Pay her back as she herself has paid back others, and repay her double for her deeds; mix a double portion for her in the cup she mixed.

amennyire dicsőítette magát, és dőzsölt, annyi kínnal és gyásszal fizessetek neki, mert ezt mondja a szívében: Úgy ülök itt, mint egy királynő, és nem vagyok özvegy, és gyászt sohasem látok.

A mennyire dicsőítette magát és dobzódott, annyi kínnal és gyászszal fizessetek néki; mert ezt mondja az ő szívében: Úgy ülök, mint királynéasszony, és nem vagyok özvegy, és semmi gyászt nem látok.

How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

Pe cât s-a slăvit pe sine însăşi şi s-a desfătat în risipă, pe atât daţi-i chin şi tânguire! Pentru că zice în inima ei: „Şed ca împărăteasă, nu sunt văduvă şi nu voi şti ce este tânguirea!”

As she glorified herself and lived in luxury, so give her a like measure of torment and mourning, since in her heart she says, ‘I sit as a queen, I am no widow, and mourning I shall never see.’

Ezért egyetlen napon jönnek rá a csapások: halál, gyász és éhínség, és tűzben ég meg, mert erős az Úr, az Isten, aki megítéli őt.

Ennekokáért egy nap jőnek ő reá az ő csapásai: a halál, a gyász és az éhség; és tűzzel égettetik meg; mert erős az Úr, az Isten, a ki megbünteti őt.

Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

For this reason her plagues will come in a single day, death and mourning and famine, and she will be burned up with fire; for mighty is the Lord God who has judged her.”

Siratják és gyászolják őt a föld királyai, akik vele paráználkodtak és dőzsöltek, amikor látják égésének füstjét.

És siratják őt, és jajgatnak ő rajta a föld királyai, a kik vele paráználkodtak és dobzódtak, mikor az ő égésének füstjét látják,

And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

Şi împăraţii pământului, care au curvit şi s-au dezmierdat în risipă cu ea, când vor vedea fumul arderii ei, o vor plânge şi o vor boci.

And the kings of the earth, who committed sexual immorality and lived in luxury with her, will weep and wail over her when they see the smoke of her burning.

Gyötrelmétől való félelmükben jó távol állnak tőle, és így szólnak: Jaj, jaj, te nagy város, Babilon, te hatalmas város, mert egyetlen óra alatt jött el az ítéleted!

Nagy távol állva az ő kínjától való félelem miatt, mondván: Jaj! jaj! te nagy város, Babilon, te hatalmas város, hogy egy órában jött el ítéleted!

Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

Ei vor sta departe, de frică să nu cadă în chinul ei, şi vor zice: „Vai! Vai! Babilonul, cetatea cea mare, cetatea cea tare! Într-o clipă ţi-a venit judecata!” –

They will stand far off, in fear of her torment, and say, “Alas! Alas! You great city, you mighty city, Babylon! For in a single hour your judgment has come.”

A föld kereskedői is siratják és gyászolják őt, mert áruikat már senki sem vásárolja:

A föld kalmárai is siratják és jajgatják őt, mert az ő árúikat immár senki nem veszi;

And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

Negustorii pământului o plâng şi o jelesc, pentru că nimeni nu le mai cumpără marfa:

And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo anymore,

aranyat, ezüstöt, drágakövet, gyöngyöt, gyolcsot és bíbort, selymet és skarlátárukat, mindenféle tujafát és mindenféle elefántcsont edényt és nemes fából, rézből, vasból és márványkőből készült mindenféle edényt,

Arany és ezüst, és drágakő és gyöngy, és gyolcs és bíbor, és selyem és skárlátczikkeket; és minden thinfát és minden elefántcsontedényt, és drágafából és rézből és vasból és márványkőből [csinált] minden edényt;

The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

marfă de aur, de argint, de pietre scumpe, de mărgăritare, de in subţire, de purpură, de mătase şi de stacojiu; nici feluritele lor soiuri de lemn de tiin, tot felul de vase de fildeş, tot felul de vase de lemn foarte scump, de aramă, de fier şi de marmură;

cargo of gold, silver, jewels, pearls, fine linen, purple cloth, silk, scarlet cloth, all kinds of scented wood, all kinds of articles of ivory, all kinds of articles of costly wood, bronze, iron and marble,

fahéjat, balzsamot és illatszereket, mirhát és tömjént, bort és olajat, finomlisztet és gabonát, barmokat és juhokat, lovakat és kocsikat, rabszolgákat és emberek lelkeit.

És fahajat és illatszereket, és kenetet és tömjént, és bort és olajat, és zsemlyelisztet és gabonát, és barmokat és juhokat, és lovakat és kocsikat, és rabokat és emberek lelkeit.

And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

nici scorţişoara, nici mirodeniile, nici miroznele, nici mirul, nici tămâia, nici vinul, nici untdelemnul, nici făina bună de tot, nici grâul, nici boii, nici oile, nici caii, nici căruţele, nici robii, nici sufletele oamenilor.

cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour, wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and slaves, that is, human souls.

A gyümölcs, amelyet lelked kívánt, eltávozott tőled, és minden pompád és bőséged odaveszett, és többé meg nem találod őket.

És a gyümölcs, a mit a te lelked kívánt, eltávozott tőled, és minden a mi ínyes és pompás, eltávozott tőled, és többé azokat meg nem találod.

And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

Şi roadele atât de dorite sufletului tău s-au dus de la tine. Toate lucrurile alese, strălucite sunt pierdute pentru tine şi nu le vei mai găsi.

“The fruit for which your soul longed has gone from you, and all your delicacies and your splendors are lost to you, never to be found again!”

Akik ezekkel kereskedtek, és akik ezekből meggazdagodtak, távol állnak tőle, gyötrelmétől való félelmükben sírnak és gyászolnak,

Ezeknek árosai, a kik meggazdagodtak ő tőle, távol állanak az ő kínjától való félelem miatt, sírván és jajgatván,

The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

Cei ce fac negoţ cu aceste lucruri, care s-au îmbogăţit de pe urma ei, vor sta departe de ea, de frica chinului ei. Vor plânge, se vor tângui

The merchants of these wares, who gained wealth from her, will stand far off, in fear of her torment, weeping and mourning aloud,

és ezt mondják: Jaj, jaj a nagy városnak, amely gyolcsba, bíborba és skarlátba öltözött, és arannyal, drágakövekkel és gyöngyökkel ékesítette magát, mert egy óra alatt pusztult el ennyi gazdagság!

És ezt mondván: Jaj! jaj! a nagy város, a mely öltözött gyolcsba és bíborba és skarlátba, és megékesíttetett aranynyal, drágakövekkel és gyöngyökkel; hogy elpusztult egy órában annyi gazdagság!

And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

şi vor zice: „Vai! Vai! Cetatea cea mare, care era îmbrăcată cu in foarte subţire, cu purpură şi cu stacojiu, care era împodobită cu aur, cu pietre scumpe şi cu mărgăritare!

“Alas, alas, for the great city that was clothed in fine linen, in purple and scarlet, adorned with gold, with jewels, and with pearls!

És minden hajókormányos és révész, hajósok és tengerészek, és akik a tengeren dolgoznak, távol álltak meg,

És minden hajósmester és a hajókon levők mind, a sokaság és az evezők, és valakik a tengeren kereskednek, távol állának.

For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

Atâtea bogăţii într-un ceas s-au prăpădit!” – Şi toţi cârmacii, toţi cei ce merg cu corabia pe mare, marinarii şi toţi cei ce câştigă din mare stăteau departe;

For in a single hour all this wealth has been laid waste.” And all shipmasters and seafaring men, sailors and all whose trade is on the sea, stood far off

és amikor látták égésének füstjét, így kiáltottak: Mi hasonló e nagy városhoz?

És kiáltának, látván az ő égésének füstjét, és ezt mondják vala: Mi hasonló e nagy városhoz?

And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

şi, când au văzut fumul arderii ei, strigau: „Care cetate era ca cetatea cea mare?”

and cried out as they saw the smoke of her burning, “What city was like the great city?”

Port hintettek fejükre, és sírva és gyászolva ezt kiáltották: Jaj, jaj! Az a nagy város, amelynek jólétéből mindenki meggazdagodott, akinek hajói voltak a tengeren, elpusztult egy óra alatt!

És port hányván az ő fejökre, kiáltának sírván és jajgatván, és ezt mondván: Jaj! jaj! az a nagy város, a melyben meggazdagodott mindenki, a kinek hajói voltak a tengeren, annak drágaságaiból, hogy elpusztult egy órában!

And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

Şi îşi aruncau ţărână în cap, plângeau, se tânguiau, ţipau şi ziceau: „Vai! Vai! Cetatea cea mare, al cărei belşug de scumpeturi a îmbogăţit pe toţi cei ce aveau corăbii pe mare, într-o clipă a fost prefăcută într-un pustiu!”

And they threw dust on their heads as they wept and mourned, crying out, “Alas, alas, for the great city where all who had ships at sea grew rich by her wealth! For in a single hour she has been laid waste.

Örülj rajta, menny, és ti is, szentek, apostolok és próféták, mert Isten végrehajtotta rajta értetek az ítéletet!

Örülj ő rajta menny, és ti szent apostolok és próféták; mert az Isten büntette meg őt érettetek való büntetéssel.

Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

„Bucură-te de ea, cerule! Bucuraţi-vă şi voi, sfinţilor, apostolilor şi prorocilor! Pentru că Dumnezeu v-a făcut dreptate şi a judecat-o.”

Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you saints and apostles and prophets, for God has given judgment for you against her!”

És egy erős angyal egy nagy malomkőhöz hasonló követ emelt fel, a tengerbe vetette, és ezt mondta: Ilyen lendülettel vettetik majd el Babilon, a nagy város, és többé sehol sem találják.

És egy erős angyal egy nagy malomkőhöz hasonló követ felvőn és a tengerbe veté, ezt mondván: Ilyen módon nagy sebességgel vettetik el Babilon, ama nagy város, és többé meg nem találtatik.

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Atunci un înger puternic a ridicat de jos o piatră ca o mare piatră de moară, a aruncat-o în mare şi a zis: „Cu aşa repeziciune va fi aruncat Babilonul, cetatea cea mare, şi nu va mai fi găsit!

Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “So will Babylon the great city be thrown down with violence, and will be found no more;

Nem hallatszik többé benned hárfások, zenészek, síposok és trombitások hangja, és többé nem található benned egyetlen mesterség egyetlen mestere sem, és malom zúgása sem hallatszik többé benned.

És hárfásoknak és muzsikásoknak, és síposoknak és trombitásoknak szava te benned többé nem hallatik; és semmi mesterségnek mestere nem találtatik többé te benned; és malomnak zúgása sem hallatik többé te benned;

And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

Şi nu se va mai auzi în tine nici sunet de lăute, nici cântece din instrumente, nici cântători din fluiere, nici cântători din trâmbiţe; nu se va mai găsi la tine niciun meşter în vreun meşteşug oarecare. Nu se va mai auzi în tine vuietul morii.

and the sound of harpists and musicians, of flute players and trumpeters, will be heard in you no more, and a craftsman of any craft will be found in you no more, and the sound of the mill will be heard in you no more,

Lámpás fénye sem világít többé benned, és vőlegény és menyasszony hangja sem hallatszik többé benned, mert kereskedőid voltak a föld hatalmasai, mert varázslásodtól tévelyedtek meg mind a népek.

És szövétneknek világossága többé te benned nem fénylik; és vőlegénynek és menyasszonynak szava sem hallatik többé te benned; mert a te kalmáraid valának a földnek fejedelmei; mert a te bűvöléseidtől eltévelyedtek mind a népek.

And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Lumina lămpii nu va mai lumina în tine şi nu se va mai auzi în tine glasul mirelui şi al miresei – pentru că negustorii tăi erau mai marii pământului, pentru că toate neamurile au fost amăgite de vrăjitoria ta

and the light of a lamp will shine in you no more, and the voice of bridegroom and bride will be heard in you no more, for your merchants were the great ones of the earth, and all nations were deceived by your sorcery.

És a próféták és szentek vérét találták benned, és mindazokét, akiket megöltek a földön.

És abban prófétáknak és szenteknek vére találtatott, és mindeneknek, a kik megölettek a földön.

And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slain on earth.”
